After Egghead Island, the Straw Hats have now arrived on One Piece at Elban. A person named Louis Arnot is mentioned, who has never been seen in the anime. MeinMMO explains what this character is about.
Warning, Spoiler: The following article contains spoilers for the current manga chapter 1132.
When does Louis Arnot make his appearance? On the last page of manga chapter 1132, Louis Arnot is mentioned. A textbox appears that includes a narrative from him. He describes the island of Elban and its appearance:
From the grasses or trees, vines to the flowers and the insects, fish or birds. Including all the animals, one can only marvel at the sheer size of everything. Dear explorers, the time you spend here will not be in vain.
However, a few images later, after the silhouette of a person and a gigantic grizzly bear are seen, he issues a travel warning. If he could write just one thing about Elban, he would wish that his readers would only remember these words: “Do not extend your stay in this country for too long.”

Louis Arnot will probably never be seen in One Piece
Who is Louis Arnot? Louis Arnot was a researcher who published the articles of his travels in an adventurer’s book. He first appeared when he spoke about the island Little Garden. He was also the one who gave the island its name.
The adventurer has now passed away. Therefore, he will never appear in the One Piece anime. The only way would be to depict his adventures through flashbacks. Nevertheless, his discoveries are important for the Straw Hat Pirates, as he could warn them in advance of dangers lurking on Elban.
Where do the texts come from? The texts that are displayed in the chapter come from an adventurer’s book called “Brag Men”. Nami had the book in her collection when the Straw Hat Pirates first landed on Little Garden, quite at the beginning of their adventures.
In it, daring adventurers report on their discoveries on different islands. However, many people did not believe the ridiculous stories in the book, which is why they were considered fairy tales. Hence the name “Brag Men”, which translates to “Braggers”.
It was one of the books that were saved during the Buster Call of Ohara. At a later time, the book probably went into mass production.
Another character who only acts in the background is Pandaman. He appears in many episodes, but only for a few seconds. MeinMMO presents the character and what is special about him: A character appears in over 80 episodes of One Piece, but hardly anyone knows him
