Yeah, weekend! Time to play! But what? We want to know what online games you play from Friday to Sunday.
A new week is done, and if you’re not unlucky enough to have weekend duty, you can look forward to two days full of games. The weekend from March 3rd to 5th is perfect for warlike comrades.
Weekend Events – World War or Sieges?
Endless war is offered this weekend by the World War spectacle Battlefield 1 and the melee bloodbath For Honor. Battlefield 1 can be played for free by Xbox and PC gamers all weekend.
On the other hand, if you prefer knights and samurai instead of tanks and MGs, check out For Honor and enjoy the free Champion status this weekend. Ubisoft has angered many players last weekend due to a server crash, so now there’s a Champion Boost. Very nice!
What is the editorial team playing?
As it befits established game editors, we also have plenty to play over the weekend. The following games are on our list:
- Chief Editor Schuhmann still has his second residence in Eorzea and has now leveled all heroes to level 30. Thus, he will also diligently play Final Fantasy 14 this weekend again to finally reach the maximum level and catch sandfish. To balance the fantasy overload, he also treats himself to a bit of action in The Division with Update 1.6.
- Colleague Ttime is already sharpening the katana and polishing the mace, as he will ruthlessly take advantage of the Champion status in For Honor this weekend. Will he defend his swamp fiercely as a bulky Shugoki?
- Leya, on the other hand, has ordered a Switch from MediaMarkt and wants to play the new Zelda with it (what else?). But since she can’t get by without MMOs, she will definitely check in at ARK from time to time to tame a few of the new dinos and save them from extinction.
- Meanwhile, Cortyn continues with World of Warcraft, even if she is beaten by multiboxers there. Against that, only cheeky visual novels featuring love-hungry demonesses help. What else?
- Patrick, on the other hand, is unfortunately sick and plays nothing at all because he is lying in bed. He could at most catch Pokémon as part of the Pokémon Day event, which have wandered to his bed and cannot escape in time.
I, Jürgen, have the honor of writing this text, and I certainly do not want to withhold my games for the weekend from you. For me, For Honor is also on the program, as I want to fully enjoy the Champion event. But if my fingers start to hurt from all the combo and moves execution, I will play my beloved The Elder Scrolls Online. The open PvP has surprisingly been a lot of fun for me since researching our PvP article on the possibilities and problems in ESO! And then I also have to farm furniture for my ESO houses!
