The MOBA Paragon is dying. Now some fans want to revive it – and have started a petition.
Recently, the end of the MOBA Paragon was announced: On April 26, 2018, the plug is supposed to be pulled permanently. To prove to Epic Games that there is indeed interest in the continuation of the game, the Brit “Jude Dobbin” has now started a petition.

“Keep Paragon alive!”
In this, Dobbin appeals not only to Epic Games but also to the fans with heartfelt words. In the spirit of “Together we are strong!” he addresses each individual fan.
“Paragon is a great game that many players have invested countless hours into. The fact that Epic is shutting down the game is incredibly sad, but if Fortnite hadn’t gained so much success from the popularity of the Battle Royale genre, Paragon would still be thriving. I now propose that Epic keeps the Paragon servers online, even if they would just leave the game as it is. I would be more than happy about that.
All I want is to come home and turn on Paragon to play with my friends, but what do I do if the game no longer exists? Please, Epic, killing Paragon is not the right thing to do. So to everyone: Please sign this petition, maybe we can then get Epic to reconsider their decision. Thank you”, Jude Dobbin
The petition on change.org has already been signed over 24,000 times and receives a lot of positive support in the comments from equally passionate players. Some say that the petition already has more signatures than there are Paragon players.
Whether the end of Paragon can be prevented remains to be seen. It is at least a nice sign for the developers. And as a grieving fan, it is comforting to know that you are not alone.
