On Mars, there are some secrets to uncover in Destiny 2 with the “Warmind” DLC. We will show you what the Override Frequencies are and how to open the hidden Sleeper Nodes.
With the Warmind DLC, some secrets and collectibles returned to Destiny 2. One of them is the floating chests, Sleeper Nodes, which can be found all over Mars. To open these, Override Frequencies are needed, but there is no explanation in the game on how players can obtain them.
We will show you what the Override Frequencies and Sleeper Nodes are and what special items can be found in the hidden boxes.
How to open the Sleeper Nodes
Where can I get the Frequencies? Once you complete the Warmind campaign and the following world quest “Data Recovery” on Mars and have obtained the IKELOS_HFW_V1.0.1 from Ana, you will receive, in addition to the first step for the Sleeper Simulant, another quest.
Dawning Dusk prepares you for the search for the Sleeper Nodes. You need to open 15 of these music boxes for a step towards the Sleeper Simulant on the red planet.
For the quest, you need to complete three patrols and one Lost Sector on Mars. Afterwards, you will receive Resonance Stems, from which four stems can always be combined into an Override Frequency.

What are Override Frequencies? You need the Override Frequencies to open the Sleeper Nodes. Each frequency is assigned to a specific box. When you hover over the Override Frequency item in your inventory, you will receive a small hint on where the sought box is located. With the correct code, the nodes can be opened multiple times.
When you get close to the box for which you have the matching frequency, you will be able to hear classical music. This will get louder as you approach the box.
How many boxes can be found on Mars? A total of 40 Sleeper Nodes are hidden on the red planet. Which code you are assigned for which box when creating the Override Frequencies is random. For the quest steps of the Sleeper Simulant, it does not matter if you have opened some music boxes multiple times. Only 15 Sleeper Nodes count in total for the weapon.
However, you will receive a badge that allows you to check the Sleeper Nodes you have opened. Since it is random which frequency you receive, you should be kept busy with the task for quite a while.
What do you get for opening 40 boxes? Some players have already opened all 40 nodes and were awarded the legendary emblem Warminded for it. There is speculation on Reddit whether the 40 Sleeper Nodes could also be part of a larger quest line or a mystery that will be revealed later, such as the further progression of the Dawning Dusk quest line.
The items obtained from the boxes also seem to be determined by chance. Most of the time, you will find blue items and shaders in the Sleeper Nodes. However, there is also special loot that might make the grind worthwhile for you:

The developer and publisher Little Orbit has acquired the multiplayer shooter All-Points Bulletin: Reloaded (APB) and is now planning to revive the virtually dead game APB. Some fans are glad, others are skeptical, and yet others approach it with gallows humor.
After it was already reanimated once by Reloaded Games, it seemed like APB: Reloaded was now experiencing its final months before the ultimate shutdown.

Who is Little Orbit? For having been active in the gaming industry for over 10 years, the publisher named “Little Orbit” is not particularly well-known.

On top of that, the game suffered from poor optimization issues with memory leaks and FPS drops.
According to the statement from the CEO of Little Orbit, it partly runs on two different engines: the Unreal Engine 3 and 3.5. The list goes on, but steps are now being taken to address these issues gradually.
What measures are planned? Little Orbit has big plans for APB: Reloaded and the GamersFirst platform.
Primarily, Little Orbit wants to establish stable contact with the player base. The first steps will be as follows:
Cleaning and restructuring the social media channels of APB
Implementation of new official forums
Updating the user agreement and privacy policies
New behavior rules for the forums
Updating the general banning and cheating policies
Scott even joined the unofficial Discord server of the APB community and answered some players’ questions there.
Within the next 30 days, a rough roadmap for the updates is to be established, giving the community a general idea of which changes are coming when.
The main goal is to keep the players consistently updated with live updates. This includes, among other things:
Balance changes for Enforcers and Criminals, the two factions in the game
Standardization of the PC version on Unreal Engine 3.5 and subsequent transition to Unreal Engine 4
Improvement of the matchmaking system
Additional game modes
Maps
Outfits
Weapons
And vehicles
Over time, additional games from GamersFirst will be added to APB: Reloaded, but Little Orbit is in no hurry in that regard. The gaming platform is to grow slowly and organically.
A mix of hope, skepticism, and cynicism
What does the community say? Although APB: Reloaded has shrunk over the unfortunate years, it still has a loyal community that continues to support the game.
The players reacted mixed to the purchase of the game and the open letter from the CEO.
After the strong negative experiences with the previous developer Reloaded Games, who turned APB: Reloaded into a “cash cow,” many reacted cynically or at least skeptically.
Thus, the user DecadentMadness wrote on Reddit “LOL HEY GUYS THE NEW ENGINE IS COMING!”, as a jab at the eternal promises from Reloaded Games to transition the game to Unreal Engine 4.
There were also several jokes about a Battle Royale mode, as a quick cash grab option that would disappear after a few months and ruin APB for good.
However, another part of the players is somewhat more hopeful.
Since the release of the open letter, various threads with improvement suggestions have already emerged on Reddit, and fans have also addressed questions and suggestions to the CEO of Little Orbit in the unofficial Discord.
This part of the community takes Scott at his word that communication will improve from now on and that their feedback will be heard.
The hopes are that the new developer can indeed save APB: Reloaded from complete ruin.
Will the updates be sufficient? The big question arising from such a large undertaking is whether Little Orbit has not bitten off more than it can chew. Many voices in the community therefore say that the publisher must be crazy to buy a dying game like APB: Reloaded.
Especially in the shooter market, the competition from established titles like Fortnite, GTA 5, and Overwatch is extremely strong.
Little Orbit will therefore have to find something that sets APB: Reloaded apart from the gray mass in the long term and makes it interesting for new players.

How can I watch the replays then? When the replays count towards quest progression, you can simply find them on the PC or console version of Fortnite: Battle Royale under the “Career” tab in the main menu. Select a non-highlighted (outdated) replay and watch it.
What about Mobile? Those who only play Fortnite: Battle Royale on mobile devices cannot complete this quest either. Because the replay function has not yet been implemented on mobile.
Mobile gamers are currently left in the lurch.
So there is no help: In this case, you need to briefly download Fortnite on the console or PC, play a match there and watch it as a replay. Or you log in briefly on a buddy’s PC or console with your data and do it there.
Update: In the meantime, the developers at Epic have probably thrown in the towel and completely scrapped the replay challenge. Instead, you now just have to revive 3 players.

Video showcases movie props: In one of his latest videos, Adam Savage shows an Alliance armor from the Warcraft movie. The complete armor set, a sword, and a shield featuring the lion emblem are on display.
Savage proudly displays his latest treasure and even puts on the outfit himself during the video. The blue undergarment and a chainmail vest complete the costume.
The props were used in the film and were worn by the stunt performers in various scenes. Thus, they were made using a special polyurethane process, making them lightweight and durable. Nevertheless, the individual pieces look substantial.
Where do the props come from? Currently, a large portion of the props seen in the Warcraft movie is being auctioned off. Anyone with the right amount of pocket money can bid on the original equipment from the film and, with a bit of luck, secure memorabilia from “Warcraft: The Beginning”.
What does the auction mean for further Warcraft films? It is still unclear whether the auction signifies the end for more films from the Warcraft universe. However, the fact that the original props are now being sold off casts a negative light on potential sequels to the Warcraft film.

Thralls are important in the survival RPG Conan Exiles. They protect your buildings and grant you various bonuses. This way, you capture NPCs and make them Thralls.
When capturing Thralls in Conan Exiles, there are a few things to consider. Not every savage you meet in the world shares the same characteristics.
Building a base is faster with Thralls.
Catching Thralls – with Sludge Soup to the goal
To capture Thralls, you must knock an enemy unconscious with a club during combat and then tie a rope to their feet. This way, you drag them back to your camp. Then, you bind the captive to the Wheel of Pain, which you must of course have built beforehand.
There, the Thralls will stay for a while until their will is broken. A small Wheel of Pain can break one Thrall, a normal Wheel can break up to four, and a larger Wheel can break up to eight captives. You must keep food stocked in the Wheel at all times. Sludge soup is best for this because it lasts a long time and is easy to make:
Sludge Soup: Five plant fibers and one seed yield ten Sludge Soups at a cooking station.
Once your Thrall is broken, you can simply assign the craftsmen to their designated positions at the workbenches. Archers and warriors must be placed like buildings and then equipped with armor and weapons. Thralls heal themselves automatically – even though there seems to be a bug on PS4 that prevents this.
Crafters, Fighters, Entertainers – the different types of Thralls
Depending on which “role” the NPC had before being enslaved, such as archer, artist, fighter, cook, armorer, blacksmith, or overseer, they will continue to work for you according to that role. In addition, each faction has different characteristics and unique recipes.
This means you need to look for the NPCs you want. If you need a legendary archer, then search for such an NPC. Capturing them, however, can be difficult. It is not possible to enslave a novice cook and turn them into an adept blacksmith. The roles are fixed!
Fighters and Archers: To defend your buildings, place them on the walls of your fortress or directly behind the entrance. They will stand guard and attack enemies as soon as they attack.
Crafters: The crafters operate machines and crafting stations:
Alchemists/Medicine men: use the cauldron
Armorers: use the armorer’s bench
Blacksmiths: use the blacksmith’s bench
Carpenters: use the carpenter’s bench
Cooks: can be used at campfires and stoves
Smelters: increase the efficiency of furnaces
Tanners: increase the efficiency of tanneries
Breakers/Slave masters: operate the Wheels of Pain and allow new Thralls to be broken faster
Artists, or Performers/Dancers: They are needed to protect you from corruption by lifting your mood. Therefore, you should take artists with you when exploring dungeons and ruins.
Priests: A priest is essential to summon an avatar of your god. The priest is killed during the summoning of an avatar.
Only if you have many Thralls in different roles will you be able to survive in the brutal world of Conan Exiles.

