This Friday, we want to know which games you will be playing over the weekend from February 17th to February 19th.
It’s Friday and the weekend is just around the corner. For some of you, this means more time to game. While some dive into the familiar virtual worlds of their favorite games, others give new titles a chance. The exchange in the community brings some insider tips and game recommendations that one might otherwise miss.
What is the editorial team playing?
In our editorial team, For Honor is also a popular topic this weekend. But that’s not the only game we’re playing in the coming days:
Schuhmann is spending the weekend with Final Fantasy XIV – he is also following the event in Frankfurt, where new details about Stormblood are expected to be announced. Furthermore, he is playing For Honor.
Jürgen, code name Ghost Racoon,is out this weekend, but he is also using it to hunt for Pokémon GO. When he is back home, he will join Ttime and Schuhmann and will dedicate some time to For Honor.
In FIFA 17 FUT is facing the Ratings Refresh. Hundreds of players will receive winter upgrades and downgrades.
EA Sports is introducing a new feature in the “Ultimate Team” mode of FIFA 17: the so-called Ratings Refresh. This will replace the winter upgrades we were expecting in FUT 17.
The Ratings Refresh is meant to reflect the real performances of players in professional football: Those who have been consistently strong – or weak – in recent months will receive a FUT card with a better or worse overall rating. FUT 17 Ratings Refresh – Release

We will update this article as soon as more information is available. The next league will be updated on Sunday!
More information about the Ratings Refresh:
Who determines the upgrades and downgrades? A team from EA Sports.
What do the new player cards look like? Like the previous standard cards (gold, silver, bronze).
What is the difference between the previous standard cards and the new cards? The overall rating and the stats. Only in rare cases does the position change, if the player has predominantly played in a new position in recent months.
What happens to the old standard cards? They remain unchanged. However, they are replaced in packs by the new cards. In other words, the old cards can no longer be drawn from sets.
What happens to the previous IFs? They will also receive an upgrade if the new standard card exceeds the previous IF card’s rating or has the same rating. There are no downgrades for IF cards. More information about this here.
How long are the “Ratings Refresh” cards in the sets? Expected until the end of FIFA 17.
Can a winter transfer player receive an upgrade or downgrade? Yes.
Paragon, the MOBA game with high-gloss graphics, is actually known for rather serious heroes. That will soon change with the new heroine Shinbi, who sings K-Pop songs and tears apart enemies with pink glitter wolves.
MOBA games are notorious for silly and outrageous heroes, such as the brutal cuddle bear Pakko from Gigantic or the two-headed ogre Cho’Gall from Heroes of the Storm, which two players control at the same time. Paragon has stood out here so far, as the heroes of this MOBA are rather serious and dignified, which also matches the realistic graphic style.

With the new heroine Shinbi, the serious theme changes, as here comes a cute girl who runs across the battlefield in hot pants and with a sword and actually earns her living singing K-Pop songs on stage. In doing so, she uses state-of-the-art holo-technology to incorporate sparkling pink wolves into her performances.

Sure, it all fits wonderfully together, which pop star doesn’t have holo-wolves on stage? But the pink glitter pups are not just decoration! Rather, they are Shinbi’s preferred form of attack. Most of her skills rely on wolves that tear apart the enemy.
The Wolfocalypse!
If you are now wondering what terrible things the pink glitter wolves can do, then prepare to be surprised. Shinbi’s skills and abilities are:
Raging Beat: A charge that can be reactivated to charge even further. Everything in Shinbi’s way gets damaged.
Tempo Line: Unleashes a wolf on the enemy. The wolf explodes, of course!
Circle Rhythm: Four particularly glittery wolves run around Shinbi. They do not explode, but tear apart all enemies they hit and heal friends.
All-Kill!: Each of Shinbi’s other skills gives the victim a “wolf stack”. When she activates the skill again, the poor enemy is attacked by one wolf per stack(!). Wolf-tastic!
By the way, Shinbi will appear on February 21.
Jürgen says: I really thought I had seen everything in MOBAs, but a wolf-throwing K-Pop chick with hot pants and a sword? I was not prepared for that. What do you think of the new heroine? Totally funny and brilliantly outrageous or a disgrace for the rather dignified Paragon? On the other hand… there have also been green grinning orcs with drums….
