What’s going on? The fast-paced multiplayer shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare rewards good reactions and refined teamwork. Yet, if you are not out there with your crazy squad, you don’t always get a good team on your side.
This also happened to the Redditor with the friendly nickname “MuricansAreDisabld” (MAD). His team left him high and dry in a round of “Capture the Flag” shortly after the start. He was on his own. 1vs5 in a objective-based game mode. So what to do … also give up? Or go all out?
However, “MAD” had an extremely good day. He remembered that one shouldn’t go out too much at the moment and remained steadfast in the game. Instead of going under, he played the match of his life and got his first Nuke of his CoD career. Finally, a positive lockdown story.

What does it look like? On reddit, he shared the clip of the match and was able to gather over 32,000 upvotes in less than a day:
In the clip, “MAD” cut together 25 of his 30 kills in a row, showcasing his impressive streak. Although the enemy managed to secure 2 flags, it was not enough to stop the highly motivated lone wolf. At the start of the second round, he collected another 9 kills in a row and secured his very first Nuke. He ended the match victorious for himself and his newly joined team.
After this grand performance, one can only hope that he is not classified as a cheater and ends up on the new cheater servers.
How did he do it? “MAD” commented on his post himself and apologized for his camping playstyle and that he plays the popular M4. He also shared his setup:

He proceeded calmly and collected himself to achieve the objectives, ambushing enemies who wanted to bring the flag to the objective. After a kill, he usually quickly takes cover and can thus continue to build his long streak. He was briefly tempted to terrorize his enemies a bit more with the Juggernaut suit, but then decided on the big play and secured his Nuke.
What does the thread look like? Surprisingly nice and friendly. A larger discussion started about the modification options of the M4 and encouragement about “MAD’s” playstyle. Some said that he hadn’t played so campy and had delivered a really good performance:
