Capcom announced the Grand Summer Twilight Festival in Monster Hunter World. The event will likely run similarly to the Spring Blossom Festival.
When is the Summer Twilight Festival? From July 13, 2018, to July 26, 2018. The event will last about two weeks.
During the event, almost all previously released event quests will be available: Just like during the Spring Blossom Festival, you will be able to play almost all event quests. This means you have two weeks to farm the special rewards from the quests. This ranges from gold crowns to special armor like Aloy and hero and warrior streamstones, which you need for augmenting.

This is the Playground: The Playground is supposed to be a mode where players can mess around in teams or solo and try everything out. A match lasts for one hour. If you die, you simply respawn. Fortnite is otherwise a fast and ruthless game. In the Playground, people should have the opportunity to test the game mechanics: They can work on building or practice their automation.
What is the problem? There are apparently matchmaking issues. The mode was newly introduced on Wednesday but was disabled shortly after. Since then, Epic Games has been working to reopen the Playground, but it seems they are not succeeding. Epic wants to work hard this weekend to get the mode ready. In the meantime, there have been new dates provided for when the mode should work again, but all were not met.
Responsible for long server downtime even before release
The mode had problems even before release: It could be that the difficulties with Playground are related to the failure of a planned database switch. In early June, Epic experienced repeated server outages as they wanted to switch important systems. This led to patches arriving over three consecutive days with sometimes longer downtimes. The database upgrade was supposed to help Fortnite cope with the booming player numbers and manage experimental game modes.
The database is probably causing problems: However, the database upgrade was not successful, and Epic had to revert the Fortnite database to the old system. Epic wanted to conduct this database upgrade to allow a mode like “Playground” in Fortnite. Ultimately, they decided to postpone the database upgrade and continue with the old “temporary” solution – this could now cause problems. Safari Zone 2018 in Dortmund – What is it about?
When? Niantic is hosting a Safari event in Dortmund on the weekend of Saturday, June 30 to Sunday, July 1.

Where? The event takes place in Westfalenpark in Dortmund (in North Rhine-Westphalia). This is in the west of Germany. On the official website of Westfalenpark, there is a travel description for you – or directly via Google Maps. The park is located near the city center, the Westfalenhallen, and the Signal Iduna Park. The park is easily accessible on foot from the main train station – it would take about half an hour. PokéStops with the “Pokémon GO Safari Zone” logo will show you the way to the park.
Corasonn and Icognito on site – Safari event
What will happen? The Safari Zone in Westfalenpark offers trainers the opportunity to catch many Pokémon that have been “rarely sighted in Europe before.”

The problem: For some players, the level does not increase as intended. Sometimes nothing happens at all, sometimes only one of the two players sees it. This is a bug – it should not work like this.

Status not updating correctly: In social networks, you can frequently read about trainers whose friendship status does not update correctly. Friendships in Pokémon GO are divided into different levels. Normally, actions in the game, like sending gifts, should regularly improve the status with experience points.
A possible workaround was published by Reddit user KittehForce. The trainer suggests that you and your buddy decide who only opens gifts and who only sends them. Because the problem occurs when trainers alternate between opening or sending gifts.
New friendship level sometimes counts: If one of your friends levels up in your friendship level, this status is sometimes updated for both players. But there is no guarantee of that either. As trainer mythrellas writes on Reddit, the superfriend status was only displayed on one account for him.

The Forsaken expansion for Destiny 2 brings some long-awaited features that fans have been longing for. With the launch of the autumn add-on, the Collections – that is, the collections – will also be introduced. This allows previously found items to be reproduced, among other things. However, this feature has a catch.
While there were already some details about the Collections during the flood of information at E3, many questions about their scope and function remained unanswered. The Collections in Destiny 2 – Like kiosks, but with a catch
Familiar system: For those familiar with the kiosks from Destiny 1, the Collections in Destiny 2 will seem familiar. Both features are similar in function. In exchange for certain materials or Glimmer, items already acquired can be drawn again from the collection.
The improvement: However, the Collections are somewhat more extensive in their function, showing not only already acquired items but also information and tips on the location or potential source of still missing items. But what exactly do they encompass? And how does the extraction of items from the collection work? These and several other questions have now been answered by the developers.
Which Year 1 items are tracked in the Collections?
The Collections include all weapons, armor pieces, ghosts, ships, Sparrows, emblems, and shaders that were available in the first year of Destiny 2.
Are items tracked that were dismantled before Forsaken?
Items that are currently in your inventory can be dismantled without any issues. Starting in September, you will find them in your collection. Consumables are excluded from this.
What about items that were already dismantled?
The Collections track all intended items that you had in your inventory or vault since the release of the Warmind DLC. Items that were dismantled before May 8, 2018, will not appear in the Collections – unless you received them again afterward.
Which Year 2 items are included in the collection?
The same ones as in Year 1, with the exception of all legendary random roll weapons and armor from Year 2. These are disabled in the Collections and cannot be drawn again from them.
However, Bungie is not satisfied with this approach and is therefore working on a permanent solution for storing the exact perk rolls of respective random roll items in your Collections.
What costs are involved in reproducing items from the collection?
The costs for item recovery are still being refined. More information will follow at a later date.
In general: If there are Glimmer when dismantling a shader, it will also cost Glimmer to reproduce it. If the shader comes from Eververse and crumbles into Glimmer dust when dismantled, then it will also cost Glimmer dust to recover it. This pattern applies to all items in the Collections.
Note: Reproducing the shaders from the collections will cost something, but applying the shaders to equipment will be free.
What power level does the gear have when drawn from the collection?
The recovered items from the Collections will be close to the power level you have at the time of reproduction. However, you will need to infuse them to prepare them for endgame activities.