Jeff Kaplan makes ambiguous hints in the forum – will Overwatch soon get a clan system?
Especially in team games, it is common for players to join clans or guilds. These social features often make it easier to connect with like-minded individuals and provide a sense of belonging through a shared guild/clan name.
So far, Overwatch does not have such features and relies on a friends list or groups that organize outside the game – for example, in forums.
In the official forum, the user Dreck simply asked whether Overwatch could get such systems, as they would “improve the gameplay quality for many players.”
Jeff Kaplan, the Game Director of Overwatch, has directly commented on this, albeit with only a few words:
“We would *very* much like to work on such a system.”
Of course, no one in the forum overlooked the asterisks that Kaplan included in this statement, which immediately led to numerous speculations.
The most obvious interpretation is that Blizzard has long been working on a clan system and we will soon get these new features in our hands.
Until there is an official announcement, Jeff Kaplan continues to enjoy spreading a few rumors.
The Division 1.6 transforms the named high-end assault rifle Warlord into an Exotic. What can it do now?
The Update 1.1 in April last year introduced a named high-end assault rifle: the Warlord. This weapon is based on the AK-47 model and can be obtained through the incursion “Falcon Lost.”
At that time, agents wondered if the “named weapon” could keep up with the AK-74 – Black Market version, once one of the best and most popular weapons in the game. It quickly became clear: No. With strong talents, the AK-74 is better.
Nearly a year later, the Warlord is turned into an Exotic with Update 1.6. This means it gets a unique talent. What can it do now – besides shining brightly?
With the Warlord on the Offensive
The AK assault rifles are currently not the top-tier weapons in The Division; the LVOA-C has a better standing. Nevertheless, the Warlord brings interesting properties to the fight.
It comes with a fire rate of 600, a base magazine size of 30, and these additional stats:
The Warlord has two random talents and an exotic talent that is always active and cannot be recalibrated:
Play rough: While you shoot, damage taken is reduced by 20%. When you stop shooting, you will take damage.
What does that mean? First: You don’t have to hit enemies to receive the 20% damage reduction. You can also fire wildly around, and the talent still activates. It is advisable to definitely equip an extended magazine to shoot as long as possible.
However: Even while you shoot, you take damage – just 20% less. You have no complete protection. The talent can also backfire on you later: If you have only a little health left and stop firing, the damage you receive afterward can kill you.
Below the normal display, the symbol for the “Play rough” talent appears as soon as you take damage while shooting. After you have fired the last shot, a short timer counts down, and once it runs out, the damage is applied to you. During this time, you can still heal to avoid certain death.

In the forums, users disagree on whether this talent is of great practical use. With it, you can stay “out” longer as a tank and take down enemies. However, since you do receive the damage afterward, this talent can be quite treacherous.
The Warlord works well with the character talent On the Move, which reduces incoming damage by 15% for 10 seconds if you kill an enemy while moving.
Have you tested the Warlord on the PTS? What do you think of it?
In For Honor, the developers are discussing future gameplay improvements: The Valkyries will be buffed.
For Honor has only been on the market for a few days, but there is already some information about upcoming updates. Community Manager Eric Pope discusses some issues raised by fans on Reddit and how the developers will respond.
Bots with Full Health Points
First, there is an issue in the Duel, Brawl, and Deathmatch modes. When players leave the match, they are currently replaced directly by a bot with full health points.
In the future, this should change: If a player leaves the match, they will be replaced by a dead bot. In the Duel mode, you will automatically win this round. In the following rounds, the bot will replace the player as usual.
Counter for Guardbreak
Currently, you cannot counter a Guardbreak if the Guardbreak attempt is already in progress. During the beta, this was possible. A future update will restore this mechanic to how it worked in the beta.
The Guardbreak is a mechanic that allows you to make the opponent defenseless at the press of a button for a short time. Every hero masters it.
Changes to Heroes
There is a bug with Conquerors and Berserkers: When the opponent blocks a light attack, both classes can combine this into a Guardbreak. This will be fixed.
