The pirate is one of the many children of Big Mom. With such a mother, it’s no surprise that the long-legged hybrid ranks among the strongest female fighters from One Piece. She has eaten the Wring Fruit and can wring people out. The liquid obtained can be used to empower herself or used as a weapon. She can even wring herself out to get rid of poison.
She also masters Armament and Observation Haki. Additionally, she wields a sword and has excellent skills in close combat. Her high bounty speaks for itself and proves that she is one of the feared pirates.

The strongest pirate in our ranking is Boa Hancock. She is the pirate with the highest bounty and was the only female member of the Seven Samurai. With her Love Fruit, she can petrify people with malicious thoughts, whether through direct contact or just by her gaze. This allows her to incapacitate entire Marine troops at once. Her beauty is her strength.
Boa Hancock reached rank 1 not only due to her bounty but also due to her mastery of Haki. She is one of the few women who can use King Haki. Besides her, only Charlotte Linlin and Yamato can use King Haki as born females.
Honorable Mention: Big Mom

Big Mom could have easily secured the 1st place. She is the only woman who has managed to become one of the Four Emperors. These are the strongest pirates. This was also evident from her extremely high bounty. Since her birth, she has possessed extremely strong physical abilities and could control the lifespan of other people through her Soul Fruit.
But as you can see, we are speaking here in the past tense: Big Mom was thrown towards the Earth’s core by Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid. Although we don’t know if she survived, we currently assume that there will be no further appearance from her. She is no longer a member of the Four Emperors.
