Outriders has been available on all platforms since April 1st. After nearly a week of playing, we want to know from you: How is the loot shooter being received by you?
This is Outriders: The loot shooter from the developer studio People Can Fly was released on April 1st. It is most commonly compared to Diablo by the developer, mixing many gameplay styles. You choose from 4 classes and then must fight against hordes of enemies and regularly defeat powerful bosses.
You can play solo or in co-op with friends. In this way, you can set the difficulty and the chance for good loot through the world tiers and continuously improve your character with new items and weapons.
In the first days, Outriders stormed to the top of the charts on Steam. It currently stands at number 1 on the top-sellers list on Steam, displacing Valheim, which held that position for a long time. 125,000 players played Outriders at its peak. Only 8 games had more concurrent players in the last 30 days (via Steamcharts).

This is how the first days went: On the very first day, thousands of players flooded the servers. This was a bit too much for the developers, as especially at the beginning there were repeated server outages and many players could not always play.