There is also a bug with Peacekeepers: After a Guardbreak, the second and third stab do not cause bleeding. This will also be fixed.
The Valkyries will receive several buffs:
Light attacks can be executed more quickly in chain attacks.
The recovery time for light attacks has been reduced.
Ambush Strike and Hunter’s Blow deal more damage and can be followed up with attacks.
Shield Crush: A chain attack can then follow with light attacks.
Hunter’s Storm: The recovery time will be reduced.
However, Pope did not reveal when these changes can be expected. It is also still unclear whether all adjustments will appear in one or multiple updates.
For Honor offers you 12 hero classes at launch. Among them are brutal axe murderers, sneaky knife-wielders, gigantic samurai brawlers, and the feared “Noob-Bimbo”. We want to know from you: Which hero is your favorite in Ubisoft’s sword-fighting spectacle?
For Honor, Ubisoft’s brutal melee MMO, is finally out and offers you a wide selection of cool heroes. In total, you can choose from twelve brutal killers, each a master of their fighting style. So far, all heroes are quite balanced, as our first tier list proves. Therefore, the choice of hero is a matter of play style and personal preferences.
The All-Round Classes – Warden, Kensei, or Raider?
Even though you can play all 12 heroes from the start in For Honor, most players will likely begin their adventure with the 3 beginner heroes. They are already “unlocked”, can earn experience points, and can be customized.
The Warden is a truly balanced hero who is popular among many players because he can do everything and has hardly any weaknesses. However, he doesn’t really stand out in any way. A true all-rounder. You can see how cool the Warden performs in the hands of a skilled player against multiple opponents in the video here.

If you enjoy brutal action, you might lean towards the Raider. This wild brute excels especially at one thing: trampling opponents like a wild boar and making them tumble across the battlefield like dolls – preferably into sharp stakes or ravines. The Kensei has a bit more finesse, wielding a gigantic sword that is surprisingly precise and particularly good at breaking through enemy defenses. Which of these all-rounders do you prefer?
The Heavy Classes – Shugoki, Warlord and Conqueror
The tankiest tank in the game should be the Conqueror. This armored muscle-bound character can hide perfectly behind his shield and from cover reposition foes with his flail. Hardly any class is better suited for defending narrow passages. The Viking Warlord also fights similarly defensively.
He blocks with his shield, but can also effectively counter and damage opponents even while behind cover. Less defensive but still a good tank is the chubby Shugoki of the Samurai. This meat mountain has no shield but wields a gigantic club. With that, he can unleash unstoppable attacks and can take a beating thanks to his high hit points. Which of the hefty brutes do you prefer?
Assassins! – Peacekeeper, Berserker, and Orochi
The heroes listed so far are all big, muscle-bound giants who fold their opponents with brutal violence. The assassin classes operate quite differently. They rely on finesse and complex maneuvers. Above all, the difficult to master Peacekeeper. This fighter prefers quick maneuvers and damage over time.
The radically offensive Berserker, on the other hand, is a highly annoying flank fighter who attacks you at the least opportune moment from the side and drives you across the battlefield with quick combo attacks. The Orochi of the Samurai uses precise strikes with his katana and can buff himself and hinder opponents. Which of these three nimble killers do you prefer?
Specialists – Nobushi, Valkyrie, and Lawbringer
These three classes are hybrids that excel in various disciplines and all have a good range thanks to their polearms. For example, the hefty Lawbringer is heavily armored and thus a good tank. He can also stun and hinder opponents with his greataxe. The nimble Valkyrie is a defensive heroine who strikes quickly with her spear, counterattacks well, and can even block while charging in.
The queen of the battlefield is, according to the tier list and many players, the Nobushi, affectionately dubbed “Noob-Bimbo”. She fights with a naginata and thus has the best range in the game. She bleeds opponents and can revive fallen allies particularly quickly. Thus, she rocks especially in the 4vs4 domination mode.
Are you also fans of the Noob-Bimbo or do you rather favor dashing Viking boys and girls or noble knights? Let us know in the comments!
