The third closed beta of Revelation Online has now ended. The official launch is getting closer, and soon you can also reserve your names in advance.
Every player of online role-playing games can attest: After hours of fine-tuning, you’ve created your dream hero and are then asked to “enter your name”. Of course, you already have a perfectly fitting name in mind for your dream hero, but what happens? “This name is already taken!” Well, you probably should have reserved a name in advance!
Coming soon in Nuanor
If you want to secure your dream name in Revelation Online in advance, you should be there on February 14th, because from that date, publisher My.com will allow name reservations for the MMORPG Revelation Online. With a reserved name, you can ensure that your hero has exactly the name you want and doesn’t have to tarnish his beautiful hero name with all sorts of apostrophes and accents.
Additionally, today the third closed beta has officially ended. Beta number three was extended by one week due to player requests, allowing as many participants as possible to test the endgame content. By the way, the developers plan to announce the roadmap for the further testing phases next week. An open beta should not be long in coming. As soon as we know more, you will find out here!
With Patch 7.2, Paladins in World of Warcraft (WoW) will encounter a special champion. The legendary Maximillian of Northshire returns.
Although Patch 7.2 for World of Warcraft mainly introduces serious content such as demon invasions, the siege of the Broken Shore, and the Tomb of Sargeras, there are also some “light” experiences to enjoy. Especially Paladins will benefit from a new questline where they can reunite with an old friend: the most motivated knight in all of Azeroth, Maximillian of Northshire.
Since the “Cataclysm” expansion, Maximillian of Northshire has been an NPC in the Un’Goro Crater. Here he gives quests to leveling heroes that are worth every second. His missions are filled with humor, as Maximillian demotes the player to a mere squire and wants them to help him defeat dragons (which are actually just dinosaurs). In addition, he enjoys rescuing maidens in distress – although none of the ladies are in trouble, they all just want peace from the overly motivated knight. The questline with Maximillian is considered one of the best in Cataclysm, and everyone should experience it at least once – a short trip to the Un’Goro Crater is enough for that.
Maximillian and his squire on a “dragon hunt”.
The aforementioned questlines must be completed for Paladins to receive a letter in Patch 7.2. Apparently, Maximillian has also found his way to the Broken Isles, where he once again needs the help of a loyal squire. Once more, he asks you to assist in the battle against “demons”. In doing so, you will recover the artifact weapon Excaliberto and rescue a maiden in distress – who actually just wants peace.
On Wowhead, the entire questline has already been featured in a video. Check it out here:

In For Honor, revenge can determine victory or defeat. Here is the important information about the revenge mode.
If you have already played For Honor, you may have noticed it: Revenge. If you play the game in English, it displays “Revenge”. If you press the revenge button in the middle of a fight, your hero seems to become temporarily stronger. But what exactly is it about? Let’s take a closer look at revenge.
What is revenge in For Honor?
In-game, you can get an explanation of the revenge mode. To do this, click on Customize, then Heroes, then on the hero of your choice, then “How to fight,” and then Action List. In addition to your hero’s special moves, the hero-specific abilities, including revenge, are also listed. It says:
Increases damage and health. All attacks are uninterruptible. Throws and parries knock the opponent down. Attacks are automatically parried upon activation.
But what does that mean in practice? And how do I get revenge?
How to use the revenge mode in practice
In short: The revenge system gives you better chances of survival for a short time. Especially when you have to face multiple heroes, revenge is useful.
To fill the revenge display at the bottom left of the screen, you need to: 1. stay alive as long as possible and 2. parry enemy attacks. Make sure the enemy does not surround you. Move so that you have the opponents in front of you. By avoiding dying in a fight, the revenge display fills up.
Once the display is full and you release revenge, it knocks down all opponents attacking you during activation. This means: Do not activate revenge just anytime, but when the opponent is about to attack. This will knock the enemy down, allowing you to deal devastating damage with Heavy attacks. They cannot defend against it. During the revenge phase, you deal increased damage.
Additionally: All your throws and parries knock the opponent down. Use this to your advantage when the opponents are lying on their backs.
Nevertheless: The revenge mode is not a “guaranteed win” mode. You still need to play smart and not try to storm the opponent with an open visor now. When fighting multiple opponents, you should always go defensively and wait for your opportunities. Because the longer you stay alive, the higher the chances that an ally will come to your aid.
Excluding other input options for Overwatch on PS4 and Xbox One excludes many players with disabilities.
