In the survival game Palworld, you can fight 5 boss monsters and several powerful Pals so far. Now you can also look forward to the first raid.
What kind of content is this? Palworld developer Pocket Pair announced it already in the roadmap, and now it is becoming reality: Palworld is getting its first raid. To announce this, the developer posted a video on their YouTube channel.
The video shows how the Pocket Pair character, known from previous videos, holds a Palsoul to a mysterious stone sculpture. The Palsoul begins to swirl and shatter. Following that, meteors rain down on the world, and the Pal Bellanoir appears.

What do we know for sure about the raid so far? In the video description, Pocket Pair writes: A powerful evil Pal has appeared and is besieging the Palpagos Islands!
So in the raid, you will probably face the new Pal Bellanoir that comes with the raid.
Furthermore, it is known that only the best Pal tamers are supposed to have a chance against it. A release date has not yet been announced. The video ends with the words Coming Soon

With the raid, Pocket Pair is not only following the roadmap but also responding to player wishes. A few weeks ago, we wanted to know which features you would like next for the game. Endgame raids were in the top 3.
What can we infer based on the video? So far, there are no raids in Palworld, and since the game has only been in early access since January 2024, we can only speculate for now:
- If the mechanics from the video are transferred into gameplay, the Bellanoir fight will probably be one that you can start yourself. Bellanoir will likely not appear in the overworld like other Pals and be fightable.
- Based on the statement that the raid is only for the
best Pal tamers
, we also assume that Bellanoir will be a battle for those at the current maximum level of 50. - The raid will probably really be implemented
soon
. Pocket Pair has previously stood out with quick updates. If the raid is announced this early, it is probably already quite close to release.
