Some authors are trying to see something in Mass Effect: Andromeda that the game cannot and does not want to be. A good enough reason to complain a bit.
I wish you all a nice Wednesday. I actually wanted to skip the complaint Wednesday because Mass Effect: Andromeda is waiting to be fully played through. But no, then I would disappoint all those who look forward to the column and let down all those who get upset every week that this column exists.
But let’s get straight to the point: Mass Effect: Andromeda.
After I published my review of the game a few days ago, I naturally wanted to read what other sites are saying. While I don’t always completely agree, I can certainly understand some criticisms, there was one article that particularly caught my attention.
The article “In Space, No One Can Hear You Moan” (Link to the article on “Zeit Online”) raised my eyebrows already with the headline. But if you look at the URL, you can roughly guess where the journey is heading: “mass-effect-andromeda-sex-geschlechtsverkehr”. Zeit Online focuses on the possibility of sexual relationships in ME:A in the article and opens up many barrels around sex, relationships and love. It is mostly about the significance of interpersonal relationships, how sex changes a relationship and what feelings, emotions, drives and many other things come with it.
Above all, however, it is about the fact that the relationships in Mass Effect: Andromeda are nothing more than “Press X for Sex”.
I find the accusation fundamentally wrong. It’s like accusing the latest Hollywood action movie of not being a relationship drama. Yes, in some ways that’s true, but the film doesn’t want that at all.
It always depends on what a game wants to be and how other games handle the topic so it can be put into context. From my perspective, Mass Effect is clearly more mature than most other games that feature sex.
The characters are autonomous and far from a “Grab a prostitute to feel better” like in GTA. They are multi-layered, have their own opinions, preferences and dislikes, and feel like real characters.
But in the article, there is an attempt to make something out of Mass Effect: Andromeda that it cannot and does not want to be: a relationship simulator.
As the author himself says in the last paragraph, Mass Effect: Andromeda is not a game about “complex, fragile, and painful relationships including sex.” Correct. I don’t want to discuss with Peebee what we will do on our anniversary and who will do the laundry today and whether a vegan diet would be better for us.
I also don’t want Liam whining in my ears because he doesn’t know if we can afford a second child, whether the child allowance application from the Nexus has been approved and whether I, as a Pathfinder, am considered self-employed or employed and if I need to tax my credits differently.
It is a goddamn sci-fi action RPG and not a relationship simulator.
In the MMO shooter Destiny the last live stream of “Age of Triumph” takes place tonight. There, Bungie will present the new rewards and fresh items.
Next week on March 28th, the last patch for Destiny 1 will be released. Bungie will present the contents of the update in a series of live streams. The last one starts today at 6 PM.
It will be about the rewards, weapons, and armor that will be added with the patch.
You can watch the stream live here. We will accompany it with a ticker in German from 6 PM, so you won’t miss anything.

6:03 PM: Welcome to the live stream. This might be the last live stream for Destiny 1 and the next time Bungie invites us to Twitch, it will already be about Destiny 2.
6:04 PM: Today there is the sandbox update. Last time it was like this, Bungie developers talked for 50 minutes. There was nothing really exciting, and in the end, they said “Did we forget anything? Oh yes, we will do something about the Truth.” A week later, Guardians were astonished reading the patch notes, as “Truth” was nerfed into insignificance. The uproar was enormous. The person responsible for that nonsense is also a guest in the stream today. Great.
6:05 PM: It’s starting.
Destiny: The live stream of the sandbox changes and new weapons
6:07 PM: So DeeJ’s outfit is quite bold. I preferred him when he wanted to be a Canadian lumberjack!
6:10 PM: This will be the new “Glass Chamber” armor set.
6:11 PM: There will be a fashion show. The new armor pieces from “Glass Chamber” will be shown in-game. “More Vex than ever before,” they say. Warlocks will get “robot stilts legs.” The idea is that players who complete the raid challenges will receive these crazy armor ornaments. But you can also make the “Glass Chamber” armor sparkle with ornaments from Crota’s End.
