The fifth and final closed beta phase of the medieval MMORPG Life is Feudal has begun and brings a range of changes and new features.
With the fifth phase, the closed beta of the MMORPG Life is Feudal will come to an end. This brings the release a good deal closer.
With the new beta, all participants can look forward to a new battle system. In this system, guilds face off against each other to fight. The guild that can completely eliminate its opponents or “hold the hill” wins.
The winning guild gets the loot
To engage in such a battle, two guilds must declare war on each other. The winner receives all the equipment that the opponents leave behind on the battlefield. Thus, the winner takes all the loot. In addition, several smaller improvements, adjustments, and bug fixes will make their way into the MMO. Those participating in the closed beta should provide as much feedback as possible to the developers, which they can use to make further improvements to the game.
Trailer shows how important guilds are
With a new trailer, the developers prepare you for the last closed beta phase of Life is Feudal. The trailer focuses on the guilds and their power as well as the advantages for players to join a guild. A final release date for Life is Feudal will be announced later.

With the fairies, also known as Fae, a very special race awaits you in the PvP MMORPG Crowfall, which looks nice but has a lot going on behind their ears.
In Crowfall, the choice of race is not just a cosmetic decision for the player. Each race has unique abilities, making the choice even more important. The races you can choose from will soon include the Fae. They are expected to appear “soon” in Crowfall.
The fairies have a bonus attribute on dexterity and intelligence and also receive an ancestry power, which represents a free passive power.
An additional passive ability
The ancestry powers are race-specific buffs and bonuses that are active alongside your other skills. The ancestry power does not occupy a skill slot and therefore does not need to be equipped. It is always active. The ancestry power of the Fae increases movement speed while in stealth mode, which gives the fairies the fastest movement speed in stealth mode compared to all other races, and it grants the player the ability to double jump and the ability to glide.
Fairy Fire and Quick Evasion
Similarly, the Fae have two race-specific active abilities. One is the right-click evasion, which works like a quick sprint and also deals bonus damage to targets that the fairies run past.
The fairy fire highlights a target by glowing, which can then be critically hit more often by 8 percent – this applies to anyone attacking the target. Fairies can choose the classes Assassins, Druids, and Frostweavers.
In Destiny 2 Guardians can drive tanks. These will defeat everything and everyone, predicts this fan-made video.
The Destiny fans were quite astonished when tanks suddenly appeared during the gameplay premiere of Destiny 2 (see cover image). The fact that the Guardians can drive these tanks in the game is proven by this short scene, where a tank is seen from a first-person perspective:
So far, Bungie has not gone into detail about these new vehicles. When we can control tanks in Destiny 2, what exactly they can do, and what the gaming experience will be like is still unknown.
If it’s up to the YouTuber ChrisOfTheDead, the tanks will be “fantastic”. In the following video, he cut footage from “Destiny 2” trailers with gameplay scenes from Destiny to predict: Tanks can defeat everything and everyone. This video was awarded “Video of the Week” by Bungie:

The name of the German publisher Koch Media is currently causing fits of laughter among English-speaking fans of Conan Exiles and journalists.
For us Germans, it’s hard to understand, but Americans and Brits are currently having fun that the German publisher “Koch Media” will bring the retail versions of Conan Exiles to stores in 2018.
The reason lies in the fact that Conan Exiles is known for its raunchy portrayal of penises. There are penis sliders, penis dances, and penises have their own swing physics. At the beginning, there was hardly any other topic in Conan Exiles. But what does that have to do with Koch Media?
Well, English-speaking ears can’t make sense of the German word “Koch” because they are not familiar with the “ch” in that form. To them, the “ch” becomes “ck,” and thus, “Koch” turns into “Cock” – which is slang for penis.
So, to some English journalists, it currently sounds like “Cock Media” is publishing Conan Exiles. Huge laugh.
