In Lost Ark, many fans care about making their character look beautiful. The game provides many tools for this, but the character editor limits you unnecessarily in certain areas. One player has found a brilliant solution and puts lipstick on his eyes.
What did the player discover? A thread is currently going viral on reddit for Lost Ark, allowing the most beautiful fantasies of role players in Arkesia to come true. The user volitudo has discovered that you can simply paint lipstick on your eyes if you want.
This may sound absurd at first, but it has a thoughtful purpose. While tattoos and eyeshadow in the character editor are color-limited, lipstick is not. With a few small adjustments in the settings, you can thus paint lipstick on your eyes and wear colorful eyeshadow.
If you experiment a bit with the lipstick settings, you can even use it as both eyeshadow and eyeliner, depending on what you prefer.

How does it work exactly? The implementation of the trick is comparatively simple. You just need to go to the “Special” tab in the character options. You will find this as the second button from the left, directly next to the settings for the voice.
There, under “Tattoos”, you select the base templates. This is also the second tab from the left. Now you have various lip tattoos aka lipsticks to choose from. Select the pattern in the lower left corner and activate the option to mirror the tattoo left and right.
Now you just have to adjust it to your liking and position it.

The community is celebrating it: The thread has become the largest thread in the Lost Ark area on reddit today, on July 15th. It has already received over 850 upvotes and comments celebrate the creator for his idea. Additionally, some are asking if he could share his character preset so that they could look like him.
Some voices also say that they already knew the trick and had been using it for a while, but still appreciate that he shared it again. Additionally, humor prevails in the comments. People joke that appearance is the real endgame and that the hardest raid boss is spending the next two days tweaking your character.