Last week, Jeff Kaplan, the Game Director of Overwatch, caused a stir with a statement on the official forum. He urged Sony and Microsoft to ban keyboards and mice as input devices from their consoles or to make it more accessible for all players to create a fair playing field.
While a large part of the player base supported this demand, there was also criticism from entirely unexpected quarters.
Steven Spohn from Ablegamers.org (link to the site), which offers players with disabilities various devices to play games using movements of their eyes or other inputs, sharply criticizes this statement from Kaplan. The colleagues from Polygon conducted an interview with Spohn, where he addressed the issues:
“Disabling the ‘Input Conversion’ and banning alternative input devices would render a large part of the assistive technology currently available on the market useless. We’re talking about things like eye-tracking via USB port or a mouth controller that people with certain disabilities use.”

In general, Spohn does not see a major problem in allowing multiple input options.
“Mouse and keyboard allow you to aim more precisely, just as a gamepad lets you mash buttons faster. Do these players have an advantage? Of course. Is it unfair? No. Because if it matters so much to you that you have a slight disadvantage because you’re playing with a controller, then you should just get the input device that gives you a slight advantage.”
Cortyn says: A difficult decision that must be made there. What weighs heavier here: the inclusion of players with disabilities or fairness for a large part of the player base on consoles? I don’t believe there is a clear answer or a definite solution to this problem. However, it shows again that seemingly “simple” issues like keyboard and mouse support can often have complex repercussions for other players that you may not have initially considered.
What happens to the characters created and the progress made in the Open Beta of For Honor? Will there be a wipe?
On February 14th, Valentine’s Day, the full version of For Honor will be released. However, many interested players are currently participating in an Open Beta running from February 9th to February 12th.
In it, you can create a coat of arms, test heroes, try out game modes, and participate in the faction war. After each match, you gain progress: you collect experience points and in-game currency called steel, which you can use to buy armor.
But what happens to all the achievements from the Open Beta? Will you retain any of them in the full version? The answer to this question is clear: There will be a wipe.
Wipe after the Beta – Players start from scratch
This means that at the launch of For Honor, the servers will be reset, and all players will start from scratch. Character development is an important game element, which is why the developers want to ensure fair conditions and not give anyone an advantage.
By the way: There was already a wipe after the Closed Beta. In other words, everyone had to start from scratch again in the Open Beta.
However, all “Open Beta” participants who advance the faction war will receive exclusive rewards in the form of special symbols and frames, which you can use to beautify your coat of arms.
The developers of Guild Wars 2 faced a big Q&A session with the community on Reddit. The discussion included topics such as insider trading, DPS meters, and raids.
Guild Wars 2 has a persistent problem with insider traders. These are certain individuals from the circle of beta testers and other insiders who test new content from the outset and provide feedback. Therefore, they also know which resources will soon play a role in new crafting recipes.

While a good tester keeps this information for themselves and does not exploit it, there are sneaky individuals who take advantage of their secret insider knowledge to buy needed resources cheaply in the auction house and then sell them for astronomical sums at the time of the update release.
Such tricksters ruin the delicate economy in Guild Wars 2, and in a large Reddit Q&A session, the developers also addressed the insider trading problem. They have a special surprise in store because via hotfix the required resources were changed to other items. Gotcha! Now the insiders are left with tons of useless materials and are crying.
No PAX and the Question about the DPS Meter
The topic of insider traders was not the only thing the players discussed with the developers on Reddit. For example, it was stated that Guild Wars 2 will not be appearing at the big PAX East fair. Therefore, there will be no announcement for a new expansion or anything like that there. Furthermore, the developers denied the question of vertical progression in GW2.
They want to continue with the existing system and not introduce better equipment. Therefore, raids will also not offer over-items as loot in the future. Passionate raiders, on the other hand, may use pure DPS meters during raids as long as they only read combat data and display the DPS and other combat-related values.
However, anything that intrudes deeper into the game data – such as a gear checker – is a violation of the terms of use and could lead to consequences.
This Friday, we would like to know again which games you are playing over the weekend from February 10th to 12th.
Today is already Friday, and that means the weekend is just around the corner. For many gamers, this means more time to play. While some stick to their favorite games, others may try out new games. Through exchanging in the community, you often pick up tips and recommendations that you might have otherwise missed.
What is the editorial team playing?
