4. Duval
Who is he? Duval is the former leader of the so-called Flying Fish Riders – a gang specializing in kidnapping. He lives in the area of the Sabaody Archipelago islands and near Fish-Man Island.
His face used to look exactly like the botched wanted poster image of Sanji. This had dire consequences: Bounty hunters constantly mistook him for Sanji, the Navy was after him, and his life became hell, even though he had done nothing.
What makes him iconic? Duval was totally bitter about the mix-up with Sanji and developed a huge hatred for him. When the Straw Hats encounter the Flying Fish Riders, Duval kidnaps them to take revenge on Sanji.
But when Sanji finally realizes why Duval hates him so much, he decides to do him a favor and changes his appearance. He kicks him in the face until it transforms. Duval is totally thrilled with his new look and quickly becomes an ally of the Straw Hats.
