The support from Steam has a good reputation among many players. This is due to the many positive experiences that have been shared online. A player is now showing how he was rewarded by Valve for his waiting time.
What was the player waiting for? In a Reddit thread, the user _Reyne shared screenshots and a brief text about how he recently had quite a positive experience with Steam support. The user apparently had problems with his Steam Deck and contacted support. For a week, they tried together to solve the problem, but it didn’t work.
The user then sent his Steam Deck to support, but despite a certain amount of time passing, they did not respond. So he wrote to support. They replied and explained that they are currently experiencing delays with repair partners and that it is taking longer than planned.
To thank the user for his patience, they gave him a gift. He was allowed to choose a game on Steam. The user requested the new RPG hit Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and received it as well. Steam support is being celebrated on Reddit.
