In Palworld, building your bases is a fundamental part. There are times when they might become the target of raiders in the form of Pals or poachers, against which some players have already found bizarre tricks. However, there are also very special visitors, as a player on Reddit proves.
What kind of visitor does the player have in their base? The player’s base has been visited by a Mammorest. This Pal is a boss that circles in the starting area and has quite a large spawn area. The player’s base has been built exactly in this area, so the Mammorest has appeared in their base.
To the player’s dismay, the Pal seems to feel very comfortable in their base and shows no signs of leaving. The player writes about it: came in, killed all my Pals, and now just doesn’t want to leave.

What does the community say about it? The community is giving the player tips on how to get rid of the unwanted guest.
- One player advises him to ignore it and let the Pals continue to work:
You need to build an alarm bell and set it to work. For some reason, it’s always set to attack intruders by default.
- Another piece of advice from a player is to fight it inside the base:
Make some campfires, lure it in, let it get stuck, make more campfires, repeat that. Let it burn over time.
- Other players even go so far as to move the base and turn the old one into an arena:
I also made the mistake of building my base here. When I was able to build a second base, I moved all my items there and turned the first base into an arena to kill the Mammorest. It will always come here, so I just had to build walls with a big entrance that I can close and leave small holes for my Pals. Once it’s blocked inside, all my Pals shoot at it.
