Blizzard has its own Starbucks in the company – and they have special Sombra coffees or Murloc mochas. This delights the teams from WoW and Overwatch.
The headquarters of Blizzard in Irvine is more than just an office complex; it’s a massive facility. In addition to gyms and recreational rooms, there are also some options to get rid of the earned money right away. Since every day must start with one to twenty cups of coffee if you want to get something done, a Starbucks couldn’t be missing.
Because everything at Blizzard is “a little” different than in the rest of the world, the Starbucks also has rather “strange” offers. Aside from the usual standard stuff, they have been inspired by the Blizzard universes Overwatch, StarCraft, and World of Warcraft.
Who wouldn’t want to have 6 brown-green “Zergling Rush” Frappuccinos that employees take apart with the best “6 Pool” strategy?
Or how about an “Epic Drink” that is offered by Sombra?
Also, “The Blizzard Drink” with Murlocs must not be missed – though it might taste a bit fishy.
With such a cool Starbucks, one can probably overlook the fact that the employees on site haven’t quite spelled some names correctly. This creates facial expressions that clearly say: “My whole life is a lie” – like here with Jeff Kaplan.
