You can now sign up for the beta of Blizzard’s new shooter franchise “Overwatch“. We will tell you how to do it.
Just yesterday, the franchise “Overwatch” was presented to fans in Anaheim at Blizzcon. And the lucky ones who were there could already play their rounds on set up and previously darkened computers in the team shooter. Those who want to join them (not in Anaheim, but in the game) now have the opportunity to register for the Overwatch beta. It’s not a problem at all. Here is the official Overwatch page and beta registration. This will be done through your Battle.net account.
However, there are no guarantees that you will be chosen for the beta. The beta started in October 2015 and there will be new waves of invitations gradually from that point on.
Overwatch is set to release on PC. However, Blizzard seems open to a possible console port as well. There is no definitive information on that yet.