Jürgen says: For my part, I love the Raider. On one hand, I like big, hefty brawler characters, then I like the gigantic axe, and I love the storm attack throw! It looks just magnificent when my Viking giant, next to whom every other hero looks like a little runt, simply tosses the opponent over his shoulder and then throws him into spikes, flames, or off the castle wall. The ultimate humiliation and the victory of brutal violence over cheeky finesse!
Sea of Thieves is increasingly becoming a highly interesting pirate online game, and with a new trailer, the developers present some of the new features.
Sea of Thieves puts you in the role of pirates who set out to uncover treasures and cause chaos on the seas. The online game is currently in a closed alpha, with approximately 1,000 players able to participate. During the testing phase, the developers are working on new content, which they recently showcased in a video.
New land in sight!
To give players something to do, the team expanded the game world with islands. On these, you can search for buried treasures, but you should expect that they are protected by dreadful skeletons. Okay, they aren’t that dreadful; they’re kind of cute, especially when they “die” and dramatically clutch at their non-existent throat before sinking into the ground.
Finding or stealing treasures
If you don’t want to deal with the undead, you can also try to steal treasure chests from other players’ camps. However, you should really make sure to have a quick escape route, because dropping from a rope bridge on a cliff onto your own ship is spectacular, but the newly introduced fall damage could quickly become your downfall.
To make it easier for you to quickly sell the stolen treasures before a hostile crew can take them back from you, the number of trading outposts has been increased. There, you can sell your loot.
The new areas are also interestingly designed with mysterious caves or shipwrecks along the shores of the islands. This creates an exciting atmosphere and makes you want to explore these places.
Sea of Thieves is set to be released later this year for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. There is currently no exact date yet.

These Pokémon of Generation 1 now evolve into Pokémon of Generation 2 through evolution stones and candies. Here’s what your evolutions cost in Pokémon GO. This is how many stones and candies you need.
Since February 17th, you can catch and evolve monsters of Generation 2 in Pokémon GO. Some Pokémon that had no further evolutions in the first generation can now be evolved into Pokémon of Generation 2 through the Update 0.57.2. We will show you which monsters this change affects, how many candies it costs to evolve them, and where to get the evolution stones, the special items in Pokémon GO.
Pokémon GO – New Evolutions in Gen. 2
The new evolutions in Pokémon GO allow monsters of Generation 1 to become monsters of Generation 2. For example, Golbat was the highest evolutionary stage of Zubat in Generation 1. Since Niantic released the new Pokémon, Golbat can evolve into Iksbat.
We will show you which Pokémon are also affected by these changes and what their evolutions cost.
Pokémon Go: How many stones (special items) and candies you need
Golbat -> Iksbat: 100 Zubat candies
Duflor -> Blubella: 100 Myrapla candies and a sundstone
Quaputzi -> Quaxo: 100 Quapsel candies and a king stone
Onix -> Stahlos: 50 Onix candies and a metal coat
Flegmon -> Laschoking: 50 Flegmon candies and a king stone
Chaneira -> Heiteira: 50 Chaneira candies
Seedraking – Source: PokeWiki
Seemon -> Seedraking: 100 Seeper candies and a dragon scale
Sichlor -> Scherox: 50 Sichlor candies and a metal coat
Evoli -> Nachtara: 25 Evoli candies and a nickname
Evoli -> Psiana: 25 Evoli candies and a nickname
Porygon -> Porygon2: 50 Porygon candies and a up-grade
Pokémon GO Evolution Stones: Where to find Sundstone, King Stone, Metal Coat, Dragon Scale, and Up-Grade?
In addition to the new Pokémon, there are now certain stones required for the evolutions of some Pokémon. These evolution items were already found in the game code during datamining in January. These rare items have now been activated in the game, and many trainers wonder where to find these evolution items.
There, you need to spin the emblem as usual to collect the items. King Stone, Metal Coat, Sundstone, Dragon Scale, and Up-Grade have a low chance of dropping as rewards from PokéStops. Reddit user MonroeKFV writes that he had to spin about 50 PokéStops before he found a Metal Coat for Onix.
