What kind of glitch is this? For weeks, players have been using the “apartment glitch” to duplicate millions of GTA Dollars (the in-game currency of GTA Online). Players earned the money not as Rockstar intended, but by following a specific sequence of steps that was not intended.
It was supposed to be over after Rockstar removed the glitch from the game, but players are not letting that stop them so easily. Now they have found a new method that works even easier because now you only need one account.

What has happened now? After the summer update that was released on August 11, players have found a workaround for the apartment exploit. They can now earn millions again in just a few minutes without having to do much.
How does the glitch work? We will refrain from a detailed guide here. In principle, players are now using the new additional property slots that were added with the update.
You buy cheap apartments and can exchange them for other cheap ones. However, you have to switch between online and story mode. In just a few minutes, you can have millions in your online account through this glitch.
This is, of course, not allowed.
But the exploit seems to have become easier now, as you no longer need to switch between 2 characters as you did with the old method.
We will likely see how Rockstar responds to the return of this glitch. They actually wanted to remove it from the game permanently. With the chip glitch from the casino Rockstar reacted and punished the players harshly for it. Players were banned and accounts were completely reset. Could such a penalty be on the table again?