Release version of Conan Exiles will also be in stores for PS4, PC, and Xbox One
To the point: Conan Exiles is set to leave Early Access in early 2018. Then the game will also be in stores for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
Funcom is planning a boxed release version. To this end, Funcom is making a deal with Koch Media to publish the game worldwide.
In the accompanying press release, there are surprisingly few penis jokes. Instead, Funcom and Koch Media praise each other in the highest terms and announce that they intend to release the game in all major regions of the world.
Funcom and Koch Media have collaborated before, 10 years ago on Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer.
Currently, Conan Exiles is making headlines with the port to Xbox One and an update:
In the trailer, you see the mix of sci-fi MMORPG, hack and slash, and MOBA on PC. Wild Buster: Heroes of Titan is coming to Europe.
What is Wild Buster?
The publisher InselGames announces the collaboration with developer Nuri Works. Together, they are bringing the sci-fi action MMORPG Wild Buster: Heroes of Titan for PC to Europe. The focus is on various PvP modes where you can compete against other players, raid dungeons for up to 15 players, as well as a MOBA-like skill system and character selection.
At launch, there will be more than a dozen heroes – a total of 24 are planned. The heroes are designed for different play styles and range from tank-DDs to snipers to heroes accompanied by strong pets.
Character creation in Wild Buster
At launch, features such as a crafting system, an auction house, group finder, and a guild system will be available. Guilds will also have headquarters and guild wars planned.
In the PvE war, you can join the military organization “Guardians” or the mutant mercenary camp “Abandon” to fight against the cyborg race “The Brokken”.
In Korea, Wild Buster has already gained its fans. Now, the publisher InselGames wants to bring the MMORPG to the Western market and start an IndieGoGo campaign on Friday, August 25.
In The Division 1.7, you can achieve one kill per shot with this build. The secret DeadEYE set is required.
For almost a week now, update 1.7 has been live, and some agents have already gathered complete “classified gear sets.” The classified sets were always known as “Classified Gear” in the weeks and months leading up to the launch – the new best armor pieces that come with additional bonuses and higher stats.
Meanwhile, the first guides can be found online on how to create powerful builds with these classified sets. Division expert MarcoStyle now provides a DeadEYE build that is well-received by the community – with overwhelming support.
This DeadEYE build is supposed to allow you to eliminate enemies with just one shot. We will now show you how to recreate this build.

The idea behind this build – and the DeadEYE set in general – is to kill the enemy from a distance before they can shoot back. You are bound to a precision rifle and high damage output. If the enemy forces you into close combat, you are at a disadvantage. Therefore, this build primarily focuses on dealing as much damage as possible, especially crit damage.
These bonuses are provided by DeadEYE in 1.7:
2-Set Bonus: +40% Initial Stability
3-Set Bonus: +20% Precision Rifle Critical Hit Damage
4-Set Bonus: Talent – While zoomed, precision rifles lose the headshot bonus but gain 100% critical hit chance. Works only with “zoomed scopes” and while in cover.
6-Set Bonus: While zoomed, a headshot kill with a precision rifle increases crit damage by 20% every second up to a maximum of 100%. Stability is also increased by 100%. The effect lasts 10 seconds or until you leave the zoom.
However, MarcoStyle forgoes the 6-Set Bonus in his build. Although it sounds interesting, it is rarely useful in practice. Especially in PvP, headshots with a sniper are difficult, and additionally, you are limited to a location for this bonus – once you leave it or exit the zoom, the bonus is lost.
Instead, a Relentless Vest will be used, which consistently increases damage by +8% regardless of the situation, but also increases incoming damage by 10%.
These are the armor pieces:
Vest: Relentless with skill power, health (or enemy armor damage) and ammunition capacity
Mask: Classified DeadEYE with enemy armor damage and “On Fire” resistance
Kneepads: Classified DeadEYE with crit damage and various resistances
Gloves: Classified DeadEYE with precision rifle damage, crit damage, and enemy armor damage
Holster: Classified DeadEYE with skill haste
Backpack: Classified DeadEYE
For the main attributes, make sure that the weapons always have high values. The mods should also increase weapons and skill haste. You need skill haste so that your skills recharge faster. Overall, MarcoStyle aims for these values:
Weapons: 10077
Stamina: 2952
Electronics: 2945
The weapons are very high, while the other values are on the lower side.