In our editorial team, the focus this weekend is particularly on the Open Beta of For Honor. But these are not the only games we will be playing in the next few days:
Ttime is busy in the “real world” this weekend and is using the few free hours for For Honor.
I am varying this weekend and starting with GTA 5 Online. The Import/Export DLC currently offers good opportunities to earn a lot of money quickly. Once the cash in GTA 5 is replenished, I will also dedicate myself to the Open Beta of For Honor. Anyone who does not find brutal executions too extreme should give the test phase a chance this weekend. You can find all the important information about the game in our overview article on For Honor.
What are you playing this weekend?

The Division has a major problem with lags. The agents are no longer willing to put up with it.
On Reddit, a user made himself heard: He played The Division last night and once again experienced terrible server performance. The bullets were not registered, the healing did not kick in, and the lag was rampant. Therefore, he angrily posted “The servers are still garbage” and received agreement from thousands of users.
He writes that he refuses to keep this issue small. Massive should finally take care of it. Currently, the server performance is worse than ever. “Something changed, find out what it is, and fix it!”
When the Redditor noticed that his opinion received significant support, he updated the post: He emphasized that the community was always distracted by other issues in the game, and therefore the lag problem was repeatedly overlooked. Now, however, the community should stand united and urge Massive to finally take action.
And Massive responded
In the last livestream, Massive addressed this discussion and the user reports. They understand the frustration. It’s no fun with lags. The goal is to provide the best possible experience in every aspect of the game.
Therefore, they will investigate the issues related to lag and latency and will publish new information as soon as possible. When that will be is unknown.
By the way: Since today, February 10th at 11 AM, the public test servers are down. The last PTS phase for update 1.6 and Last Stand is over. This also means that developers are now turning their focus back to the live game, and perhaps we will soon see a response from Massive regarding the server issues.
Activision earned more money in 2016 than ever before. This is mainly due to Blizzard with WoW and Overwatch.
Yesterday, Activision held its earnings call. They announced record numbers. Compared to the previous year, revenue increased by 42%. $6.61 billion was generated. The success is mainly in digital business, which accounts for 74% of total revenue.
Overwatch currently has 25 million registered players. It is the game from Blizzard that reached this mark worldwide the fastest.
In the 4th quarter, Overwatch had more active players than ever before. Especially the seasonal events are performing really well. When an event is running, it drives participation up.
World of Warcraft has recovered from Warlords of Draenor
In World of Warcraft, Legion and the better content supply are noticeable. In the 4th quarter, the playtime in WoW was higher than in any non-launch quarters of the last 4 years.
Now in the fourth quarter, more was played than in the third quarter, the launch quarter. Legion was released on August 30.
WoW had 20% more active users in the 4th quarter of 2016 than at the same time last year. Over the year, 10% more players were active in WoW in 2016 than in the previous year.
Hearthstone also grew by 20% in 2016 in active players.
Blizzard is simply successful, but the other games besides WoW are in focus
My MMO says: The numbers for WoW are not as impressive as they sound at first glance, because 2015 was a weak year with a tired Warlords of Draenor.
There are fewer new record values, but a return to “normality” after two rather weak expansions with Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor. Still, a nice success.
It shows that weak expansions have not caused lasting damage and that players are returning with Legion and have also stayed in the last months. This is a good sign for the MMORPG oldie.
That Overwatch is a hit has been heard enough. But the fact that it is such a damn big hit is clear from such record numbers.
Hearthstone also seems unstoppable and simply keeps getting bigger – and that at a damn high level.
Recently, you can now purchase other services in Blizzard games with WoW gold.
In For Honor, we present 11 essential tips that will help you in battles.
For Honor is not a game where you have a weapon in hand and just need to pull the trigger to take down foes. It is also fundamentally not a game where the one who can hammer a button fastest wins.
Instead, it is about mastering the “Art of Battle” in For Honor. The basics of this combat system are quickly learned: targeting opponents, blocking attacks, executing attacks, dodging, and breaking defense. For a refresher on these basics, you can check our Beginner Guide.
If you are already familiar with the basics but still not winning duels, we now give you tips for the battles.
Knowledge is Power
After the basic training, the “martial art” truly begins. This varies from hero to hero. So choose a hero you want to master better and use these options:
Under the “Play” tab, you will find “How to Play.” Click there on advanced training and learn what else your hero can do.
