What is Final Fantasy 14: Shadowbringers? The new add-on for the MMORPG Final Fantasy 14 starts a new story in the game. So far, however, not much is known about it.
The developers are very secretive, probably to provide one surprise or another.
What does Shadowbringers offer? With the expansion, Final Fantasy 14 fans can look forward to interesting content:
- At least three new areas – It is known that you will explore the vast Rak’Tika forest, the home of the Pixies, Il Mheg, and the devastated land of Amh Araeng.
- The Viera will be introduced as a new race.
- The level cap will rise to 80, and there are two new jobs, of which only the gunbreaker is known so far.
- 9 new dungeons and new raids – A raid for 8 players and the “YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse” series for 24 players.
- The endgame content “Reconstruction of Ishgard” is aimed at crafters for jobs such as goldsmith, leatherworker, and cook. Also new is the “Trust” system, where you use NPCs as companions.
- New primal battles that will challenge you.
- A “New Game +” feature that allows you to relive the story.