The Weapons of the Build
For weapons, you need precision rifles:
M700 Carbon with Prepared (+15% damage when the enemy is more than 30 meters away), Deadly (increases crit damage by 15%), and Competent (+10% weapon damage for 15 seconds after a skill is used). With this powerful weapon, one-shot kills are possible. Focus on crit damage for mods.
Surplus SVD with the same talents as the M700. Focus on crit damage for mods as well.
The Skills and Talents
These are the skills:
First Aid with Stim Shot: In addition to the normal healing effect, it increases damage and damage resistance
Mobile Cover with Countermeasures: While in cover, you deal more damage and are immune to pulse effects
The Character Talents:
Tactical Advantage: A cover-to-cover move increases weapon damage by 2% per meter traveled for 5 seconds
Field Medic: Use a first aid kit near allies to heal group members within 20 meters by 40%
Dodge: While moving from cover to cover, received damage is reduced by 30%
Quiet Hands: Seeking cover reduces recoil by 25% for 10 seconds
In short: With DeadEYE you are depended on cover, which is why the skills and talents should provide advantages here.
The advantage of this build is that you can deal massive damage without having to aim for the opponents’ heads. The entire body surface is available to you. If you play in a strike team and shoot with this build from the back, you’ll have a good time in The Division.
However, the build also has disadvantages: You are not very resilient, making it unsuitable for solo players. If you encounter multiple enemies in the Dark Zone who flank you, you might take down one or two of them, but the others will force you to your knees.
The tank MMO World of Tanks will be significantly enhanced for the launch of the Xbox One X. On Microsoft’s new console, the tank fun is set to appear in stunning 4K. Additionally, World of Tanks supports Microsoft’s Xbox Arena Tournament.
World of Tanks has been available on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One for a while. There, the tank fun is optimized specifically for gamepads, providing a unique feeling. However, the game’s graphics were limited by the hardware constraints of the consoles. This will soon change with the release of the Xbox One X in November.

Overwatch is getting a new map – at least according to the wishes of a fan. They quickly created their own map!
When it comes to an active fanbase, Overwatch is right at the top. The community continually creates new artworks. Whether it’s hot fanfictions, cool new characters, or – as in this case – a completely new map!
YouTuber Joshua Ilorente took the effort to recreate a complete map for Overwatch in Unreal Engine 4.
The map named “Favela” takes place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – the birthplace of Lúcio.
Favela is the Brazilian term for a slum – a pretty rundown area where residents have to forego many conveniences of life.
Just enjoy the tour through the Favela and dream about how you take down your fiercest opponents (definitely Hanzo mains) in the alleys and houses of this area.

The Favela contains everything you would expect from a typical map in Overwatch. Many tight spots for cool duels and large areas for skirmishes over control points or payloads. But visually, the map also stands out, as it is equipped with many details. You can find cheap “lodgings” for visitors, a simple soccer field for kids in the backyard, and of course plenty of sunshine. Even though in the background, the clearly more modern part of Rio looms ominously, already taken over by Vishkar.
What do you think of this fan creation? A cool map that Blizzard could gladly adopt 1:1? Or does it not fit the style of Overwatch at all?
Sea of Thieves is going to be a fun online game, because where else can you throw up on other players?
Pirates like to drink a bit more, because the rum simply tastes so good. However, the combination of a lot of alcohol and high waves at sea is usually not so good for the stomach. But in Sea of Thieves, you should not vomit over the railing, but into a bucket. Because the vomit will still be useful to you.
The Vomit Attack is Coming!