Trainers are happy! Many reasons to look forward to the Community Day in July. Although it hasn’t been 100% confirmed yet, many trainers have no doubt that Squirtle with sunglasses will be catchable in the game. A clear reason to definitely participate in this event.
PvP players receive a special incentive in WoW: Battle for Azeroth. Regular loot chests that you have to fight for!
With the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, a lot will change in Azeroth. One of the biggest changes is the War Mode, where players can choose in advance whether they want to land only with other PvP players in a phase. Those who decide to do so can also fight for completely new rewards. Flying ships regularly drop loot chests!
Drop brings personal loot. These “Air Drops” appear in all new areas and are announced by a flying ship in the sky. Once the drop has been made, players from both Horde and Alliance can try to claim the chest for their faction. This takes time and allows the opposing faction to intervene and stop it. Once a faction has secured victory, all members of the faction can loot the chest for a few moments and will be rewarded with a personal equipment item.
Chests as the “new” Gurubashi Arena. The system is modeled after the Gurubashi Arena in the Stranglethorn Vale. There, a chest also appears at regular intervals, which present players can fight over. However, only one person receives the appropriate reward from the chest.
In general, the chests offer a good reason for mass battles that will attract all players. This momentarily dissolves the normal “Open World” PvP action and bundles it into a central point.
Frontier Developments has released the next update of the space online game Elite Dangerous with Beyond: Chapter Two.

Patch 1.25 has Overwatch saved, according to many players. The reason for this is the group search and the recognition, which improves the climate.
Despite Blizzard’s efforts to combat toxicity and punish it more harshly, the tone in Overwatch has been harsh and led to dissatisfaction among many players. The latest patch 1.25 has not intensified the penalties but has taken a different route: positive behavior is rewarded and thus promoted.
Finding a group made easy: If you don’t want to play alone, you can now use the group search in Overwatch. This allows you to specifically add players to your team who share similar views as yourself. Do you prefer to play in a relaxed, casual round where interesting team compositions are the focus? Or a serious group that wants to rank up?
Everyone can find like-minded players here, and thanks to voice chat, you can prepare for the match before it starts. Misunderstandings decrease, more players can express their preferred role, and overall enjoyment of the game increases.
“Fake Kindness” – Better than No Kindness
The second system is also helpful: Those who stand out positively, give tips to other players, and simply show their best side may ultimately be rewarded with “recognition”. This increases the player’s recognition level, which will be compensated with special rewards in the future.
This encourages (almost) all players to behave friendlier, as they are eager to receive the additional rewards. Additionally, many players set a minimum level of recognition when using the group search – if you want to join these groups, you need to behave well in advance.
While there are some critics who say that the system is only “feigned kindness,” the supporters are in the majority. “Feigned kindness is far better than having an honest flamer on the team.”
Other players put it even more directly: “You are friendly to strangers, even if it is hypocritical. That’s life, that’s how it should be.”
Of course, penalties still exist for players who completely step out of line and simply cannot behave. However, the incentive of a reward has ensured that penalties need to be applied less frequently.
In summary, it can be said that trolls are currently on the decline in Overwatch. Chronic complainers are banned for longer periods, and the “fake friendly” contribute to a positive atmosphere.

The Crew 2 offers a lot to give players motivation to race. In addition to the rank system as well as the numerous events and race modes, there are also your cars and planes that you can tune.
The performance level should give you an impression of how good your vehicle is compared to others in the same category. To modify your car, you don’t even need to go back to your headquarters; you can make upgrades right on the spot in the start menu.
This is how the tuning of The Crew 2 is structured
Complete races, get the loot: With every race you finish in the top 3, you receive loot boxes containing random parts with which you can improve your vehicle. These are generally better than the parts you already have equipped.
The parts have different rarity levels, similar to equipment in other online games, ranging from common gray parts to epic (purple) equipment items. Ivory Tower has already announced that it will add another rarity level (legendary, probably orange) in September 2018.
These parts you can tune on your cars:
Brakes
Transmission
Control Unit
Engine Block
Exhaust
Suspension
Tires
Differences to other vehicle types: Brakes and tires are not applicable for airplanes and boats. Instead, these have paddles. Moreover, you can tune the propeller on boats while you can upgrade the fuselage on airplanes. The suspension is also not applicable for tunable gas pedals.
The rarer parts, that is, blue and higher, have various perks that allow your nitro to recharge faster.
The performance level shows how good your car or the individual parts are: The maximum level varies among the respective vehicles. For example, a ’67 Chevy Impala has a maximum performance level of 280, while the Offshore Mk1 speedboat reaches 250. In the game, you can look up all values in the catalog.
The basic equipment of the vehicles differs. Some start at very low performance levels, while others begin at 150 and higher. This depends on brand and vehicle type. However, once you have built up a basic stock of tuning parts, you can quickly raise them to higher levels.
Parts are reusable: You can remove parts from other vehicles and use them on others. However, there are clear categories. Parts from street racers cannot be attached to cars intended for off-road racing. And definitely not on airplanes.

