Overwatch 2 is once again collaborating with Twitch to reward you with a free legendary skin for the new hero “Ramattra” for minimal effort. You can find out what the skin looks like and what you need to do for it here.
What kind of skin is it? It is the “Wandering Monk” skin for the new tank Ramattra, as well as the “Restrain” spray. This tank was newly added to the hero roster in Season 2 and now supports you with his brutal melee combat and devastating ranged attack.
To ensure you can also stylishly charge into battle with the new fighter, Blizzard has once again launched an event with Twitch. We will show you what you need to do to get both items.
Here we have embedded the story trailer for Ramattra again:
How to get the free skin for Ramattra
What do I need to do? The monk skin can be obtained through Twitch drops. You need a functioning Twitch and “Battle.net” account for this. If you have both, you just need to link them on Battle.net .
Then, choose a streamer who has “Drops enabled” or similar under their stream and broadcasts Overwatch 2 live. You need to watch this streamer for a total of six hours.
After the first two hours, you will receive the “Restrain” spray, and after another four hours, the “Wandering Monk” skin.
After the first two hours, you need to redeem your reward on Twitch in the drops menu so that the four hours for the skin can start. You can also redeem it there after the four hours. If you do not do this, your drops will expire after 7 days – so do not forget this step.
How much time do I have? You have from December 6th to December 20th to watch a streamer for this Twitch drop. After that, the offer will be considered expired and a new Twitch drop will take place.
Do I need the hero to get the skin? No, you do not need Ramattra to obtain the skin. However, note that the skin can only be equipped once you have unlocked Ramattra.
These were all the important details about the Twitch promotion. Do you find such promotions cool or do you agree with Cortyn and think that such marketing is hell?
Twitch drops for WoW and Overwatch are marketing from hell and it’s just annoying