As the developers announce, you can attack your enemies with your vomit. To do this, you pour the contents of the mentioned bucket onto your opponents. Their vision will be temporarily hindered, making them easier to attack. This will surely bring a lot of vomit attacks into the game. Presumably, the bucket attack will become one of the most popular attack methods in the game.
True Crossplay between PC and Xbox One
Additionally, the developers announced that there will be crossplay between the versions for Xbox One and PC. This will work completely unrestricted. No matter which platform you play Sea of Thieves on, you are always together in the world.
This should also make it easier to find teammates. Because if both PC and Xbox One owners play on the same servers, the selection of players is larger.
Sea of Thieves can be played at Gamescom and is set to be released next year.
Fans with over 1000 hours in Destiny 1 refuse to pre-order Destiny 2. Why?
It is quite curious. The biggest fans of Destiny 1 are currently the biggest critics of Destiny 2. Why is that?
What is Destiny?
Destiny is a game defined by its contradictions:
it released to mixed reviews and became a worldwide success, despite the same gaming press that tore it apart in reviews writing about it for months
Destiny has a notoriously bad story, but fantastic gameplay
despite being so successful and important for Activision, there has been a content drought since November 2015. Hardly anything has happened with the game since then.
The most important contradiction: Destiny is a huge commercial product intended for everyone, yet there is a loyal fanbase that loves it above all and has made the game “their game”.
This fanbase is the source of many stories and news in Destiny. They have ensured that Destiny has been consistently in the media for years.
Bungie and Activision proudly point to this “hardcore” group, this fanbase. They say that their passion for Destiny motivates them. Their feedback is crucial and drives them. They invite their streamers and YouTubers to their events. One of the most important figures from this community has even been hired and made their community manager.
However: This fanbase is very different from the target audience for which Activision is now developing Destiny 2. And this leads to problems.
Who are the hardcore Destiny fans?
This fanbase has overcome all obstacles over the years and it is they who represent the success of Destiny for many core players:
Fans have studied the Grimoire cards to reveal the fantastic world behind the story of Destiny
through Facebook and group tools, they have compensated for the lack of matchmaking – huge player communities have formed there
They have even conducted experiments and shot at walls for hours to decipher all hidden statistics in the game mechanics
The lack of content was addressed by searching for years for the “perfect optimized gear”, looking for weapons with specific random perks
They repeated the little content that existed until they could defeat it with closed eyes or the most absurd handicaps
also, the Trials of Osiris, the driving force for many players, are temporarily on hold; the switch to 4vs4 feels strange
Instead, Activision and Bungie want to emphasize other things in Destiny 2:
they announced that Destiny 2 would become broader and more accessible – for this, the PC port should help
Destiny 2 should not be a time sink, but should fit comfortably with real life
everything in the game should be explained, so that players do not need to go to community pages
Destiny 2 is now to become the “story shooter” that part 1 never was, to attract new target groups
content supply should be ensured through collaboration with other studios
All these decisions have led to an absurd situation: players who have spent over 1000 hours in Destiny 1 are now refusing to pre-order Destiny 2 and are skeptical about whether it is still “their” game.
When looking at Bungie’s decisions, this can be understood.
Will “Space Magic” work a second time?
The question is: Can Destiny 2, despite all these problems, win back the core players? Ultimately, we will only know when it launches.
Because the “magic” of Destiny requires that it be played. In the “dry” state, as now, Destiny 2 is a sum of decisions and contradictions that make little sense.
The much-talked-about Space Magic, the magic of Destiny, only arises when the game is running, when gameplay and social aspects come into play. When friends log in, when it’s fun to shoot an alien, when curious stories spread, and the loot sparkles.
Only then will it be decided whether the pull of Destiny 2 is strong enough to bring back core players. However, it would be nice if Activision and Bungie could take a step or two towards the core of their player base that they claim to value so much.
The question is whether the “new target audience” will really engage with Destiny 2 as hoped. A large part of the success will depend on whether they can win back “former players” of Destiny a second time. This fanbase is crucial, as their passion can inspire others, create curious stories, and contribute to the “Space Magic”.
