Caesar Crown is one of the leading experts in the field of weapons of mass destruction. After his experiments on Punk Hazard, he was captured by the Straw Hats. The last time we saw him in One Piece was on Whole Cake Island. He was blackmailed by the Straw Hat Pirates using his own heart and therefore helped them in Dressrosa, Zou, and Whole Cake Island. After that, he was never seen again.
What happened to him afterwards? After the catastrophic wedding party on Whole Cake Island, Caesar Crown fled alongside Capone Bege. The mafia boss returned the scientist his heart and set off on his own journey. However, Caesar stayed a while longer on Whole Cake Island.
After a few weeks, Caesar Crown helps Germa 66 to rescue their siblings from the clutches of Big Mom’s children. He begs the Vinsmokes in tears to take him with them in their escape. Together, they manage to escape Whole Cake Island.
Caesar Crown is taken to the Germa Kingdom. There, he meets Jajji Vinsmoke, an old colleague. The two clash due to their past and go for each other’s throats.
During the argument, they realize that their former boss Dr. Vegapunk is responsible for their feud. The two make up and found the organization NEO MADS, which is based on their old company MADS. What exactly the organization aims to achieve is unclear.

What connects Sanji’s father and Caesar Crown? The two worked together in the organization MADS under Dr. Vegapunk. It was supposed to be a lab for peace research. But Caesar Crown and Jajji Vinsmoke had no interest in peace solutions and instead focused on research into deadly weapons.

The science team managed to create a clone of Buckingham Stussy. The World Government became aware of the research results on the stem genes, claimed them for themselves, and dissolved the lab.
Jajji Vinsmoke uses the results himself to create his clone army. Queen became a member of Kaido’s pirate crew and focused on research into deadly viruses. Caesar Crown, on the other hand, dedicated himself to the research of weapons of mass destruction.