Also click on the “Customize” tab, then “Heroes”, select your hero, then select “How to Fight.” Here you can watch tutorials, but more importantly: The Action List. Here you can view hero-specific moves and try them out directly.
Each Hero Has Different Abilities
If you initially chose a hero but cannot get along with them at all and are cursing the entire game, try a different hero. Because each hero brings a different gameplay experience, different attack combos, and special abilities. Some heroes even have “damage over time” attacks.
Which heroes are fast and which are slow but powerful can be read in our hero overview. In it, you can also find information on which heroes are easy to master.
Stick with One Hero at First
If you have found a hero that you say: “Yes, I resonate well with this one,” then train with them until you master them better and better. If you constantly switch heroes, you will not become proficient with any. First, master one class, and once your skills have matured, you can try out the next exciting hero.
For beginner heroes, the Warden, Raider, and Kensei are suitable.
Change Your Stance Often
Carefully observe your opponent’s stance. With the arrows, you can better see whether your opponent has their guard up top, left, or right. Before you strike, it can be worthwhile to frequently change your own stance. Confuse the opponent and make it difficult for them to parry your attack.
Remember Your Abilities – Gifts
Each hero has unique abilities, the Gifts. You can view and equip these in the hero under “Customize” and then by clicking on “Abilities.”
During a fight, you have a maximum of four Gifts available that you can activate with the arrow keys. They must first charge up. Note: Some Gifts are also passive buffs that remain active all the time.
Use Executions!
In the customization menu, where you find the Gifts, there are also executions. You can unlock and assign these.
In combat, you execute an execution by delivering the final blow to the enemy with a Heavy Attack (R2, RT). If they go down, you have a brief moment to press one of two buttons. Your hero will then perform a brutal execution.
Executions are particularly important in game modes where there is no respawn (for example, 4v4 elimination). Because this prevents the opponent from reviving their teammates. If you want to ensure the opponent stays down, you have to execute them.
Communication!
Communication is crucial in all game modes that you do not play in 1v1. Especially in the “Dominion” mode. Where is the enemy, which zone should be captured, where are the teammates, who needs support?
Use Your Environment
If you are currently fighting an enemy and there is a cliff next to you? Then try to position yourself so that the enemy has their back to the edge. Now break the enemy’s guard (on PS4 with Square) and press the button again to push them off the cliff.
Besides cliffs, you should also look for spear walls and other objects that can deal damage or kill the opponent instantly.
Also Pay Attention to the Mini-Map
Especially in Dominion mode, things can get chaotic. To keep your overview amidst the chaos, you have a mini-map at the bottom right of the screen. There you can see buffs and the positions of your enemies and allies.
Watch Your Stamina
Those who have played Dark Souls or Bloodborne know how important proper stamina management is. In For Honor, you also need to watch your stamina bar, which is displayed under your health bar.
Dodging consumes a lot of stamina, so you should only do it when necessary. Parrying attacks consumes less stamina. If your stamina is depleted, you cannot move quickly anymore. Your attacks will also become extremely slow.
Practice, Practice, Practice
Lastly, the tip: Practice! No master has fallen from the sky, and for many, such a melee game is uncharted territory. Get familiar with the mechanics, learn the “Art of Battle,” the heroes and the game modes.
Good luck!

Today we are asking in “Mein-MMO asks”: Do you want to keep your existing guardians in Destiny 2, or are you in favor of a complete fresh start?
Yesterday was the groundbreaking conference call from Activision, in which the publisher talked about the future of Destiny. It was announced that a full-fledged sequel, a “full Destiny sequel”, will be released in autumn 2017. This has now been confirmed.
But what exactly does a full-fledged sequel mean? It is clear that it will be more than an “expansion”, i.e. at least one notch bigger than the currently thickest expansion “The Taken King”.
But does a “full sequel” also mean that a line will be drawn under the current Destiny? That the guardians have to leave everything behind?
“Hard Reset” or continue playing with old guardians? What do you want?
Nonetheless, rumors have been circulating in recent months that Destiny 2 will bring “shocking changes” and that characters would have to be left behind. Many players interpret the current statement from Activision as a “Hard Reset”, meaning a complete fresh start.
When the first rumors were circulating months ago, there were several polls on Reddit and from YouTubers asking the community what they would prefer. The opinions were mixed:
Some said: Great, the time with the previous guardians was nice. But now it is time to embark on new adventures with new characters. We leave the old behind in the past; in the future, I only want to experience new things.
