Palworld Patch 0.7 Patch Notes
ULTRAKILL collaboration
- Armor sets V1 and V2 added! Terrorize the Palpagos Islands as your blood-driven favorite robot!
- A pair of iconic weapons from ULTRAKILL have been added!
- Unique mechanic – Coin Toss
- Throw coins while using the Marksman Revolver to perform a Ricoshot! Bullets bounce off the thrown coin, dealing devastating damage to nearby targets!
Improvements to building
- 48 new building parts added, including triangular pieces!
- Ability to change the color of certain buildings and foundations has been added!
- The building interface has been switched to a list-based system.
Raid boss improvements
- A new raid boss has been added!
- A new battlefield for raid bosses has been introduced. Players can now choose whether to challenge raid bosses in their base or in the new, separate battlefield.
Melee combat improvements
- The melee gameplay for swords, katanas, and lightsabers has been improved. A left-click (right trigger) now executes a new continuous combo attack.
- Special attacks for the katana and lightsaber have been added. Holding the left or right mouse button (left or right trigger) activates these abilities.
New features
- Added PvP functionality (Experimental!).
- [PC – Steam Only] Steam Workshop has been added, allowing players to download and use mods.
Mechanic adjustments
- When placing a building, an arrow indicating the orientation is now displayed.
- When placing buildings with a fixed workspace, a Cattiva icon will now be displayed indicating the work position.
- The Pal Box has been adjusted to align with foundations and roofs.
- [Mouse & Keyboard Controls] The building controls have been made more intuitive and “continuous building” is now the default setting.
Balance adjustments
- New implants added to the operation table:
- Implant: Mine Foreman
- Implant: Logging Foreman
- Implant: Fine Furs
- Implant: Sleek Stroke
- Implant: Work Slave
- You can now receive a Little Kinship Peach from a Pal when you rescue it from a hostile camp.
- The last hit against an enemy using the “Mercy” function now shows “MERCY HIT” to indicate that no lethal damage was inflicted.
- Specifications changed: All Pals no longer lose SAN (Mental Health) when taking damage.
- The influence of negative status effects has been reduced:
- Hungry: Attack, Defense, Work Speed -20% → -10%
- Starving: Attack, Defense, Work Speed -50% → -20%
- Cold: Work Speed -10% → -5%
- Sprain: Movement Speed -10% → -5%
- Overeaten: Increased hunger loss rate by 100% → +50%
- Ulcer: Work Speed -20%, Movement Speed -10% → Work Speed -10%, Movement Speed -5%
- Fracture: Work Speed -10%, Movement Speed -20% → Work Speed -5%, Movement Speed -10%
- Weakened: Work Speed -20%, Movement Speed -30% → Work Speed -10%, Movement Speed -20%
- Depressed: -30% Work Speed, -20% Movement Speed → -20% Work Speed, -10% Movement Speed
- The attribute of Broncherry’s unique skill “Body Smash” was changed from Neutral to Grass.
- The attribute of Rushoar’s unique skill “Heavy Charge” was changed from Neutral to Eearth.
- “Item decay multiplier” setting added to options.
- [Dedicated Servers] Police NPCs that chase players for crimes now only deal damage to the targeted player and their guild.
- The appearance of the work suitability icon has been changed.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Flopie did not pick up dropped items in the field while its partner skill “Helper Bunny” was active.
- The navigation AI of the Pals has been improved to allow them to reach targets within the base more easily.
- Fixed a bug where summoned Pals attacked visitors when set to “Aggressive”.
- Fixed a bug where attacking visitors in the base did not result in the correct attack status.
- Many more small bug fixes.