The MMORPG Bless might not only be released for PC. There are indications that a console version for PS4 and Xbox One is also in the works.
After the paths of Aeria Games and the development studio Neowiz parted ways, the stream of news surrounding the MMORPG Bless continues unabated. It seems almost like this has been a wake-up call for the developers, who are now pushing to make Bless a truly great MMORPG, and not just for PC.
Is a console version of Bless coming?
The company is currently looking for new employees, including programmers and UI designers, who will work in the console area. Neowiz is of course also working on other games alongside Bless. Just in July, the action game DJMAX RESPECT was released for PS4, but some of the employees are specifically being sought for the Bless studio, which is currently handling the development of the online role-playing game Bless.
Additionally, Neowiz Games CEO Ki-Won Lee already mentioned last year that they want to develop console and mobile versions of the MMORPG. Bless isn’t explicitly mentioned, though.
A version for PS4 and Xbox One would make sense
Nevertheless, it can be assumed that Neowiz is at least considering releasing Bless for PS4 and Xbox One. Because more and more MMORPGs are successfully being released for consoles. Many MMOs are experiencing something like a second spring on consoles. It would only make sense for Bless to be optimized for consoles as well during the remastering and released for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. However, there is still no official confirmation for this.
The Outbreak event allows you to make enemy heads “explode” with headshot kills. It looks cool, sounds good, and provides a welcome change, which many agents give a thumbs up.
After this event, gameplay in The Division will return to normal. Many agents are wondering what the next global event will bring, which is expected to start next month.
Everything points to the next event being “Raid”.
Bug in the game – Kudos for Raid are already showing
A few agents are reporting in the Division forums that a new category has appeared in their kudos. This is called “GE Assault” and stands for the global event called Raid: We have also received screenshots from our reader BroSlow, who pointed out this “bug in the game”, showing kudos for the new global event. Here is one of the screenshots:
A future global event will be called “Raid”
These screenshots show that an upcoming global event will be called “Raid”. Whether it will really be the next event or an event far in the future cannot be determined based on these screenshots. However, everything indicates so.
Because it was already playable as the second event on the PTS.
What modifiers does Raid have?
If you were actively and intensively involved during the PTS phase on the public test servers for 1.7, “Assault” should already sound familiar to you. This is the event where the distance to the enemy matters.
The modifiers on the PTS were:
Global modifier: The total agent damage to an enemy is increased when the enemy is nearby.
“Crucial Assault”: The total agent damage to an enemy is increased when the enemy is nearby. The total enemy damage is increased when the enemy is far away. In other words, you deal more damage up close, and the enemy deals significant damage from a distance.
Group modifier: The effects of “Crucial Assault” and: When you are close together in your squad, you deal more damage. When the enemy is standing alone, they deal more damage.
In short: In Raid, it’s about playing aggressively. If you want to deal more damage, you need to dive into close combat.
It is not known if there will be any changes to this global event when it goes live in The Division.
A recent deal with Microsoft has caused the hit shooter Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds to dance around the issue. Is it coming to PS4 or not?
Initially, everything was clear. In an interview with the Korean gaming site Inven on March 29, a producer stated that they plan to release Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds for Xbox One and PS4. On Xbox One a bit earlier, as they also offer an early access version with the “Xbox Game Preview” program.
However, since then, the Korean developer Bluehole has entered into a partnership with Microsoft, and this partnership has complicated the situation.
Since the deal with Microsoft, there has been no statement regarding PlayStation 4
Even at E3, it was stated that “Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds” is “Console Launch Exclusive” for Xbox One. While this basically means that the game is coming to Xbox One first, it seems this partnership also includes another deal:
The developers are now refusing to confirm that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is coming to PS4.

Official statement on whether Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is coming to PS4
Despite multiple inquiries from journalists, it seems that no one at Bluehole wants to confirm whether the shooter will be released for PS4. However, they are not issuing a denial either.