Others said: I have spent so many hours in Destiny – that can’t be for nothing. I want to carry over my character and my items. My guardian should also face future adventures.
Something must remain?
However, many players wish: Yes, a “Hard Reset” is the right step, but there should be a memento of the previous triumph moments in the sequel. There are wishes such as:
Every guardian should be allowed to carry over a favorite weapon,
there will be a Hall of Fame in Destiny 2 where the statues of the previous guardians are displayed,
you will get a shader or a badge that says: I was involved from 2014 to 2017
and many more ideas meant to remember the previous guardians.

Already under our article about the statements from Activision, some of you have commented on a possible “Hard Reset”. I would like to quote a statement from groovy666. No matter what the future of Destiny may bring, “your deeds (and data) are not worthless just because they are not carried over to a ‘new’ game, YOU experienced them – YOU had fun – YOU celebrated these successes.”
Therefore, we are now asking you explicitly: What is your stance on this issue? Are you in favor of a fresh start, or do you definitely not want to part with your guardians?
As confirmed by the developers, there will be new content for players in the next beta phase. The team confirmed this in an email sent to participants of the closed beta.
New Province in Ghost Recon Wildlands
In the email, the Wildlands team writes that the open beta will be available soon and they will have a new province unlocked. However, which province it is has not been disclosed. Various regions like the jungle or the highlands can be found in the vast world of Ghost Recon Wildlands. These areas have already been introduced with cool videos.
Unfortunately, the email does not provide any hints on when the open beta will start. As soon as we know more about the start of the open beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands, we will inform you.
Missing updates for Pokémon GO are particularly troubling for YouTubers who specialize in the game.
In the summer of 2016, Pokémon GO was released and captivated fans around the world. Gradually, the developers added new content to the game to continue entertaining trainers. In September, Niantic confirmed the buddy Pokémon that accompany trainers on their adventures and earn candies. In December, there was another major content update that introduced some Pokémon from the 2nd generation to the game.
Since the last major update in December, however, it has been quiet, as there have been no special announcements from the developers. This not only demotivates players but also makes it difficult for YouTubers.
No content, no videos
On the internet, trainers frequently speak out criticizing the lack of content in Pokémon GO. They desire new updates, functioning trackers, the trading feature and more Pokémon from the 2nd generation.
Several YouTube channels have specialized in Pokémon GO since its release in July, producing videos with tips, tricks, and news. The lack of content is noticeable for these channels, as they run out of topics without new features or updates.
Nick from the Trainer Tips YouTube channel has released a video discussing the future of his YouTube channel. Within the first two months after its inception, the channel reached 500,000 subscribers. Since then, only about 100,000 have been added. If he continues to upload only Pokémon GO videos, his fate lies in Niantic’s hands. Therefore, his channel will also feature videos about other games or topics in the future.
Other large Pokémon GO channels like Mystic7, BenTimm1, or Reversal are also considering how things will progress in the coming weeks and months.

There are increasing signs that Destiny 2 will also be released for PC.
Yesterday there was the earnings call from Activision, where Destiny 2 was confirmed for 2017. Many PC gamers are wondering: Is Destiny 2 coming to PC?
These 5 things indicate that Destiny 2 will be released for PC
While there is still no definitive answer from Activision, almost everything we’ve heard recently clearly points in that direction.
The US site Kotaku writes, citing an insider source, that Destiny 2 is coming for PC. Kotaku has always been right in the past with such statements based on sources from within Destiny. There has always been something to it. There’s no reason to really doubt it this time.
In addition, Activision’s Erik Hirshberg mentioned in the earnings call that the global reach of the franchise is to be increased. Destiny 2 should be accessible to even more people. One reads a new beginning from his statements. All of this are signs for a port of the successful shooter to PC.
Also, a job posting some time ago backs this up. Bungie was specifically looking for an employee necessary for such PC ports – a PC Compatibility Tester.
You see: There are numerous indications, even recent ones, that it is becoming a reality – Destiny 2 will most likely also be released for PC. An official statement is still pending.
Do you want to lounge in Paladins on the gentle saddle of a pink unicorn? Be quick and you have the chance to win the exclusive Candy Unicorn mount. But that’s not all: We have just added skins for the new champion Maeve to the prize pool!
Today, the Paladins OB43 Patch went live and it brings us the new flanker Maeve and special cosmetics for Valentine’s Day.
