Wow Classic offers quite a challenge in Hardcore. One player found it not hard enough and is fighting naked at level 50. After about 200 hours, he reached his first goal and level 50.
Wow Classic Hardcore presents players with its own challenge: Because anyone who dies in this mode stays dead and cannot be resurrected. With the so-called “Self-Found” mode, there is an additional challenge: Getting a Classic character to level 60 with just one life, but without an auction house, postal system, and trading with other players.
What sounds difficult enough for many players was not enough for one player. MeinMMO has already reported on the player who is fighting through Hardcore naked and only with fists. Now he has reached his first goal and achieved level 50.
Naked and with fists at level 50 in 220 hours
The Polish-language website MMORPG.org.pl reports that the player, who calls himself “Onepunchwarr”, in reference to the anime “One Punch Man”, has now reached level 50. The player documented his progress in several YouTube videos.
In total, “Onepunchwarr” has so far needed 9 days, 7 hours, and 47 minutes. This translates to about 220 hours of gameplay. Of this, 94 hours alone are said to have been spent on the level-up between level 40 and 50, as he shows in his latest video. In WoW, you can display your playtime in the game.
What’s next? The player wants to reach level 60 with “Onepunchwarr”. However, this will probably take some time, as he needed 94 hours for just 10 levels. His biggest worry is that a sudden disconnect, internet, or power failure could ruin the work of almost 7 months. Because that is probably the greatest threat, which has already cost many a Hardcore character their digital life.
