The healer is often wrongly accused when a group fails in WoW Classic. However, in this video, it is shown that this accusation can sometimes be true. The Twitch streamer Asmongold comments on one of the dumbest deaths that a group has to endure in World of Warcraft.
How did the group die? In a clip, it can be seen how a player rushes at five enemies. That alone is a stupid idea in WoW Classic, which is usually doomed to fail. However, the player is fortunately not alone and survives the action.
The group consists of a healer and a tank, so the strategy should be clear: The tank attracts the attention of the enemies while the healer generates HP. So far, so clear, right?
But suddenly, two of the five enemies rush towards the healer. The healer panics and flees from the two mobs. What he fails to register in his panic is that he is moving too far away from the tank, who could pull the attention of the enemies back onto himself.
Instead, the healer instructs the tank to just leave the group alone and to flee with him. However, this plan goes wrong because the mobs deal significant damage even over a large distance before they leave a character alone.
The bottom line: The healer dies while the tank is still trying to eliminate the remaining enemies. However, since he can no longer regenerate his HP, he dies as well after a few seconds.
What is so dramatic about it? The hardcore challenge in WoW Classic comes from the community and is not an official difficulty level. The idea is that each character has only one life. If the character dies on the way to level 60, the challenge is considered failed, and players must start over.
The games in hardcore mode are therefore tenser than in normal mode. A hardcore player, for example, complained because he received help and thereby died.

What does Asmongold have to do with this? The healer seen in the video is Mcconnell, an old acquaintance of Asmongold. The buddy actually gifted Asmongold 20,000 US dollars upon his return. The Twitch streamer watches the video and already smacks his hand against his face when he discovers Mcconnell’s name. He likely suspects how the clip will end.
He mainly complains about Mcconnell whining that he has no mana left to heal. This is a flat-out lie because the still image shows that he has only lost a third of his mana. Asmongold, who is known as the biggest MMORPG streamer, further rages on:

Whom does Asmongold blame? The Twitch streamer does not see the blame solely with the healer but also with the tank. The healer should not have run away and should have healed himself better instead of the tank.