The official statement is: The development team at Bluehole is focused on bringing PUBG to Xbox One and continues to develop the game for PC. We currently have nothing to announce regarding future plans to bring the game to other platforms.
PS4 players in information limbo
This is frustrating for PS4 players, as many are waiting to be able to play the currently hot PC shooter themselves.
Mein MMO thinks: It seems that the employees of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds are in a difficult situation here: Apparently, they are either not allowed or do not want to say anything about the PS4.
After E3, Xbox chief Phil Spencer explained that “Console Launch Exclusive” does not rule out a later release for other consoles. Therefore, a release of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds for PS4 is likely still planned.
But Bluehole will probably only say something about a PS4 release once the Xbox One launch of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has occurred.

The Mage Tower challenges in WoW are quite difficult. One player didn’t care – he just completed all 36 of them!
Even with the opening of the Tomb of Sargeras, the Mage Tower challenges in World of Warcraft are still among the most challenging content the game has to offer for solo players. Those who overcome a particularly tough fight unlock an exclusive template for the artifact weapon. However, the associated quest and the respective boss are quite tough, which is why only a few players manage to actually unlock this template.
However, one player has achieved the seemingly impossible. He has completed all three quests for his main character – but also for all his twinks. That’s right. The player Muddymonk has shared a series of screenshots on Reddit proving that he has mastered all challenges – that’s 36 Mage Tower challenges, one for each specialization in the game. While many specializations share the same challenges, you must use a specific strategy with each of the 36 specializations.
An impressive feat that probably no other player has achieved yet.
The Mage Tower is only active every few days when the players of the respective region have collected enough war supplies from the Legion judges. Therefore, there was only a time window of 3 days each time to tackle the challenges.
Cortyn says: I have to admit that I was quite proud to finally have completed the challenge for my Shadow Priest. I can hardly imagine how much time and planning it took to gear 12 characters to a high equipment level to manage all challenges with each specialization. The sheer amount of time required seems crazy – at the same time, it is definitely an impressive achievement that cannot be replicated quickly.
The latest hero from Overwatch is too powerful. Blizzard has therefore planned a major nerf for Doomfist.
When it comes to which hero in Overwatch is currently the strongest, the answer is almost unanimously in the official forums and on Twitter: Doomfist.
This is not only due to the fact that Doomfist can deal extremely high damage, which sends many characters to the virtual afterlife with just one targeted strike, but also due to the large hitbox of his ability Rocket Punch.
Rocket Punch charges up for a moment before Doomfist charges in the targeted direction. He deals damage to the first enemy he collides with and knocks them back. If the enemy makes contact with a wall or another solid object, they take even more damage. For many characters, that means certain death.
Huge hitbox of Doomfist’s Rocket Punch nerfed
However, that alone is not the problem. An offensive character with melee abilities in a shooter should indeed be strong to hold their own against teammates with heavy weapons. But the hitbox of this ability is absurdly large in patch 1.13 of Overwatch. Players report that they still get hit even when they seek cover behind a car or stand several meters away from Doomfist’s impact point.
On Reddit, the user byboomstick has now published a small video showing Doomfist’s hitbox of Rocket Punch in the current and new version in patch 1.14.
https://gfycat.com/UnselfishRashAmericanmarten
It is clearly visible here that the hit zone of Rocket Punch has been drastically reduced.
Patch 1.14 is currently still on the PTR, so it is not yet certain whether these changes will go live exactly as they are. However, Blizzard’s course seems clear – more skill is required for Doomfist.
What do you think of these changes? Should they go live? Or was everything fine before?
Microsoft announced at the Gamescom press conference that it will publish the hit shooter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One. However, a release date for the shooter hit on Xbox One has not yet been set.