This year, a new supporter will be released in League of Legends , which is supposed to be particularly effective on a duo lane. We tell you what we already know about the new champion in LoL.
The champion pool of League of Legends is regularly filled with new characters. They can be categorized into tanks, ranged fighters, melee fighters, mages, assassins, or supporters. As champion designer RiotMeddler stated in the forum, League of Legends is set to receive a new supporter this year, who will demonstrate their strengths in traditional gameplay.
Best on the Duo-Lane
A traditional style supporter focuses on helping allies and keeping enemies at bay. Dealing a lot of damage is not one of their tasks. In the forum thread, there were complaints that Meddler was not clear enough. He stated that the champion “should work well with a traditional support playstyle.”
It sounded as if the champion was not designed for this role, but could function well in the position.
Meddler then made it clear again that the newcomer in LoL is primarily played on double lanes and will not be as effective as a champion on a solo lane. Supporting an ally is therefore the focus of his kit. Unlike champions like Malzahar or Zyra, who tend to deal more damage on the bot lane rather than strengthen their allies.
So far, it is unclear whether this mysterious champion will be the next release or will be added later this year.
Would you like a traditional supporter, or do you prefer more damage on the bot lane?
Some players are complaining on For Honor that they cannot redeem their additional content from the Gold and Deluxe Edition. What does Ubisoft say about this issue?
If you have been desperately trying to redeem your code for the bonus content of your Gold or Deluxe Edition for days – don’t worry, you are not alone.
In the Ubi forum and on Reddit, there are numerous user reports detailing this problem. According to them:
the problem occurs with copies purchased as a physical version (disc) of For Honor.
the included codes are not recognized when entered
most reports concern the PS4, but there are complaints on the Xbox One as well.
The cause of the problem is not yet known. However, Ubisoft confirmed in the Ubi forum that they are aware of this issue. They recently told Kotaku that they are working on a solution.
So there is still hope that you will receive your additional content from the Gold and Deluxe Edition.
What do these editions contain?
The Deluxe Edition includes the full version of For Honor and these additional contents:
Sunbeam effect for elimination
3 unique helmet ornaments
7 days of Champion status: you and your friends will receive XP boosts as well as more XP from crafting and more loot at the end of matches.
With artifact power and the associated weapons, not everything went smoothly in World of Warcraft. The developers promise improvement.
It is one of the biggest features of World of Warcraft: Legion. Many quests revolve around it, and it is the permanent carrot that dangles in front of all players: artifact weapons and their upgrades through artifact power.
What worked perfectly in the first weeks, as players could constantly become stronger – and many still can today – became a problem during patches 7.1 and 7.1.5. Ion Hazzikostas, the Game Director of WoW, has commented on this matter in the official forum.
He admits design flaws but always explains what the intentions behind the concepts were, where they worked and where they didn’t. We have written down and translated some excerpts with the most exciting statements for you.
“Artifact power primarily served two purposes: First, it was supposed to offer players progress at max level that was not tied to items and loot luck. (…) Secondly, it was meant to be a universal, consistent reward for all types of gameplay content.”
The team considered whether to introduce weekly limits for artifact power but ultimately decided against it. If there were these limits, players would quickly feel the “obligation” to farm amount X of artifact power every week.
Through artifact knowledge, it was ensured that players could farm endlessly, but newcomers would never completely fall behind.
“When the Emerald Nightmare was new content, the average raiders had an artifact weapon with 20 or 21 points, while hardcore raiders had about 24 to 25 – a relatively small difference.”
The mistake was that for the last 20 points in the weapon, there was only a small increase in the necessary artifact power felt. Unlike before, the costs here no longer increase exponentially. This led to larger gaps between the heavy players and those who did not spend 8 or more hours in the game every day.
“Instead of the difference between 21 and 24 points in the nightmare, there was a group of hardcore raiders who went into Nighthold with 54 points, while others were just starting with the last trait [,so about 35 points]. This caused a damage and health difference of about 10%, which is almost equivalent to a complete tier of gear. (…) In short: We are absolutely not happy with how this turned out.“
For the upcoming patch 7.2, Hazzikostas promises many improvements. The final “curve” for the increase in artifact power and knowledge is still being worked on, but there is a fairly clear goal.
