In FC 24, you can unlock many strong players for free in the new season pass. You only need enough experience points (XP) to climb up the Season 7 ladder. We will show you 3 tips on how to maximize your XP with just a few matches every week to level up by at least 5 levels.
Why is it worth leveling up the Season 7 Ladder quickly? The Season 7 Ladder consists of 35 levels. At 19 out of 35 levels, strong dynamic Path-to-Glory cards await you in the season pass. They can even receive up to 5 upgrades depending on the performance of their national teams during EURO 2024 or Copa América.

You achieve level ups by completing various tasks, as many tasks reward you with XP. Every time you reach 1000 XP, you advance to a new level.
The faster you climb the Season 7 ladder, the faster you will receive the strong Path-to-Glory players.
3 Tips to Level Up the Season 7 Ladder Quickly
We will show you 3 simple ways to climb the Season 7 Ladder as quickly as possible. Most tasks that award you XP can be found in the goals under the “Seasonal” category.
1. Tip: Daily Tasks and Weekly Goals (1500 XP)
Daily Tasks:
The easiest way to earn XP is by completing the daily tasks. Ideally, you only need to play one game in any mode and do the following:
- Score 3 goals (25 XP)
- Win a match (25 XP)
For completing both tasks, you will receive a bonus of 25 XP. This way, you can earn 75 XP every day.
More importantly, by completing the daily tasks, you also fulfill part of the weekly goals, where a single task already rewards you with 200 XP.
Weekly Goals:
If you complete the daily task twice within a week, you will receive 200 XP each time in the weekly goals. Additionally, the weekly goals offer 3 more tasks:
- Complete 5 any Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) (200 XP)
- Play 5 matches (200 XP)
- Play 10 matches (200 XP)
The weekly goals reward you with a total of 1200 XP.
If you diligently complete the daily tasks, you will also tackle the weekly goals at the same time. You have the freedom to choose which SBCs to complete. We recommend the daily Gold Upgrade or the 81+ Player Pick.
If you play just one match every day to complete the daily tasks, you theoretically still need 3 matches to finish all the weekly goals. If you complete these in a new friendly match lobby, you will also secure the next XP.
2. Tip: One-Nation Showdown – England (2100 XP)
With the friendly match mode One-Nation Showdown, you have another opportunity to earn XP for 2 level-ups. You only need to create a team made up of players from one nationality.
The nation you need this week is England. Since you play with maximum chemistry in this mode, you can just field your strongest English players.
You have unlimited attempts to complete the following tasks:
- Play matches
- 1 match (300 XP)
- 3 matches (300 XP)
- 6 matches (300 XP)
- Score 10 goals (300 XP)
- Win matches
- 3 wins (300 XP)
- 6 wins (300 XP)
If you complete all tasks, you receive an additional bonus of 300 XP, bringing you a total of 2100 XP. Furthermore, you will receive a player with a minimum rating of 83 for each task completed.
3. Tip: Mixed Nations – USA/Uruguay (1400 XP)
Finally, you can secure another 1400 XP with 3 additional matches. You only need to build a team with certain requirements.
This week, the focus is on Argentina and Canada. Create a team consisting of:
- at least 5 Americans
- at least 2 Uruguayans
Complete the following tasks with this team in any mode:
- Play 3 matches (350 XP)
- Win 1 match (350 XP)
- Score 5 goals with an American (350 XP)
In total, you will receive 1400 XP and additional player packs with players rated at least 81 or 83.
If you use these simple tips every week, you can climb up at least 5 levels on the Season 7 Ladder. This gives you a solid foundation to quickly unlock the first strong players.
