While there are five NPCs in Palworld waiting for you with their Boss-Pals in their towers, there are also some Alpha-Pals that you can find and fight in the open world. However, this can be quite challenging at higher levels and can cost you a lot of time and some health points.
A player has figured out a trick to easily take down a Jetragon at level 50 without having to fight the Alpha-Pal for a long time himself. On X, he presented his strategy on February 4th – the clip has been viewed over 1.9 million times as of February 7th, 7:45 PM.
If you want to fight the strong Alpha-Pals, it is advisable to level up first. Here are a few tips for leveling up quickly:
A “Stairway” meant disaster
How did he defeat the Alpha-Pal? In the clip from “makeUmove” on February 4th on X, you can see how the player character first runs up a very long stone staircase after shooting a level 50 Jetragon.
Once at the top, the player character jumps off the staircase and moves towards the ground with his Glider-Pal. On the ground, he uses Palworld’s demolition mode to tear down the lower stone plates of the staircase. This causes the entire staircase to collapse.
At that moment, the Alpha-Pal is apparently on the staircase. It falls, crashes to the ground, and is defeated. In the clip, the text “Boss First Kill” is visible – the player has taken down the “Level 50” Jetragon.
What does the community say about this? One user comments on X that the strategy is “nice, but also a big unnecessary waste of time.” Others praise his approach, while one user wonders how the player managed to stack the floors of the staircase so high.
GamesRadar+ also points out that Jetragon can fly, but the AI apparently wasn’t programmed to fly when “literally the ground is pulled out from under its feet.”
