The hero roster of Blizzard’s upcoming shooter Overwatch has grown. Soldier 76 is joining the fray and doesn’t need laws to do good.
He has an English name – He must be really powerful!
In recent weeks and months, the already known characters of Overwatch have been introduced one by one in gameplay videos. The end of the line has now been reached and the beta is not in sight. Since it is useful from a marketing perspective to maintain a constant flow of information, the next hero has now been teased: Soldier 76.
The nice guy is not only the most wanted man in the world, but also one of the few who has successfully resisted a localization of his name (and that makes him quite powerful!). Two short videos reveal small details about his backstory and roughly convey his abilities on the battlefield. It is to be expected that a more extensive gameplay trailer will follow in the coming days. There we will introduce the soldier in detail.