“… we are currently aiming for a scaling where players with twice as much artifact power have a weapon that is about ~1.5% stronger; those with four times the amount should be about ~3% stronger. Overall, this should drastically reduce the power difference between players.”
In addition, the distribution of artifact power is being reconsidered. Raids should become more rewarding, and repeatable content – such as “Mythic+” dungeons should be adjusted. Long dungeons will grant more power than short ones.
You can find Hazzikostas’ complete forum post as usual in our sources.
In Destiny, Xur’s arrival is today, February 17th. Where is Xur, what is his location and inventory? What items does he have on offer?
If you haven’t played the MMO shooter Destiny for a while, it’s worth checking in again. The update 2.5.0.2 has been implemented, adjusting the balance in PvP. Now you can leave the Matador or the Clever Dragon in the vault and try out other guns, like one of these.
The Iron Banner in February – a great opportunity to extensively test the new balance – is still on its way. The monthly PvP event is expected to start in two weeks, so it’s hardly correct to refer to it as the “February Iron Banner” anymore.
Now let’s look at the Agent of the Nine. What does Xur bring you with him this weekend?
All information about Xur in Destiny on February 17th, 18th, and 19th on PS4 and Xbox One
When does Xur come? When does Xur leave? – The times
Xur appears on Fridays at 10 a.m. in the Tower or in the Reef. He brings his wares to the Guardians, takes Strange Coins from them, and departs on Sunday, February 19th, at 10 a.m. After that, you will have to wait another week until the Exotic vendor returns.
Where is Xur? Location
Xur has his favorite positions where he likes to spend the weekend. This time he is located in the Reef, at the Vestian Outpost.

In For Honor there is an annoying problem. The error message says, “Sorry, our servers are taking too long to respond.”
Those who want to compete in 1vs1 duels against the AI in For Honor are struggling with an annoying bug.
While the duels themselves work wonderfully, you can nicely beat the bots and learn the basics of the game. However, those who want to gain experience points, steel, or items this way and complete their daily quests, the orders, are left empty-handed, shedding tears of sorrow and feeling cheated.
Because after a duel against the AI ends, the message “Sorry, our servers are taking too long to respond. Your rewards will be added once they respond.” appears.
And then nothing happens. The rewards do not come. The matches simply don’t count. The deserved, hard-earned reward for beating bots is withheld, and you are cheated out of it.
This has nothing to do with connection quality or the network. The 1vs1 AI mode is simply buggy. The bug occurs on PC.
Ubisoft is aware of it, they say in the forum. The problem has been forwarded.
Those who have orders that can only be executed in melee against the AI must switch to the 2vs2 mode. It works flawlessly there.
Why is this specifically worth an article for us and not the other problems? Well, because this bug happened to me last night, and as a result, valuable steel and EXP slipped through my fingers! I ask for condolences in the comments.
Even though this is a particularly ugly and important problem, it is by no means the only one plaguing For Honor. Real connection issues are tormenting numerous players. More known issues in For Honor and also own solutions can be found here:
According to the Game Director of Overwatch, some players are far too biased when it comes to nerfs and buffs.
Hardly any player welcomes it when their favorite hero in Overwatch falls victim to the nerf bat and emerges from a patch as the “loser” of the changes. In the official forums of Blizzard’s hero shooter, there have been complaints in recent days – as with previous patches – about this. “Why is Roadhog being buffed and nerfed at the same time? Why is Bastion being changed so drastically?”
Jeff Kaplan has spoken up this time and explained some things about the philosophy behind buffs and nerfs.
“Many players seem to see things in a binary or black/white way. For example, heroes either need a buff or a nerf. Players view themselves either as the affected hero or as the victim of that hero [but rarely as both at the same time]. (…)”
“While it is normal to have a ‘main’ hero (although this is somewhat critical in a team-based game with constant switching opportunities and the permanent adjustment of team composition), the cries for nerfs and buffs from ‘main’ players are often quite flawed. When ‘mains’ of a certain hero call for nerfs for another hero, they are often not satisfied until that other hero is practically unplayable.”
