As video games are considered cultural assets and thus art, the regulation can also be applied here.
The debate has been ongoing for years. The ban on unconstitutional symbols in media has been heavily criticized for years. In artistic contexts – such as films, stage programs or similar – swastikas are not a problem and are covered by artistic freedom.
In video games, however, swastikas have not been tolerated so far and have automatically led to a refusal of approval. That is now set to change. Video games are thus one step closer to equality with other artistic media.
Individual examinations remain. In the future, however, games will continue to be examined by the USK for their suitability for young people. As they do now, the USK can still deny games a rating if certain standards and principles are not adhered to. The new rules do not change that.
Older games could receive approval. Publishers can now also submit older games for review again in order to have a chance at approval for the original version. Especially games like the Wolfenstein series come to mind. Whether the publishers will take advantage of this with old games remains to be seen.
No guarantee of approval. However, the new regulation is not a guarantee that developers will actually submit the original version with such content to the USK or receive approval. Since a review often takes a lot of time, it is quite possible that content in games will continue to be cut down to ensure approval from the USK.
In the event of a refusal, a game would have to undergo a second review for weeks – and then the “hype” around the game and thus the customer base may have already faded.

The Community Day this weekend attracts trainers with Shiny Eevee and its evolutions in Pokémon GO. This is what the Shinies look like.
Even before the Community Day, data miners are closely examining the code of Pokémon GO to see what players can expect. Since there will be shimmering Eevees this weekend, there was also interest in how the evolved forms look as Shiny. Surprisingly, the Shiny form of Vaporeon was not yet in the code.

Late addition: On the evening of August 8th, data miner Chrales started his livestream. He presented the Pokémon GO fans with the Shinies from the Eevee family that are now found in the network traffic of the game. Vaporeon is now included.

No new: After a possible Gen-4 leak that recently circulated, many fans hoped for the new Eevee evolutions Leafeon and Glaceon for the Community Day in August. However, the sprites of these forms are not yet in the game’s code.

This weekend, you can expect strong bonuses in Pokémon GO. For example, you’ll receive three times the amount of Stardust when you catch a Pokémon. Also, Lure Modules will last significantly longer on Saturday and Sunday.
Three new black stones have been added to Black Desert. These allow for guaranteed enhancement at the cost of durability. However, the items can only be used in certain cases.
The endgame of Black Desert involves enhancement of equipment to a certain extent. However, enhancement processes can fail. The materials used in the process are then lost and the equipment gets damaged or, in the worst case, downgraded. Black stones are used in Black Desert to enhance equipment.
That’s why the three new magical black stones sound too good to be true. They promise an enhancement with a 100% success rate.
Enhancing will be easier
More enhancement options: There was already a game mechanic where players could force an enhancement up to enhancement level 18. However, the equipment would be severely damaged and had to be repaired afterwards. Unfortunately, this option was only available for green items.
With the new magical black stones, players can do almost the same. The equipment is less severely damaged and the process is also available for blue and yellow equipment. Unfortunately, the magical black stones can only be used for enhancement levels 13 to 15.
There are three new types of magical black stones:
Stabilized magical black stones are used for green equipment.
Purified magical black stones are important for blue equipment.
Flawless magical black stones are used to enhance yellow equipment.
How to use the magical black stones
How do the new black stones work? You need a certain number of magical black stones, depending on the enhancement level you want to achieve.
If you want to perform an enhancement at level 13, you need 5 magical black stones.
To reach level 14, you need 8 magical black stones.
And for level 15, you must have 13 magical black stones.
The black spirit is ready to receive your valuable black stones.
If you want to perform an enhancement, you simply call your trusty “friend” black spirit with the comma key and select Enhance. Then click on the equipment to be enhanced and carry out the enhancement process.
Note that with a guaranteed enhancement using the new magical black stones, the durability of the equipment will be reduced by 30.
How do I obtain magical black stones? You can obtain the new magical black stones by defeating world or field bosses, such as Mirumok Offin-Guardian, Quint or Muraka.
Is Black Desert now Pay2Win?
New item with limited utility: The new magical black stones cannot be purchased in the pearl shop and cannot be traded between players. The reduction of the equipment’s durability plays into the hands of Kakao Games.
To repair your damaged equipment, players will resort to the item “Memories of a Craftsman”. This item quadruples the restored durability of items. The catch: “Memories of a Craftsman” can be purchased by players in the pearl shop.
Frequent players can also purchase the item for 400 loyalty points. Players earn loyalty points every day by logging into Black Desert.