Sieges in Conan Exiles require a lot of time and resources. Those who engage in a lot of PvP want to work as efficiently as possible. With tar balls, that’s possible – but why actually?
Properly besieging in Conan Exiles: To destroy enemy buildings, you need explosives or siege weapons. Although normal weapons also deal damage to building parts, it is not enough to justify their repairs.
A trebuchet is impressive – but impractical. Balls work better!
That’s why tar balls and demon fire balls are better than explosive jars
Explosive jars are the most widely used explosives and therefore the primary weapon for many players. However, more and more sieges are taking place with tar balls and demon fire balls – and for good reason.

1. Explosive jars are expensive and difficult to manufacture
While explosive jars are “the explosives”, their production is cumbersome. To craft explosive jars, you need to learn “Explosive Traps” at level 35. To do this, you need the talents “Fire Bowl Cauldron” and “Potter”, for which you again need to learn “Iron Tools” and “Furniture Maker”.
To even be able to craft explosive jars, you need to learn five recipes and wait until level 35. After that, you need a lot of materials for a single explosive jar:

The jar and tar are quickly made or collected. However, the dragon powder requires a whole range of materials that you must mix in the fire bowl cauldron:

100 Steel Fire
Especially the demon blood and the steel fire make dragon powder so expensive. Demon blood can only be farmed in a few areas, and making such a large amount of steel fire takes a lot of time. Explosive jars are therefore not really efficient.
Explosive jars must be placed on buildings – and tend to roll away.
2. Tar and demon fire balls are easier to manufacture
Tar is a byproduct from tanneries that you can run with the leather or chitin of creatures from which you take the explosive glands for the demon fire balls. The production chain works much smoother and is shorter.
You can get both reptile skin and explosive glands from salamanders in the jungle.
3. You can craft the balls earlier
To craft tar and demon fire balls, you only need a slave at the fire bowl cauldron and the cauldron’s recipe. You can start capturing slaves as early as level 10 and learn the cauldron at level 15. The balls are therefore available 20 levels earlier than explosive jars!
Especially in larger guilds, this is a significant advantage. Even newcomers can help successfully carry out sieges by crafting the items and passing them to fighters.
That’s all you need: A fire bowl cauldron with a slave.
4. The balls deal more damage in combination
The actual damage from the tar and demon fire balls comes from applying layers of tar to a building part and then igniting them.
If you apply 15 layers of tar to a building and then ignite them, the tar burns for about double the damage of an explosive jar. The damage can then be further increased by keeping the fire going with more tar a few seconds after igniting, until the building is destroyed.

5. Balls are safer and easier to transport
Tar and demon fire balls have several advantages over explosive jars that play a large role in sieges:
Balls can be stacked: Tar and demon fire balls can be stacked up to a quantity of 25. Explosive jars can only be moved individually and placed in the action bar.
Balls can be thrown: Unlike explosive jars, you can use balls from a distance. Explosive jars must be placed in one location and then ignited – which can be dangerous. Balls are used from a distance.

If you want to effectively besiege, you are better off with tar and demon fire balls than with explosive jars. They are easier to craft, can also be made by newer members, deal greater damage, and are easier to transport and use.
These trainers took the opportunity and attacked the powerful boss Mewtwo in Pokémon GO with a horde of Rattata.
What’s special about Mewtwo? To encounter the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo in Pokémon GO, you must first be invited to an EX Raid. You can receive such an invitation with a little luck if you frequently participate in raids against other Pokémon in gyms. Some trainers have yet to encounter Mewtwo, while others have battled the boss multiple times.
Why weak monsters? It is usually assumed that trainers choose only their strongest monsters for such a battle. However, a group of trainers had fun with the raid and gathered as many of the new Alolan Rattata as possible. With these relatively weak monsters, they then attacked Mewtwo.

The biggest raid fun: On Reddit, trainer tensfredz shared a video of his raid with the Silphroad community. In it, many of the Alolan Rattata face off against the EX Raid boss Mewtwo. Tensfredz mentions that this was probably the most fun he ever had in a raid.
From fun to serious, then back to fun: When the Alolan Rattata were released into the wild in Pokémon GO, the idea of forming a Rattata army came up among the trainer and his friends. Many members of the group were interested and wanted to join. The trainers then caught a mini-army of the “little, fat rats,” as tensfredz wrote on Reddit.
Extra power: Trainer tensfredz explains that some trainers even used TMs to change the attacks of the Rattata. Others used Stardust to make the rats even stronger.