Too often, players fail to recognize both sides of an adjustment, causing them to automatically fall into a “protective stance” when nerfs are announced, deeming any justification null and void.
“We try to be as objective, careful, and thorough as possible when it comes to hero balance. We don’t just think, ‘Hero X needs a buff or Hero Y needs a nerf.’ Heroes sometimes just need to be adjusted… and this can mean a mix of changes where some things go up and others go down. (…)
“We try to represent the players of a hero just as much as the victims of that hero. In a perfect world, you should technically be both…”

Next week, there won’t be an Iron Banner in February for Destiny.
This week at Bungie discusses some things that have caused a stir in recent days.
First, it’s about the Update 2.5.0.2. Bungie has taken a close look at the community’s feedback. Some players love the changes, others find some things about this update good and criticize others, while some hate everything.
Bungie respects everyone’s opinions. And so that everyone can reach the developers directly, a thread in the Bungie forum has been set up where you can share your thoughts on the update.
What’s next?
We already know that the next content update will be released in spring. And Bungie says that “spring will be in the air in a few weeks.” In the near future, they will be attending events, such as the Emerald City Comic Con in early March and PAX East in mid-March.
However, they have already announced that there will definitely be no revelations there. They just want to chat with the community. In other words, it will likely take a while before there is any information about the spring update.
Many Guardians speculated that the Iron Banner would start next week in February. However, there was no announcement about it this week. Nevertheless, the Community Manager Cozmo stated that there would be news about the Iron Banner next week. It is expected to start on February 28.
In the Pokémon anime series, the Eevee brothers Sparky, Rainer, and Pyro appeared. If you give your Eevee a nickname before its first evolution using one of the brothers’ first names, it will determine whether Eevee becomes Vaporeon, Flareon, or Jolteon.
Umbreon
In the later episodes of the anime series, Ash and his friends encounter an old friend of Misty named Sakura. She owns an Espeon, and her older sister Tamao has an Umbreon. To evolve your Eevee into Espeon or Umbreon, you need to follow these steps:
Open the menu in the game by clicking on the PokéBall.
Click on “Pokémon”
Select the Eevee you want to evolve into Umbreon or Espeon.
Click on the pencil next to the name to give Eevee a nickname.
If you want to evolve Eevee into Espeon, name it Sakura.
If you want to evolve Eevee into Umbreon, name it Tamao.
If you then click on evolve, Eevee should evolve into the corresponding Pokémon.
This targeted evolution probably only works with the first Eevee you want to evolve into Umbreon or Espeon.
With update 0.57.2, over 80 Pokémon from the 2nd generation and new features in Pokémon GO have been unlocked.
Accompanied by a huge hype, the release of Pokémon GO in the summer of 2016 occurred. Initial server issues hampered the gameplay of the mobile hit many trainers were waiting for. The game has been prepared for its largest update yet over the last few months by stabilizing the platform, removing features, and increasing server capacity. From now on, trainers have access to over 80 Pokémon from the 2nd generation in addition to the first generation, which they can encounter and catch in the game.
New Pokémon with patch 0.57.2 for Android and 1.27.2 for iOS!
Hoothoot, Cyndaquil, and Chikorita are just three of the over 80 new Pokémon from Gold and Silver. Niantic says: “The world of Pokémon GO has expanded.” Many Pokémon that you originally could find in the Johto region are now active for you in the game.
To celebrate this, the developers have activated some bonuses for you:
With these bonuses, nothing stands in the way of an extensive Pokémon hunt. Coinciding with the weekend, Niantic released the new Pokémon so that as many trainers as possible can seize the early stage and begin their adventures.
The new “Pokémon GO” update brings significant changes to the game. In addition to the new monsters, there are new functions and features that you can use in the game. You can find the patch notes for patch 0.57.2 / 1.27.2 here – These include new Berries, gender-specific Pokémon, and new avatar outfits.
Don’t feel like getting the flying achievement in patch 7.2? A few legendaries in World of Warcraft can help!
A few weeks ago, new legendary items were extracted from the game files for the upcoming patch 7.2. These items are among the strongest in World of Warcraft – however, the special effects were still missing in earlier versions of the patch.

