Patch 1.10/2.09 for Overwatch is live and has changed the favorite healer. The tank newcomer Orisa receives a small buff.
Today, on April 11, 2017, the event “Uprising” of Overwatch went live. But alongside the new game mode where 4 players fight against Omnic hordes, there were also some balance changes. We have translated the patch notes for patch 1.10 (PC), 2.09 (PS4) of Overwatch for you, which concern the game balance.
Patch notes for Overwatch 1.10/2.09 – Here are the hero changes
Lúcio
Sound Amplifier
Damage increased by 25%
Projectile speed increased from 40 to 50
The alternate fire mode now considers the vertical orientation of the weapon when it knocks back opponents
Crossfade
Effective radius reduced from 30 meters to 10 meters
Healing Song
Healing per second increased by 30% (also affects Lúcio’s “Amp it Up”)
Self-healing reduced by 25%
Wall Ride
Movement speed during wall rides increased by 20%
Lúcio now receives a brief speed boost when he pushes off a wall
Orisa

Besides the hero changes, there are also some new features on the maps. In Eichenwalde, a new path has been built for attackers, connecting the attackers’ spawn room with the control point. Fights will no longer only take place “under the bridge,” which made many matches monotonous.
In addition, there are numerous bug fixes and small improvements. Each character now has a short description in the hero gallery. Reporting toxic players is now also easier, and violations are clearly illustrated with examples. You can find the complete patch notes in their original English version in our sources.
