Highlights of the week:
- Blizzard is currently not only taking legal action against the private server Turtle WoW. Other privately run WoW servers have apparently also received letters from lawyers. The creators of Everlook have already announced they will comply with Blizzard’s pressure and take the service offline on September 22 (Source: mmorpg.org.pl). The operators of Project Epoch also do not want any trouble and are shutting down their server and associated website.
- Currently, there is perhaps the most exhausting and lengthy quest line of all time in World of Warcraft. And it is really unnecessary, according to MeinMMO demon Cortyn.
- In World of Warcraft there were again major nerfs. The most annoying dungeons have become much easier to tackle since this week. There were also big improvements for several classes from WoW.
- What a lovely surprise! On September 9, 2025, two new content updates landed on the live servers of Guild Wars 2. Many fans are especially enthusiastic about the new fractal raid. - On September 11, a new livestream of the developers of Elder Scrolls Online took place on Twitch featuring the content that will come to the live servers in 2025.