A new champion is always cool in a game, but what is much more important is: There is now a pink unicorn! Fans have long been begging on Reddit and in the Steam community for a glitter unicorn. For Valentine’s Day, Hi-Rez has finally fulfilled this wish.
Paladins Candy Unicorn
This hot chassis shines in shimmering white, with pink hearts on its backside, and takes you quickly and safely into the next battle on its heavy purple hooves. Plus, the unicorn sprays hearts from its exhaust as it makes its elegant ride onto the battlefield.
Normally, you only receive the unicorn in the special Valentine’s Day box, which contains several romantic items. You might have to open this box a total of 12 times to get the unicorn. But with a little luck, you can get it here with a simple click. By unlocking multiple entries, you increase your chances of winning.
Update: On top of that, there are still 5 skins for the new champion Maeve to win!
Leya says: I dove into the new OB43 patch today, and my first action was of course to open Valentine’s Day boxes in the hope of quickly getting the unicorn. Afterwards, I tested the new champion Maeve. Priorities are a must.
I actually had to open the box 12 times before the new unicorn finally popped out. In-game it looks really great. I’m sure the veil of hearts that the new glitter mount trails behind it is beautiful unicorn farts. Good luck winning the unicorn lottery!

You can now also exchange your gold in WoW for Battle.net credits in Europe and use it to purchase in Overwatch or other games. We will show you what is available.
€13 is available as Battle.net credit when you redeem a WoW token. This WoW token was purchased by another player directly from Blizzard for €20 and posted in the World of Warcraft auction house.
The gold price for this token varies depending on supply and demand. Currently, it is at 186k. However, it can also go up or down.
If you redeem such a token, you receive €13 in Battle.net credit. With that, you can then go out and buy card packs in Hearthstone, loot boxes and skins in Overwatch, heroes in Heroes of the Storm, or even Blizzard games.
You can purchase all of this with Battle.net credit
The most important things you can purchase with Battle.net credit are:
In WoW game time, character services like faction changes, and mounts and pets from the in-game shop – even in Legion, you can now expand without spending real money
In Hearthstone card packs, adventure expansions, or additional hero skins
In Heroes of the Storm the stimpacks are available, which allow you to earn gold in-game faster – skins and heroes are also interesting
In Overwatch there are currently New Year loot boxes for €1.99 with skins, emotes, sprays, and much more. If you want to invest your WoW gold here, you get about 6 boxes for a WoW token
You can get full games like Starcraft, Diablo 3, or even Overwatch. For around half a million gold at the current price, there is Overwatch. If you add another 300,000, even in the Origins Edition. Diablo 3 is significantly cheaper. You only need 2 or 3 tokens for that.
For those who have hoarded a lot of WoW gold or have previously cleverly converted gold into WoW tokens, this is like a stroll in the land of milk and honey.
Heroes of the Storm gets significantly better music – because DJ Lúcio brings the fat beats to the Nexus. Check out the video here.
The next hero of Heroes of the Storm comes from Blizzard’s hero shooter Overwatch and is none other than Lúcio. In the story of Overwatch, he stole his sound equipment, which was previously used to suppress people, from a facility of the Vishkar Corporation and has been using it ever since to unite people through music and awaken a lot of “positive energy” in them.
As in Overwatch, Lúcio is a supporter who aids his own team either through acceleration or sustained healing effects.

The trait Wallride allows Lúcio to slide along objects and barriers, becoming 20% faster and able to glide through other units.
Soundwave deals damage in a cone-shaped area and pushes enemies back.
Crossfade corresponds to Lúcio’s passive auras from Overwatch. He can switch between Healing Boost and Speed Boost, which slightly heals nearby allies or accelerates them.
With Turn it Up, the current aura is massively amplified for 3 seconds – either providing more healing or a speed bonus of up to 45%.
The first heroic ability is Sound Barrier. Lúcio and all nearby allies receive a massive shield that diminishes over the course of 6 seconds.
The second heroic ability Killer Beat turns Lúcio into a debuffer. For 4 seconds, his auras become negative effects that either damage or slow down enemies – depending on the active Crossfade aura.
Lúcio is widely considered to be “hard to catch” as he can relatively easily escape from precarious situations. The fact that he can attack while moving and – unlike Tracer – never has to reload, makes him a dangerous foe even in retreat.
Lúcio is set to appear next week, on the evening of Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2017.