In the run-up to Gamescom, Microsoft hosted a live stream. One of the more important announcements there was that PUBG developer Bluehole and Microsoft will strengthen their partnership on PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
Microsoft will act as the publisher when PUBG is released for Xbox One later this year.
This means that Microsoft will be a partner for console development and can bring in expert knowledge. Bluehole believes this will help complete the Xbox One version even faster.
The partnership was announced by PlayerUnknown himself, Brendan Greene, who appeared as a surprise guest in the stream. Greene emphasized that the success of his game is heavily driven by the community.
The release version of PUBG for Xbox One is also expected to specifically support the new Xbox One X with a special update to enhance the gaming experience on Xbox One X. Then they showed the Xbox One trailer for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, which had already aired at E3.
Release date of PUBG on Xbox One still “later in 2017”
Microsoft has not yet provided a specific release date.
Already at E3, Microsoft presented the Steam hit shooter during its own press conference and announced that the game would be “Console Launch Exclusive” for Xbox One. This only means that PUBG will be released first on Xbox One – a release for PlayStation 4 is not ruled out.
A release of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds for Xbox One is planned for “later in 2017”.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0Tnp-3W3z4
Furthermore, PUBG has now reached 8 million sold units on PC. This is just one figure among many incredibly impressive numbers that PUBG is currently delivering:
We wanted to know from you which online game is the most beautiful. Which MMORPG has the most magnificent graphics? The results are now in and may surprise some of you.
On August 11, 2017, we wanted to know from you in a survey, which MMORPG you think has the best graphics. The survey has now been evaluated and here are the results. We start with a classic that is still sexy even after more than ten years.
The MMOs with the Best Graphics Rank 5 – World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft is old! Since 2004, you can experience Azeroth as an online role-playing game. A colorful, exaggerated comic graphics style was deliberately chosen for WoW back then. Not only because the style perfectly matched the twisted Warcraft world. Rather, the game should still look good in many years, and that simply works better with comic graphics than with high-gloss render optics.
World of Warcraft – Still Sexy After 12 Years
World of Warcraft will turn 13 in November, and if you look at the game today, you won’t notice much of it. Thanks to consistent graphic updates, new character models and revised animations, WoW looks prettier than ever today.
The times are gone when characters had only strange, fingerless “fins” as hands or mouths were just black holes somewhere on the face. Since the expansions “Warlords of Draenor” and “Legion”, WoW boasts detailed animations and bright colors that still look high-quality and modern.
Thus, World of Warcraft doesn’t have to hide behind other games with comic graphics in 2017 and rightly takes the 5th place in our top 5 MMOs with the best graphics.

Lunatic-Hai is one of the strongest Overwatch teams in the world – some say it might even be the strongest of all time. The team has already won two of the three APEX tournaments that have taken place so far.
A walk in the park for Lunatic-Hai?
When Lunatic Hai faced off against the not-so-highly-rated Overwatch squad from MVP, MVP Space, pretty much everyone already knew how the match would end before it even started.
After Lunatic-Hai decisively won the first map, Nepal, with a standard dive comp, the suspicion seemed to be confirmed.
Lunatic-Hai after the first round on Nepal: relaxed and confident.
And fists and rockets were flying
Until MVP Space finally decided to simply roll over the meta. Instead of countering the dive meta with a turtle strategy, trying to withstand attacks for as long as possible or leaving little room for flanks, the players chose a different tactic: attack instead of defense.
They opted for “PharMercy” and Doomfist against Lunatic-Hai.
Doomfist has only recently made his way into the game and is not yet widespread in the pro scene, as he has simply not found a place yet. Until now. MVP Space did not respond to the flank attacks of the dive meta with an all-round defense, but with a flat fist to the face, sending the attackers right back to where they came from.

The comparison of a captain who does not plan any evasive maneuver upon sighting an iceberg, but just shouts: “Forget it, full speed ahead!“, fits quite well here. And it worked brilliantly.