Raid weapons with elemental damage are coming back – but there’s a catch
6:14 PM: There are now two versions of the raid primary weapons. The “Adept” version has the elemental damage – but they are then Exotics. The other version is the raid weapons, but without elemental damage. So there are “countless new Exotics.”
6:18 PM: That means: There aren’t really these “no-brainer” primaries that everyone will always take like Fatebringer; instead, you have to give up the exotic slot.
6:19 PM: Here is the concept art for the new armors from “Crota’s End.” In the stream, they are showing green-glimmering ornaments.
6:20 PM: The armors have an interesting effect: When the Guardians take damage, the light goes out, the horns disappear – like an electrically lit Christmas tree when it’s unplugged. Then the spikes and light slowly regenerate. Looks interesting.
6:21: The Black Spindle is not coming back – in its place, the Black Spindle has taken its place as an Exotic. Necrochasm is making a return – when an enemy dies, it explodes and deals damage to nearby enemies.
6:25 PM: DeeJ’s statement – “Everything is back, everything is back, everything is an option.” … Okay, except the Black Spindle.
6:26 PM: Here is the concept art for the raid armor from the “Kingsfall” raid with ornaments. Same idea as the armor from Crota’s End, but blue instead of green. The light also briefly goes out when the Guardian takes damage.
Hand cannons are getting a little weaker
6:28 PM: Hand cannons are being nerfed. The range will be slightly reduced by about three meters.
“Newer raids” are getting raid primary weapons with elemental damage
6:31 PM: The new raids will now get elemental primary weapons as Exotics – in the Adept versions. So even more Exotics.
6:32 PM: The last armor series with new ornaments from the SIVA raid. This is rather “modest” compared to the other three. Rather orange-red glowing. Also quite nice.
6:35 PM: That all sounds quite interesting. The raid primaries from all four raids are now available in Adept versions. They deal elemental damage but are Exotic. Also, a lot of new ornaments for raid armor and Exotics.
6:37 PM: They’ve also created a retro armor set for all 3 classes, which is supposed to drop from the chests. It can then be beautified with Chroma. The armor is styled retro.
6:39 PM: Dragon’s Breath gets an impressive tiger ornament. Lord of Wolves also has a very pretty one. And the Suros Regime has a “yellow-black” outfit. That looks classy.
What balance changes are still to come to Destiny?
6:42 PM: The fashion show is over, now it’s about balance changes.
6:43 PM: It’s again about the “regeneration effect” – they will work on it again and take some things back. The patch notes will come next Tuesday at 7:00 PM. There will be new information then. Truth will receive the fastest possible reload speed, and Guardians will have one more rocket in their inventory.
6:45 PM: No Land Beyond will be nerfed. It now gets a stronger flinch. It will be harder to use under fire. The artifact “Skorris’ Remembrance” will now activate only after 1 minute when a kill is achieved while the super is full. This should make it weaker in the Trials of Osiris. With the end of an Osiris round, the buff will reset and must be reactivated.
6:48 PM: Pistols no longer stack ammunition. When respawning after death, you only have one magazine of pistol special ammunition. Special ammo crates now function like heavy ammo crates: The ammunition goes directly into the weapons. They don’t need to be reloaded separately.
6:51 PM: DeeJ is probably getting the first multi-kill of his career. The designer who killed Truth explains with a pistol in hand how much he loves talking to the community. Then everyone drinks something they claim is water. #JustBungieThings
6:53 PM: The Twitch chat is surprisingly friendly, even though the “Infinity” is deeply missed. But perhaps the year will end and Destiny 1 will still end on a friendlier note. We will find out next Tuesday. Until then, we will keep you updated on Mein-MMO.de. Have a nice evening!

A new hotfix in WoW simplifies the current raid. Mythic raiders should now have an easier time progressing in the Nighthold.
