Furthermore, the developers have stated that the following areas will be closely monitored in the long term and adjustments have already been made in parts:
Level 2 and 3 Armor: Treyarch will closely observe how Level 2 and Level 3 armor performs over time – both in use and their distribution on the map. They do not want to rush anything and are taking a cautious approach regarding tuning and balancing. New approaches are already being tested.
Weapons: They continue to monitor the performance and popularity of various weapons. Currently, they have particularly noted the Vapr, which has not yet proven to be significantly overpowered.
Zombies: Zombies can currently attack from a distance that was not intended. A fix is already being tested.
Item Distribution: The quantity, frequency, and quality of the distribution of weapons, perks, gear, and other items will continue to be refined.

Players and testers of Crowfall are an essential part of development. This comes from an interview with the developers.
mmorpg.com conducted an interview with Crowfall’s Creative Director, J. Todd Coleman, Executive Producer Gordon Walton, and Vice President of Marketing DebySue Wolfclaw. One of the topics was players – and how important they are.
Players are an extension of the development team
Crowfall takes a different approach than most games in the genre. Through campaigns, players can “win” the MMORPG in a way. Even in development, Crowfall differs significantly from other (Kickstarter) MMORPGs.
There was never an NDA for the game; supporters could show and share content from Crowfall from the very beginning while testing it. All of this led to a strong community bond and a special relationship between developers and players.
Feedback is important: With Patch 5.7, some innovations came to Crowfall. According to Coleman, players are an important part of such innovations, an extension of the team:
We do this with every system when it first goes online. We present it to the players and see what they think about it. This is something that is really interesting about this type of development, and frankly, it is different from anything I have experienced so far, involving the players so early in the game. Having that direct connection with them means that they almost – the truly engaged ones, whom we see almost daily – have become an extension of the design team. I know it sounds crazy, but it is true.
Players understand the development process: The particularly engaged players even help the team develop new concepts. Players who have been testing Crowfall for a long time can even adapt to the pace of development.
“The guys who have been around the longest absolutely understand the pace at which games are developed, and I think a good part of them has supported this for as strong reasons as any other. They believe in the team and like the vision, but they also want to feel like an extension of the development team and have that direct connection,” Coleman said.
According to Coleman, the idea of involving the audience as part of the design fits very well with Crowfall in particular. All the campaigns are already summarized as individual, standalone games within Crowfall.
Players help developers help players: Players have been able to stream the game since the beginning of Crowfall. Streaming is something that, according to mmorpg.com, is often criticized in PvP games, partly because it allows players to target and eliminate other players.
According to Walton, streaming helps discover bugs and issues directly showcased by the community with clips. Coleman elaborates on the criticism:
“What I would like to see is […] when players know they are being watched in the stream, they adapt and carry out ‘false flag’ operations in which they send out a small group and wait just around the corner of the hill with 50 people.”
“And they send them out with a very distinct landmark in the distance, knowing that they will attract someone just like a honey pot and destroy them.”

How much does a BlizzCon ticket cost? Anyone who wants to watch BlizzCon 2018 live from their home PC will have to dig a little deeper into their pocket. A ticket costs a whopping €40. Fortnite: Battle Royale (PC, PS4, iOS, Android, Switch & Xbox One) has introduced a new weapon to the game with the “Suppressed Assault Rifle”. But how good is the new gun and how does it compare to the regular Assault Rifle?
What can the new rifle do? The Suppressed Assault Rifle is silent, has a 30-round magazine, and deals 32 to 33 damage. You can find the weapon only in Epic or Legendary quality.
So it has to face the comparison with the “golden SCAR”, the high-end version of the regular Assault Rifle. After all, the two weapons are otherwise largely identical.

The map in the online shooter SCUM is 144 km² big. But that is only part of the entire game world, as the complete map has now revealed.

The SCUM map is much larger than expected
This is how big the SCUM map really is: It can take quite a long time to traverse the 144 km² game world of the online shooter SCUM from one end to the other. But don’t think that this is everything. The community around the Overwatch hero Mercy is dissatisfied. They demand significant changes from Blizzard, preferably another rework.

Especially Mercy has been a major point of contention for several years now and many players are again demanding: Mercy needs another rework.
Nerfs Without End
After the major rework of Mercy, the healer has had to endure many nerfs in succession. While players agree that numerous adjustments were necessary, they feel that the nerfs have gone too far and have left only an “empty shell” of Mercy.

The biggest criticism is that it simply doesn’t feel good to play Mercy in her current state. She has a low skill ceiling and while playing her, it feels like you could help the team better with another healer.
After her numerous nerfs, Mercy no longer has any significant feature. Her “single target heal” is easily outshone by Ana and resurrections only succeed in the rarest cases.

Her ultimate, Valkyrie, has lost almost all usefulness and often only makes Mercy an easier target in the sky, making players frequently save it and never use it. Often it is just a gimmick to fly around in the sky with little benefit.