Locations for Thralls from different tribes and camps
The further north and inland you venture, the more powerful enemies you will encounter. Accordingly, you can create more powerful Thralls from them.
At the beginning by the river, you will discover Exiles, who are poorly equipped. You can subjugate them as your first Thralls, but they are not very effective. In the scattered camps of the Exiles, you might find priests of Mitra at temples.
Further north in the rocky areas and in the desert, you will meet the Darfari Cannibals, who are stronger but still not very well equipped. You will find priests of Yog among them.

In the east of the desert, the Bandits of the “Black Hand” live in a ship hewn from the rocks. The bandits are very well equipped, pose a dangerous threat, and are correspondingly effective Thralls.
Further north, in the massive mountains, live the brutal Desert Dogs. These untamed bandits guard a secret that you must uncover.
Some of the strongest enemies in the desert, however, are the Relic Hunters, who have even built the great city Sepermeru in the northwest. They are digging for powerful artifacts in the cursed ruins of the region. They are neutral towards you, but you can still enslave them. Here you will find priests of Set.

Far in the swamps in the east, the Lemurians live. They worship the goddess Derketo and are probably the only source for their priests – even though only the corresponding teacher has been found among them so far.
North of the desert begins the icy north. In the directly adjacent tundra, you will mainly find the Heirs of the North. The Nordheimers settle in and around New Asgarth and at the God Towers. They wear heavy armor and are known for their fighting and blacksmithing skills. Also, you can only find priests of Ymir here.
In the west of the tundra, around the Hills of the Dead, lives the Forgotten Tribe. The Cimmerians who live there are particularly strong and skilled warriors and archers.
Far to the north by the fires of the volcano live the Followers of Skelos. In this faithful of an ancient religion, you will primarily find well-trained alchemists.