It won’t be long before Blizzard deploys Patch 7.2 of World of Warcraft: Legion to the live servers, but there are still small hotfixes for the current Patch 7.1.5.
Today, on March 22, 2017, another hotfix was deployed, bringing some changes to the Nighthold, especially on mythic difficulty. Here are the adjustments in detail.
Aluriel the Spellblade
The damage of Frost’s Mark (mythic) has been reduced by 10%.
The damage of Explosion from Frost’s Mark (mythic) has been reduced by 10%.
The damage of Detonate: Arcane Orb (mythic) has been reduced by 15%.
The health points of Aluriel and her minions (mythic) have been reduced by 10%.
Star Augur Etraeus
The damage of Fel Flame has been reduced by 20%.
The health points of The Thing That Should Not Be have been reduced by 10%.
The health points of Star Augur Etraeus (mythic) have been reduced by 10%.
Aluriel and the Star Augur were significant roadblocks for many semi-hardcore raid groups and possibly a bit stronger than originally intended by Blizzard. The new adjustments make the mentioned bosses easier and relieve both DPS and healers.

What is the TOTW in FIFA 17?
Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This is also the case in FIFA 17. Players who performed outstandingly in real football in the past week are rewarded with special cards that have improved attributes.
You can draw the TOTW cards within a week from those sets that may contain Rare (Gold) players. However, the chance of this is considered low. Additionally, it is possible for you to buy them on the transfer market if they are offered by other players. The prices are usually extremely high.
When will Mass Effect: Andromeda be released? We have the release dates for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The long wait is almost over, as the release of Mass Effect: Andromeda is just around the corner. After nearly 5 years, fans of BioWare’s SciFi universe finally have the opportunity to take to the bridge of a spaceship to explore an alien galaxy once again. But when does the official launch start? At what time is the release of Mass Effect: Andromeda on PC, PS4, and Xbox One?
PC, Xbox One, and PS4 Release of Mass Effect Andromeda
Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released simultaneously at 12:00 AM on 23.03.2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One – that is, at midnight.
A large part of the world has been playing since Tuesday (21.03.2017), as the game has already been released in America.
Already in advance, players worldwide could try out a 10-hour trial version and get a first glimpse into the story and multiplayer.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is more or less a relaunch of the series, as it takes place in a completely new galaxy at a different time. Familiar alien faces, such as the Asari, Salarians, or Krogan, are still part of the experience, so you don’t feel completely alien in the new environment. As a Pathfinder, it is your task to find a new home for humanity and make the planets habitable. This is not so easy, as the planets and their inhabitants are not all friendly.
To bridge the waiting time until midnight, we have some articles for you to help you prepare even better for BioWare’s RPG:
In Conan Exiles, a gigantic dupe exploit ruined the game balance. Therefore, a server wipe will erase the wrongfully acquired items and resources. However, the wipe will be less brutal than initially feared.
Last week, a major dupe exploit in Conan Exiles made headlines. Due to a bug, players on the official servers duplicated thousands and thousands of materials effortlessly, completely ruining the game balance. It seemed certain: Honest players would never be able to catch up with the “dupers” with this gigantic lead. Funcom has since fixed the exploit, but the damage remains. So what to do?
Server rollback to an earlier point or wipe everything and kill every progress?
Conan Exiles: Everything will be wiped except for the players!
Meanwhile, the developers at Funcom have made a decision. There will be a server wipe across all official realms. But don’t worry! Your barbarians themselves are safe. Only all your possessions, your houses, and resources will go into oblivion.
This means you start Conan Exiles anew just as every barbarian begins their life in the wasteland. Naked and broke. Only the cross should be spared this time. Since your character progress remains, you should at least quickly have an acceptable barbarian dwelling again.
The server wipe is expected to come with the next patch later this week. The update will also include a rebalancing of weapons.
What do you think of Funcom’s approach to the dupe exploit? Would you have preferred a complete wipe or rather a rollback? Or do you find the solution of wiping only the items and not the characters to be the most sensible decision? Let us know in the comments!
