This week we are showing you an Overwatch player who charged his ultimate in just 10 seconds. You can see how that works in our PotGs.
Every week, absurd, exciting, or simply funny moments occur in Overwatch, which are often captured in a “Play of the Game.” We searched social media and picked out three special highlights for you. Enjoy our 3 “Play of the Game” moments of the week.
Our first clip comes from the player Death, who as Reinhardt defends the enemy payload on King’s Row better than anyone else could. After receiving a nanoboost from Ana, he hammers down the enemy team and charges forward. A few swings later, he has charged his ultimate once again. This is likely one of the very few “Play of the Game” videos where the protagonist can use his ultimate 2 times. Hats off for that, you don’t see that every day.
Every McCree player knows this moment. You have the entire enemy team in your sights and have just decided that “the hour has struck” – but a Reinhardt shield is in the way. That happened to Pigged on Route 66. But with the help of a friendly Lúcio, he manages to pull off a little miracle. Oh, you should just see it for yourself.
Our last entry is not really a Play of the Game, but still amusing. The Genji player Daddy76 has the opportunity to kill the enemy Mercy on Lijiang Tower. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have enough ammo to deliver the killing blow, so he tries another tactic. He simply reflects enemy attacks and hopes that someone will shoot at him. Whether that works, you can see here:
Have you also experienced a particularly cool game scene that you captured on video? Then just send us a link to the video and maybe you will find your clip in this post next week!
The hopes for E3 are unfortunately low – Doomfist will probably not be announced there.
