In ARC Raiders you can interact with each other in both PvE and PvP. A player recently tested a pretty nasty trick that allows you to easily kill enemies in a small room. After all, his victims could laugh about it.
In ARC Raiders, interacting with other players is the main appeal of the extraction shooter. It’s not just about shooting other players; you can fight, loot, and survive together.
But if you enjoy PvP, the game provides you with several tools to take out others. One player recently tried out a nasty but effective trick to get a full clear in a small room without dying himself.
So nasty that he already apologized in advance
What was that trick? On Reddit, the player Mossebackmohawk shared a clip of his test
which he titled I’m sorry for everyone who will suffer from this information.
In the almost 1-minute clip, you can see how he lures 2 other players into a small room. He locks the door and then places a mine in the small room. He runs into a corner, places a larger shield, and you only hear: Come on.
The room explodes, the explosives expert remains unscathed, and the other two lie there. Afterwards, the explosives expert apologizes to the other two; he just wanted to know if it works. Instead of being angry, the others laugh and get revived.
How does the community react? Other players in the comments are just as amused as the players in the video. User spotsthefirst writes (Source: Reddit): You are chaotic neutral; that was science. But the evil I see in these future visions deeply disturbs me.
The scientist in the video responds that he has only knocked out 9 other raiders in his entire playtime and that he really only did it for testing purposes.
Such clips are well-received by the community because they not only show how creatively you can play ARC Raiders but also how relaxed the player base often is. Instead of getting upset about being knocked out, they take it with humor and laugh about the situation. However, those who are truly nasty can likely exploit this tactic like a real villain to trick other players.
In ARC Raiders, the new update Shrouded Sky
has brought new weather effects and environmental situations into the game. But not only hurricanes occupy players. Unfettered flying objects are also awakening community theorists: “What the hell is that?” – Player spots giant machine in the sky of ARC Raiders, reminiscent of cryptic UFO sightings