On the hunt for spirits
The wait has been worth it: Players of Guild Wars 2 waited nearly half a year for the weapon designs. But the wait is over. Simply log in to Guild Wars 2 and go on the hunt for the three exotic weapons that come from the community.
Here’s how to obtain the weapons: Head to Löwenstein. There, you will receive a message and the recipe for the infusion crystal. This enables you to see spirits. You will need a few ingredients to craft the crystal.

Every weapon tells its own story
On the hunt for spirits: Once you have crafted the infusion crystal, use it and embark on the hunt for the three weapons. You must complete a collection for each weapon. Like a treasure hunt, you will travel across Tyria:
For the torch Favor of the Colossus, head to the Cliffside of the Shatterer in the Shiverpeak Mountains. You can find the mountains to the east of the city of Löwenstein. There you will complete “Creation of Legends”
To obtain the greatsword Eclipse, go to the Fields of Ruin in eastern Tyria. There, you will complete the collection “Guide to Higher Understanding”
If you want to get the one-handed sword Claw of the Offspring, travel to the Drytop in western Tyria. There you will complete “Heritage of Healing”

Community excited about the new weapons
“I am speechless”: The new weapons are well received by the Guild Wars 2 players. The design fits perfectly with Guild Wars 2 and the associated collections are enjoyable as each weapon is tied to a small journey.
Players particularly notice that the spirits you encounter react with different lines of text based on your character’s race. They also appreciate that you can unlock all weapons and do not have to choose just one.
Weapon designer speaks up: The player who designed the torch speaks up on Reddit and thanks the designers at ArenaNet for the great work they have done. He wished for slightly smaller hands but is otherwise very satisfied with the design.

Some projects take strange paths. Who would have thought, for example, that “The Expanse” was originally intended as an MMO?
The Expanse is considered one of the most successful series in Netflix’s pay-TV offerings. But what few people know about the dark space story is that “The Expanse” was actually supposed to be an MMORPG and not a series at all!
A snubbed MMO pitch: The source material for The Expanse has had quite a bizarre journey. Ty Franck, the original creator of the original story, was supposed to develop a pitch for a friend, with which a Chinese company could have developed an MMO. This was almost 15 years ago, shortly before the release of EVE Online.
The Chinese developer only seemed to realize later that an MMO would surely cost 100 million dollars and quickly withdrew from the plans.
The Expanse as a D20 adventure: Since Franck had roughly developed the source material and continued to hold the rights to it, he moved forward. He created a campaign for the D20 tabletop system from The Expanse. Years went by before the campaign later became the book series, which then served as the basis for the series.
P&P rule system secured: In the meantime, “The Expanse” is developing back again and is now trying to establish its own rule system for tabletop role-playing. For this, there is a Kickstarter campaign that had a target of 30,000 USD and reached this target in just one hour. In the meantime, this target has been exceeded by more than 800%, as 281,000 USD have already been raised.
Whether “The Expanse” will eventually also see the digital light of day as an MMO remains to be seen. If it does, the franchise would definitely return to its roots – even if those roots were never realized.
What are icons in FUT 19? With the icon cards, EA brings former star footballers back to the virtual pitch of FUT. They have demonstrated outstanding performances in the past and left a lasting impression on the world football stage. They are no longer active as professionals.
The icon cards only exist in Ultimate Team mode. They are extremely rare and strong – and correspondingly sought after.

It is the Italian Roberto Baggio. He was active in his career at several Italian clubs, collecting most of his titles at Juventus Turin in the mid-Nineties.
In FUT 19, you can play Baggio as CAM. He has solid values overall, especially in passing and dribbling where he excels.
The second revealed icon is Fabio Cannavaro. The second Italian played like Baggio mainly at clubs from Serie A, and he also spent three successful years at Real Madrid.
With 80 pace, 95 defending, and 85 physicality, the relatively small CB will still be a strong icon card.

Seedorf is a former Dutch footballer who won the Champions League with Ajax, Real Madrid, and AC Milan – that’s unique! In FUT 19, the CAM comes with good all-round stats, especially passing, shooting, and dribbling are strong.