The benefits of Thrall levels
You can recognize how good your Thrall is by its name. Most NPCs carry a number from I to III in their name, indicating how effective they are. However, there are also NPCs with unique names that are always considered level 4 Thralls. Some professions, such as breaker and priest, also use levels like novice, adept, and master or high priest.
The levels have the following effects on crafters:
Level 1: about 10% faster crafting
Level 2: additionally reduces material costs by 25%, brings some recipes that can then be built at the workbench
Level 3: works even faster, brings more recipes.
Level 4: reduces material costs and construction time by 50% and brings unique recipes.
Some items, such as gas grenades and flawless or exceptional weapons and armor, can only be crafted by Thralls.
The five-part quest series surrounding the exotic scout rifle Polaris Lance continues. If there is one quest step per week, fans will have to wait nearly 4 weeks before they can obtain the weapon in Destiny 2.
The quest continues: The exotic weapon from Ana Bray – the Polaris Lance – is tied to the multi-part quest series “Coming Dawn,” which consists of five individual quest steps. Last week, players were able to complete the first quest step. To the great astonishment of many Guardians, the quest series did not continue thereafter.
When will the Polaris Lance be available?
Since then, fans have been wondering how to trigger or receive the next steps of the tasks. They did not find any leads. However, what large parts of the community have suspected seems to be confirmed now: The individual steps of the quest series are apparently time-limited. The Polaris Lance is behind a time lock. This is called Time-Gated Content.
Only since the Weekly Reset on May 15 have the Guardians been able to attempt the second part of this task. Some have already mastered this step – and now have to wait again. Probably until the next Weekly Reset.
If these weekly intervals for the individual steps of “Coming Dawn” are maintained, fans will have to wait nearly four more weeks. The exotic scout would then be available starting June 5.
How to complete the 2nd quest step?
The quest: “Coming Dawn 2/5” consists of several tasks:
Step 1: Pick up the quest “Coming Dawn 2/5” from Ana.
Step 2: Kill 25 enemies with the Valkyrie. Trigger an Escalation Protocol and then activate the Valkyrie using a Warmind code from Rasputin. If you do not want to waste codes, you can also wait for a WarSat event and then grab a Valkyrie.
Step 3: Complete the heroic adventure “Psionic Potential” on Mars. If you have not yet unlocked this heroic adventure, you must first complete the normal Mars adventures.
Step 4: Now you need to activate the Sleeper Node in the Lost Sector Ma’adim Subterranean. Ma’adim Subterranean is located in the Glacier Field zone and is marked on the map with the corresponding symbol.
Step 5: Now you must return to Ana. There, you first need to activate the second server terminal. The servers are located on the left wall from Ana’s perspective. Then speak with her.
The reward: After completing the second quest step and speaking with Ana, you will receive the Braytech RWP MK. II scout rifle. This is a solar weapon with a legendary kinetic mod. The element cannot be changed. This scout visually resembles an identical copy of the Polaris Lance. Whether this prototype needs to be developed further like the Necrochasm in Destiny 1 is not known.
After you have received your reward, you will have to be patient again – probably until the next weekly reset on May 22. Just like the second quest step left waiting the week before, the third step of this task is also still to come.
The Cubelock is under attack: Blizzard nerfs numerous cards in Hearthstone to improve the meta. The current expansion “The Witchwood” had only a minor impact on top decks.
There are some annoying decks in Hearthstone. Some of them are just time-wasters, like the Gruesome Mal’Ganis variant. Other decks are extremely strong and played by many. If the community doesn’t develop a suitable counter, Blizzard has to step in. Among those suffering from the upcoming nerf wave is the Cubelock.
What is the Cubelock? The Cubelock aims to quickly get an army of powerful demons on the field. Accordingly, its deck largely consists of expensive cards. It got its name from the Carnivorous Cube. With the right combo, it summons high-level demons for free.

What has changed? For the Cubelock to use its combo, it needs a powerful demon on the field. The card Possessed Lackey was often used for this. If the Warlock played this on turn 5, the end of the game was usually clear. The card now costs 6 mana after the update and delays the combo by one turn.
The second change concerns the Dark Pact. This card helps to trigger deathrattle effects. In addition, it heals the player for 8 health points. This healing will be reduced to 4 with the patch.
How does the change affect? The community has previously discussed increasing the mana cost of the Possessed Lackey. The change seems simple, but it makes a big difference. With one additional turn, powerful cards for countering the Cubelock are unlocked. Moreover, the Warlock must be able to delay the game for another turn.
Paladins and Rogues are also suffering
It’s not just the Cubelock that is unpopular. There are several other decks that are hated by the community. Blizzard is also addressing these.
This change affects Paladins: From Blizzard’s perspective, there are three popular Paladin decks. The Murloc Paladin, the odd, and the even Paladin. The even Paladin and the Murloc Paladin are particularly strong.
By increasing the mana cost of the card Rallying the Troops from 4 to 5, it is no longer playable in the even Paladin. At the same time, the card is slightly weaker in other Paladin decks.
This change affects Rogues: Rogues with the Crystal Core were nerfed once already. However, Blizzard believes that wasn’t enough. Therefore, all minions in Quest Rogue will now have stats of 4/4 instead of 5/5.
Sea Witch of the Naga and Malevolent Summoner also nerfed
Due to the set rotation, the Malevolent Summoner became significantly more powerful. Blizzard compensates for this by increasing its mana cost from 6 to 7. The nerf to the Sea Witch of the Naga is even stronger. Its mana cost rises from 5 to 8.
When will this happen? The nerfs will come with the next patch. Blizzard wants to wait until the end of the HCT playoffs. The last playoff games will be played on May 19 and 20. So it should be next week.