MVP Space won the second map, Eichenwalde, with a full hold on the first point. Lunatic-Hai has never been stopped this early. After a tie in the third match on Temple of Anubis and a 2 to 2 after the best-of-five, the deciding sixth round was played on Hollywood.
A full hold refers to holding the first point on a map without the attacker making any progress. On escort maps, this usually means that the first checkpoint is not reached, while on assault and hybrid maps, it means that the first third is not captured.

After another tie here, MVP Space was finally able to win the round and thus the match with a second full hold on the first point in overtime.
The dive meta seems to always rely on a successful flank attack, taking out one or two targets, to then finish off the rest with numbers. The matches between these two teams felt rather like an aggressive brawl, where the only goal was to smash as many skulls as possible. Very refreshing and hopefully soon a replacement for the meta.
A new security update in Pokémon GO targets third-party apps that interact with the game’s API. Affected are IV checkers and bots.
Many trainers regularly use IV checkers to monitor the values of their monsters. It is now even more important to use software that does not directly access your account. A new security measure is now active, which quickly issues shadow bans.
Third-party software interacting with Niantic’s API is affected. Trackers and some IV checkers are in the crosshairs.
Shadowban in Pokémon GO
A few days ago, a security update was activated in Pokémon GO that affects all third-party apps using the unofficial Pokémon GO API. This was reported by PokémonGOHub.
GPS spoofers are not affected by this update. The focus is on accounts used by third parties such as bots, online trackers, or IV checkers. The update does not prevent their access to the game but marks the corresponding accounts much more aggressively than before. This means that shadow bans are issued much faster, warnings are sent to the accounts, and IP addresses are flagged.
It remains unclear how the security system works – and this is causing trouble for the providers of third-party services. The mechanism that identifies the accounts is still being investigated. Additionally, the operators are unsure of the criteria by which the various penalties (shadow ban, warning, IP address marking) are distributed. It is only known that the system now functions significantly more efficiently and imposes penalties.
Now the providers of the services are trying to figure out what they can do against these measures. Until then, some trackers may not function correctly.
In general, we advise against using IV checkers that require your account data. There are many apps that take screenshots of the Pokémon and their ratings in order to subsequently calculate the IV value. This type of IV check is significantly safer.
What’s going on with the helicopters in Ghost Recon Wildlands? Crashes through the map and complete loss of control when landing are occurring more frequently.
The control of vehicles in Ghost Recon Wildlands was already a point of criticism for the community during the beta. The cars were difficult to steer, and the helicopter control was quite unfamiliar. Ubisoft’s plan was to improve the control. After a few updates, the helicopters also received a new way of handling.
The current version of Wildlands still has its quirks that can easily ruin missions for players.
Helicopters do what they want
In Ghost Recon Wildlands, you have the option to spawn vehicles for yourself. Available options include pickup trucks, vans, or even helicopters. To reach the various mission points on the large map, you need to cover long distances. Therefore, a helicopter is often a good choice when you need to move quickly.
However, problems can arise even when spawning the helicopters. They sometimes appear much too close to buildings, causing the rotor blades to break when starting the engine, rendering the helicopter unusable.
For some tasks, a helicopter is simply the best means of transportation. For example, when searching for the Yeti. Then you also have to adapt to the strange flight characteristics that come with it. It may happen that the helicopter decides to perform a crazy combination of backflips while the vehicle crashes during landing.
Also interesting: The helicopter can twist and catapult the pilot out of the cabin beneath the map. Don’t believe it? LocoRocker’s video shows it:

At first glance, these fails are funny, but they can quickly become annoying when they happen at the end of an important mission. Or when you have to steal a helicopter for a supply mission and landing is the point where the job fails.
Some players prefer the “old” helicopter control. Although it received a lot of criticism, many have now gotten used to it. Ubisoft stated that the helicopter control was changed to make flying easier and feel more realistic. After six backflips during landing, any trace of realism is probably gone.
According to the last update, problems with the helicopters have increased. Have you experienced this as well?