In Destiny, we take a closer look at the teaser trailer for the sandbox update of Age of Triumph. The end of the Fatebringer seems certain.
In Year 1 of Destiny, the legendary primary weapons with elemental damage dominated the primary slot of the Guardians. These could be obtained through the raids “Glass Chamber” and “Crota’s End.” Those who went into the Nightfall strike or the raids without these weapons were to blame.
For a long time, the best and most popular legendary hand cannon was considered the Fatebringer. It dealt Arc damage and came with strong perks such as Outlaw, Firefly, and Explosive Rounds, making it outstanding in PvE.
With The Taken King, these legendary primary weapons with elemental damage were left behind. That marked the end of Fatebringer and others. However, many Guardians wanted and still want to hold onto the “Fatebringer feeling.” Therefore, they eagerly sought an Imago Loop, which rolled with Outlaw, Firefly, and Explosive Rounds – thus looking for a “Fakebringer” that only lacks the Arc damage.
The Return of Primary Weapons with Elemental Damage?
Now we know: With Age of Triumph, old raid weapons are coming back – among these, the Fatebringer has already been confirmed. In an early trailer for AoT, doubts arose about whether the Fatebringer would still possess its Arc damage in Year 3, but new footage “proves” that legendary primary weapons with Arc, Solar, or Void damage are indeed returning. At least very likely.
But which scenes “prove” that legendary primary weapons with elemental damage are returning?

In a new teaser trailer for the Age of Triumph, which we have embedded here, some raid weapons are shown in use. Particularly interesting is this screenshot:
Three weapons from the Crota raid are depicted here: In the foreground, the pulse rifle “Soul Siphon” is being fired. This already had Arc damage in Year 1 and apparently, the weapon will also retain its Arc damage with AoT. At least, the blue glowing shots strongly suggest so.
On the left, the auto rifle “Fate of the Abyss” can be seen, which will likely return with Solar damage, and on the right is the Void hand cannon “Crota’s Word”.
Interestingly, this screenshot also shows the Crota armor pieces with the new ornaments. In the trailer, the green glowing horns of the Titan “grow” while he shoots (around 0:14). Whether this animation was created solely for the trailer or whether these effects also occur ingame is still unknown.
A scene from the trailer that also raises questions:
Here is the auto rifle “Wrath of Drystan” from the King’s Fall raid in action. This normally has kinetic damage. However, in the trailer, it apparently has a new ornament – and inflicts what appears to be Arc damage.
A few days ago, Community Manager DeeJ mentioned that there would be discussions about primary weapons with elemental damage. This evening, on March 22nd, we will learn more starting at 6 PM. Then it should ultimately be decided whether the Fatebringer will indeed make a return with Arc damage and relegate the Fakebringer to the vault. Because then the Guardians will be hunting for the original once again.
Which Raid Weapons Could Return?
In addition to the already shown weapons, the trailer also features the following weapons:
A Fatebringer with a new ornament:
A sniper that is presumably the No Land Beyond with a new ornament:
Vex Mythoclast with a new ornament:
For a brief moment, the new ornament of the SUROS Regime is visible:
Additionally, the Dragon Breath with the Tiger Ornament is in the picture:
Today the Water Festival starts in Pokémon GO, a new event. During this time you can catch certain Water-type Pokémon more frequently, as the name suggests.
In the next days, you can catch many cool monsters in Pokémon GO that will appear more frequently during the upcoming event. Niantic has announced that the Water Festival starts today and will make big waves.
You will likely find Squirtle and its friends more often in the next days, so make sure to clear up space for new monsters and have enough Poké Balls in your inventory.
Get ready, because starting tonight at 9:00 PM German time, the Water Festival in Pokémon GO begins. During the event, you will find Magikarp, Squirtle, Croconaw, and their evolutions more frequently in the wild.
