A player orders an Radeon RX 9070 XT from AMD on Aliexpress, but after two weeks, he cancels the purchase. Two weeks later, he suddenly has two graphics cards at home. The supposedly lost package has finally arrived.
A player orders an RX 9070 XT from AMD on the Chinese platform Aliexpress. The Radeon RX 9070 XT is currently considered one of the best graphics cards from AMD, if not the best graphics card of 2025.
But two weeks later, he is greatly surprised because he receives the graphics card a second time. Aliexpress is controversial among gamers because the platform is also misused by scammers to sell fake products and junk. A YouTuber ordered an expensive gaming PC on Aliexpress and had plenty of issues with it.

What did the player do exactly? The player explained on Reddit how the situation unfolded:
- The player ordered a Radeon RX 9070 XT on Aliexpress. He chose an anime variant of the GPU, which is usually a bit more expensive.
- A month after the order, the user realizes: His ordered graphics card is stuck in Uzbekistan for weeks. Aliexpress unsolicitedly offers him a full refund for the graphics card, which he accepts. At this point, it is very unlikely that the graphics card will arrive.
- The player orders his RX 9070 XT again on Amazon. Here he receives his product shortly thereafter.
- The surprise follows two weeks later: His ordered graphics card from Aliexpress is finally delivered.
Why was the graphics card delivered at all? This can happen, for example, when a product is canceled or declared “lost” by the seller but still gets delivered. Amazon also offers this option: If the first shipment gets “lost”, Amazon reships the purchased product. In some cases, as users report, Amazon then delivers both products.
A player, for instance, received two OLED monitors from Amazon and wanted to return one, but Amazon gifted him the second device.
But Amazon does not always have to be so accommodating like in the case with the OLED monitor. For instance, a father ordered a graphics card on Amazon but received a fake product. And Amazon did not want to refund the product because they considered the father the culprit.
