The latest patch of Overwatch has fixed some annoying issues and even revamped the Deathmatch game mode. We reveal what has changed.
Although the Deathmatch mode of Overwatch has been well received by most fans, there were some criticisms from players. Almost everyone found the new map “Chateau Guillard” to be very cool – however, the other maps for this mode were not. A new patch (Update for Patch 1.15 / 2.19) has addressed this issue and additionally fixed other bugs. We have the complete patch notes for you.

General Updates
General
The amount of “Dangerous” indicator that Mercy receives for her resurrection has been adjusted to reflect the new function of the ability.
Arcade Updates
Hanamura, Horizon Lunar Colony, Temple of Anubis, and Volskaya Industries have been removed from the rotation for Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch.
User Interface
Some improvements have been made to ensure the spectator camera works better.
Bug Fixes
General
A bug has been fixed that caused the sound of the gate from Junkertown to play when opening loot boxes.
A bug has been fixed that caused voicelines not to be interrupted by the “Cancel” sound.
A bug has been fixed that caused a wrong sound effect to be used for D.Va’s mini rockets.
A bug has been fixed that caused the camera in spectator mode to lose focus on heroes or player-controlled objects (Junkrat’s tire).
Heroes
A bug has been fixed that caused the new voicelines for Genji’s and Mercy’s ultimates in the Winged Victory and Oni skins not to be played.
Maps
A bug has been fixed that caused sound effects to play endlessly when shooting the motorcycles in the spawn room of the attackers in Junkertown with a laser weapon (like from Zarya).
A bug has been fixed that caused hit sounds to play as if hitting enemy heroes while shooting at the motorcycles in Junkertown.