When you explore areas where Water Pokémon usually appear more often, you will also have a better chance of encountering those that were originally discovered in the Johto region. The developers also write in their announcement, “Maybe … you’ll even encounter Lapras.”
The hint from the developers about a higher chance for Lapras makes many trainers happy. An event with a higher chance for Lapras already took place in November 2016. However, that Lapras event was not worldwide, but only in the locations where a tsunami caused severe damage in 2011. At that time, players wished that such an event would also take place worldwide.
Screenshot from the Lapras event 2016
This time the event is actually worldwide and offers a higher chance for many Water-type Pokémon, not just a single one. Additionally, there is a new avatar clothing item for trainers – The Magikarp Hat!
Water Event Start and End
The Water Festival in Pokémon GO starts tonight at 9:00 PM and lasts until March 29 at 9:00 PM. So hurry up if you want to fill your Pokémon collection with Water-type Pokémon.
In Un’Goro, there is the most powerful Murloc from Hearthstone. Megafin knows no mercy – but there’s plenty of gurgling.
The next expansion “Journey to Un’goro” is rapidly approaching all Hearthstone fans. Blizzard is releasing more and more new cards through streamers and fan sites so that everyone can prepare for the new minions and spells before the launch.
Today’s highlight is the quest for Shamans Unite the Murlocs. Like all quests, it begins in the opening hand. The task is to summon a total of 10 Murlocs for a reward that is worth it. The giant Murloc Megafin not only has stats of 8/8 for 5 mana but also a Battlecry that brings tears to the eyes of any friend of the gurgling beings: “Fill your hand with random Murlocs.”
This card addresses one of the biggest problems of Murloc decks, namely that eventually you simply have no cards left in hand when the first rush fails.
Another Murloc is the Primalfin Lookout for 3 mana with stats of 3/2 and the Battlecry: If you already control a Murloc, discover a Murloc. The world can never have enough Murlocs.
Another legendary card for Shamans was revealed, which deals more with Elementals. Kalimos, Primal Lord costs 8 mana for 7/7 and has a powerful Battlecry: If you played an Elemental last turn, cast an Elemental Invocation. The player then has the free choice of 4 different effects:
Wind – Deals 3 damage to all enemy minions.
Earth – Fills your side of the board with 1/1 Elementals.
Water – Restores 12 health to your hero.
Fire – Deals 6 damage to the enemy hero.
Finally, a rare neutral minion was introduced, the Tol’vir Stoneshaper. With 3/5 for 4 mana, he is relatively solid, but it’s his Battlecry that makes him really strong: If you played an Elemental last turn, this minion gains Taunt and Divine Shield.
What do you think of these cards? A toast to the new Murloc Shaman? Or will this already be the new terror of sleepless nights? Grlgrlgrlgrl?
The PS4 version of The Elder Scrolls Online receives a major patch today, March 22, 2017, which fixes performance issues and makes improvements to housing.
Every Wednesday, there are maintenance works in The Elder Scrolls Online for the PS4 version, and today, March 22, 2017, a major patch has been rolled out to the megaservers.
At the time of this article, only the patch notes for the Xbox version were available. They should be identical to the PS4 version. As soon as the official patch notes for the PS4 update are available, we will update it here accordingly. The patch was 12 gigabytes on Xbox; typically, it should be slightly smaller on PS4.
Meanwhile, the maintenance work has been completed, and the official patch notes for the PS4 version are available. They are – as expected – identical to those of the Xbox version. However, the size of the PS4 update is only 6.2 gigabytes, and the patch is called “v 1.22”.
The Elder Scrolls Online – Improvements to the Thieves Guild and the Base Game
The current patch fixes performance issues and bugs in housing and master writs. You can now more easily loot furnishing wax for housing (it now drops from insects and can be found in crates and urns) and the luxury vendor Zanil Theran is now more frequently present.
Additionally, there are adjustments for the DLC “Thieves Guild”. The quests “What Was Lost” and “Lonely Escape” were still plagued by bugs that prevented you from receiving quest-relevant documents from chests. That should now work. Furthermore, you should no longer be affected by certain effects in the raid “The Depths of Lorkhaj” after defeating the relevant bosses.
Among other things, the following changes have been made in the base game:
Dogs no longer bark as often as they did since the release of Homestead
Nixad companions are screeching again
Diverse interface bugs have been fixed that prevented items from displaying with merchants or in the shop
Treasure chests can now contain paintings for housing
Item set bugs have been fixed
Some faulty housing items can now be crafted correctly
A bug that made you invulnerable after resurrection is now fixed
In For Honor, Ubisoft responds to criticism about steel prices. Players are not supposed to unlock everything.
Since the launch of For Honor, the in-game currency steel has been criticized. The steel prices for emotes, ornaments, executions, effects, or outfits are considered too high, while the steel gain after matches is too low. This frustrates many players.
Just a few days ago, a Reddit post caused a stir in which a community member calculated: It takes over 2.5 years to unlock all current game content. Assuming you earn 1200 steel every day. Alternatively, all items can be purchased for 732 euros. The criticism of the steel prices has flared up again, and some even speak of “racketeering.” Now Ubisoft responds to this.
Everything works as intended, says Ubisoft
Yesterday, community developer Emile Gauthier and game director Damien Kieken addressed the accusations. According to Kieken, everything works as intended. The game design of For Honor is set up so that players cannot and should not unlock everything. It was never the intention for players to have access to everything.
He compares For Honor in this regard to World of Warcraft or MOBAs: They also do not try to unlock all content for all heroes. For Ubisoft’s melee game, they expected players to focus on one to three characters, for which they can then collect the items they like.
According to Kieken, this expectation is also met: Current data shows that most players only focus on one hero class. Only a few have more than three favorite heroes.
Cosmetic items only become interesting in the endgame
The developers continue to emphasize that cosmetics are intended as end-game content. This is also supported by the data: Most players level up their heroes and bring them to the maximum gear level of 108 first. Only then do cosmetic items become interesting.
According to Kieken, they could have also reduced these cosmetic contents – making it possible to unlock all content for all heroes – but they wanted to give players a variety of items for character customization and individualization. The underlying idea is similar to a clothing store. You don’t buy all the T-shirts at once, just the ones you like.
New outfits are on the way
It has also been confirmed that new cosmetic items are already on the way. Fresh elite outfits are expected to make their way into the game this week. Since new content in For Honor always comes on Thursdays, we expect them to go live tomorrow, on March 23rd.
Niantic has now stated the reasons why trading will be activated so late in Pokémon GO.
Trainers have been waiting for the trading function since the game’s release in the summer of 2016. Back then, one wondered how Niantic could release a new interactive Pokémon title without building in a trading option?
Niantic are the developers of the augmented reality hit Pokémon GO and have now cited reasons for the delayed activation of trading in the game.
Pokémon GO Spoofers are to Blame
During the Animation of Display Convention (AOD), David Hollin spoke about highlights and milestones of Pokémon GO. He also talked about changes that will come to the game in the future.
Hollin himself started at Niantic in April 2015 and works there as a designer/technical artist. He had the idea for the AR mode that can be used in Pokémon GO to catch Pokémon.
Currently, work is being done on the trading function, explains Hollin. The developers are taking their time to release the feature. He cited bots and spoofers as the reasons why the trading function has not yet been released. His words on this: “If you think bots and spoofers are bad now…”.
He implies that more users of these illegal services would exist if the trading function were already integrated into the game. They could exploit the trading feature and trade with trainers around the world or catch every important Pokémon, creating an unfair competitive edge in trading.
Furthermore, he would prefer the trade function to be active only when the respective trading partners are really next to each other. Similar to how it was in the “good old days” with Gameboys.
He did say, however, that he “would prefer” this, suggesting that Niantic is currently exploring other options for how trading could work.
Hollin did not mention a specific release date for the trading function in Pokémon GO.
For PS4 and Xbox One players of Diablo 3, we provide a guide to the Seasons on console, covering start, content, and leaderboards.
Soon console players can finally participate in the Seasons of Diablo 3. But what are Seasons really? How do you participate? What content is available? When does the Season end on PS4 and Xbox One? We answer the most important questions on these topics.
Start time for Season 10 on PS4 and Xbox One – time and date
The 10th Season starts for consoles on April 1st (no joke) at 02:00 (DST). You will play the same season as PC and Mac players.
What are Seasons?
A Season in Diablo 3 is active for approximately three months. During this time, you can create special characters participating in the season. The character starts from scratch, has no gold, and begins at level 1. The progress of seasonal characters is initially shared only with other seasonal characters.
Source: Battle.net – fan art
Only at the end of a Season are they converted to non-seasonal characters and share their equipment, gold collections, and progress with your other characters.
If you want to start over with friends and collect all equipment again, a Season is a great option.
Create a seasonal character
To create a seasonal character, you must be logged into PlayStation Network or Xbox Live. Then, activate “Seasonal Hero” – this option is always available during a season. Now select your class and off you go!
If you do not want to create a new character for the season, you can choose the Reincarnation option on an existing character. This character will be transformed into a seasonal character and set to level 1. All equipment, Paragon points, properties from Kanai’s Cube, gold, and so on will only be available at the end of the season.
The Seasonal Journey on PS4 and Xbox One
The seasonal journey refers to a combination of various challenges that are only available to seasonal heroes. Complete various milestone objectives of the seasonal journey to receive exclusive cosmetic rewards. You can display your progress in the seasonal journey at any time by pressing left on the D-pad or accessing the corresponding function in the menu.
Haedrig’s Gift
Through the mentioned seasonal journey, you also benefit from Haedrig’s Gift. This reward is granted for reaching stages 2, 3, and 4 of the seasonal journey. Each gift contains parts for your class set.
If you complete the three stages of the seasonal journey, you will have a complete set for your class in hand. However, there is only one complete set per season, so you should carefully consider which hero you will open the gifts with.
With each new season, the class sets rotate and new gifts are available. In Season 10, you can expect the following sets:
Barbarian – The Legacy of Raekor
Crusader – Akkhan’s Armor
Demon Hunter – Marauder’s Gear
Monk – Inna’s Mantra
Witch Doctor – Zunimassa’s Trickery
Wizard – Delseres Magnum Opus
Season Achievements
Challenges make playing Diablo 3 more interesting, as there are tough objectives for you to pursue and hopefully complete. The season-specific achievements are difficult tasks that can only be completed by seasonal heroes.
You need to fulfill a few tasks to complete the stages of the seasonal journey. In addition, you earn challenge points for your seasonal overall score.
Season Leaderboards for PS4 and Xbox One
By completing achievements or Greater Nephalem Rifts, you increase your total score. You can compare your gameplay progress with your friends or other players around the world. You can access this leaderboard through the corresponding menu item or in the main menu.
The End of a Season on Console
At the end of a season, you retain all the gathered rewards, which will be transferred to non-seasonal characters. This includes:
Equipment
Gold
Completed Challenges
Unlocked properties in Kanai’s Cube
Learned Recipes
Experience Points
You have 30 days after a season to collect the transferred items from the mailbox in any city.

TERA, the action-packed online role-playing game from Bluehole Studios, was successfully re-released on Steam in January. This seems to have benefited the game, as according to statements from the local publisher Gameforge, the player numbers have permanently increased.
TERA has been on the market for 5 years and has experienced some ups and downs. This includes a copyright dispute with the Lineage developers at NCSoft and an unpleasant back-and-forth regarding the Steam version. This was successfully distributed by the US publisher of the game – En Masse – until the European publisher Gameforge and the Russian counterpart Destiny Development intervened, as they each wanted to offer their own clients on Steam.

TERA – Successful on Steam
As the US version was unusually successful on Steam and at one point even became the most popular MMO on Valve’s distribution platform, Gameforge seemed keen to follow suit. Therefore, on January 31, 2017, finally the Steam launch of the Gameforge version of TERA took place. This was also successful and managed to attract many new players.
According to Gameforge, however, these were not just one-hit wonders. Rather, numerous players are still loyal to TERA, and the player count has permanently increased by 50 percent.
Tera has consistently remained among the top 30 most popular free-to-play games on Steam and has received predominantly positive reviews, according to Gameforge. So, it is a good time for TERA players.
TERA – New Content – Moon Dancer and Console Version
Especially since the developers continue to provide significant content updates, such as the “gleftastical” Moon Dancer as a new class, which is already coming in April and for which you can already reserve a name.
Crafting items in Mass Effect: Andromeda is complex. We tell you how it works in our Mass Effect: Andromeda Crafting Guide.
The game world of Mass Effect: Andromeda is packed with tasks to complete. One can easily lose sight of the fact that weapons and equipment can also be crafted in ME:A. Those who completely neglect crafting will encounter problems with enemies sooner or later – at least on higher difficulty levels. We clearly explain in this article how crafting works in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Crafting weapons, equipment, and augmentations is divided into 2 broad steps: Research and Development.
Step 1: Research
Before weapons, armors, and augmentations can be crafted, they must first be researched. You can view already unlocked “ideas” in the “Research” window at a research station, such as on the Tempest (see screenshot).
The crafting station on the Tempest is always available – there are also others in the game world.
For research, you need research data from the respective faction. Weapons and equipment from the Milky Way require research points from the Milky Way – the same applies to all recipes from the Heleus Cluster and the Remnant. You obtain this research data by scanning in the game world when you discover foreign technologies, scan defeated enemies, complete missions, or through a perk of the Andromeda Initiative.
Select a weapon or equipment that you want to research – in this example, the N7 Eagle Pistol. Since my Ryder already has a higher level, the pistol at Rank 1 is no longer sufficient, so I directly research up to Rank 5. Each time, the costs of research data increase, while the weapon becomes stronger as it simultaneously loses weight and gains accuracy.
Step 2: Development
Once the research on the desired item is completed, you can switch to the “Development” menu. Here you see all available blueprints listed that you have already unlocked. Search in the list for the researched weapon (in this example, the “N7 Eagle Pistol”) and ensure that you have selected the correct level – you can recognize this, as with research, by the Roman numerals.
Directly under the weapon, the necessary resources required to craft the weapon are displayed. By pressing the X key (PC version), you receive more detailed information about the resources.
The necessary resources can be found in ME:A at various locations. You can either collect them while exploring a planet, drill with the Nomad, purchase them from traders, or obtain them through unlocked perks of the Andromeda Initiative. It is also possible to dismantle unwanted weapons in your inventory to gain additional resources.
Once you have the resources, you can develop the weapon and equip it with augmentations. Each weapon has different slots, identifiable by the hexagons directly under the necessary resources.
In the case of the N7 Eagle Pistol, there are 4 slots. Augmentations can be integrated into a weapon to improve or change its characteristics. The selection is vast: Do you want your weapon to fire seeking plasma instead of a bullet? Should the weapon enhance your biotic powers? Or should the weapon have infinite ammunition by simply consuming a portion of your health points?
Augmentations are important, as they make the weapons better than those you can find in the wild. However, they are not strictly necessary.
Augmentations significantly enhance your equipment – sometimes even with negative consequences.
Once you have selected all augmentations, confirm the process. Bang! The new weapon is now in your inventory and can be equipped in the “Loadout” before starting the next mission.
One last tip: Especially at the beginning of the game, one has little research data. Concentrate on a few weapons and armors and do not research “wildly” – the data is not enough for that, and you will only get mediocre equipment.
