However, 6 players are now showing another way. Each player has a complete team of Pikachu ready, and the legendary Pokémon Kyogre can be defeated with ease.

How do the trainers manage this? For this artwork to succeed, the players have leveled up their Pikachu. The trainer shown in the video fights with 6 Pikachu with 100% IV and at the maximum level. The other trainers will have similar teams.
Why does it work with Pikachu? Pikachu is not only one of the most well-known Pokémon in the game, but also of the Electric type. Kyogre is very susceptible to Electric attacks, making Pikachu very effective against it.
Can I do it too? Potentially, any player should be able to achieve this. You only need a fully leveled team of Pikachu. However, one should question whether such a team is actually worth the invested stardust. About 1.5 million stardust, depending on the level of the Pikachu, should have been spent on this team.