At least 3 new legendary items will be craftable in patch 7.2 through various professions. Meanwhile, the legendaries have also been equipped with cool effects – while they don’t truly increase your strength, they are simply stylish. They allow you to fly without any quest chains or achievements!
Celumbra, the Night’s Dichotomy is a shoulder piece for mages, priests, and warlocks, featuring the following effect: During the day, you are able to detect invisible and stealthy enemies. At night, the distance from which enemies can attack you is reduced by 15 meters.
The Sentinel’s Eternal Refuge is footwear for rogues, druids, monks, and demon hunters that allows you to fly through a specific effect: Each time you kill an enemy, you gain 5% additional movement speed for 5 minutes, stackable up to 5 times. At 5 stacks, as long as you are out of combat, you transform into a wisp, further increasing your movement speed and granting you the ability to fly.
Vigilance Perch are gloves for hunters and shamans with a similar effect: Each kill grants a stack of 5% movement speed, and at 5 stacks, you become a ghost owl that can fly while out of combat.
Flying without a mount – that’s something only Aviana can do.
Patch 7.2 is currently still on the test realm, so all data should be taken with caution. Much can still change before the release.
The Wild format in Hearthstone, where all cards can be played, will receive more love. There will be a heroic card chaos there and there will also be official Blizzard tournaments.
In addition, “Maiev Shadowsong” will be introduced as an alternative rogue hero. She will be available for free. You just need to win 10 games after the next expansion goes online.
There’s a lot of information for players to digest all at once.

Secondly, Blizzard announces: There will be three expansions in the Year of the Mammoth and no adventure. All three expansions will have around 130 new cards in their new card sets. That’s 390 new cards and more than the originally planned 305 (2 expansions, 1 adventure) that were previously released as an annual rate.
One expansion will come at the beginning of the year, one in the middle, and the third at the end of the Year of the Mammoth.
The image shows: An expansion is planned every quarter.
Before the expansion, Blizzard will still release “daily login rewards,” as reported by the US site Polygon: Players should receive rewards such as card packs, gold, or arcane dust every day before the expansion when they log in.
Instead of adventures – one more card set and free single-player missions
An “adventure” will no longer be available. Instead, free and optional single-player missions will be introduced with the expansions. But only with the one after next expansion.
With the next expansion, cards from “The Blackrock Mountain,” “The Grand Tournament,” and “The League of Explorers” will disappear from the Standard format and only be playable in Wild format.

Blizzard has announced major changes for Hearthstone . 6 of the strongest cards will disappear from the Standard format. 390 new cards are set to be released in the Year of the Mammoth.
For a long time, not much was heard from Hearthstone, now there are three announcements at once.
With the next expansion, the “Year of the Mammoth” begins. With it, the cards that can be used in the Standard format will change. Actually, “Classic” cards are exempt from this rotation. But for 6 cards, Blizzard is making an exception: They belong to the Classic cards but will no longer be playable in “Standard.” They are too strong. Instead of nerfing them, they will be “retired.”
6 classic cards will disappear from the Standard format with the next expansion and be inducted into a kind of “Hall of Fame”.
These 6 cards are too strong for Blizzard, they are disappearing from Standard play
These 6 cards are:
Ragnaros – a too powerful “staple” in control and midrange decks, taking space from many other “big cards”.
Sylvanas – for 6 mana, she has an enormous impact on the game, she would hinder other deathrattle cards that Blizzard plans
Azure Drake – too versatile for Blizzard’s taste, there should be more alternatives than always the dragon
Frostbolt – the freeze mage has hardly changed over the years. Blizzard does not appreciate the “30 damage in one turn” thing
Overwhelming Power – found in too many warlock decks, also serves as a finisher in absurd combos
Conceal – frustrates the opponent too much by taking away their reaction possibilities – too strong in combination with the Goblin Auctioneer
Players will receive the full dust value for each of these cards (including golden variants) that they can play in a deck. So you will receive one Ragnaros back, not two.
You will keep the cards. They will not disappear and you can continue to play them in Wild format. They are just out of Standard format.
