Symmetra’s turrets can cause some frustration in Overwatch especially when they can’t be seen or destroyed.

Symmetra is one of the defensive heroes in Overwatch, as she can provide her team with a tactical advantage through her portal and secure certain areas against attackers by strategically placing her turrets. When in doubt, this at least serves as a “warning mechanism” to recognize when an enemy passes by the turrets. While the turrets are not a major threat individually, that changes quickly when multiple are on a point – or when they cannot be attacked at all.
Currently, there is a bug in Overwatch that occurs on the map Dorado. Just before the second control point, to which the attackers must escort the payload, there is a bridge. However, this bridge has a design flaw, as it does not completely align with the walls of the houses, creating a small cavity – unfortunately, the perfect spot for Symmetra’s turrets. The turrets are hard to detect and can also fire through walls, making them a very effective but also very unfair method of defense.
The bug has already been reported to Blizzard, and it’s only a matter of time before it gets fixed.
Cortyn says: Since the location shown is obviously a bug – after all, the turrets can shoot through walls – players should refrain from exploiting this bug. Blizzard has been tough on cheaters and fraudsters in the past and has repeatedly issued bans in other games. Play fair and nice instead.
