Every month, there are changes in the Xbox Game Pass, and in December there are some new highlights. You can look forward to Stardew Valley, a mix of role-playing and simulation. It is among the top 10 best-rated games on Steam. But the new shooter Halo Infinite is also included.
What are the highlights in December? The three most interesting games coming to the Xbox Game Pass are:
- Stardew Valley, which boasts over 400,000 ratings, of which 98% are positive, making it one of the most popular games on Steam (currently ranked 6th). It will be available on December 2 for Cloud, Console, and PC.
- Halo Infinite, the new shooter from Microsoft, which has a free-to-play multiplayer available now. The single-player mode, which must be purchased separately, will be released on December 8 for Cloud, Console, and PC.
- Aliens: Fireteam Elite, a co-op shooter that has an 83% positive rating on Steam. It launches on December 14 for all three platforms in the Pass.

Stardew Valley is a game to feel good and unwind
What kind of game is this? Stardew Valley is a role-playing game inspired by the classic Harvest Moon. You inherit your grandfather’s farm and try to survive on the yields that this farm produces. However, the farm has fallen into quite a state of disrepair.
So you need to clear the fields of weeds, plant food instead, cut down trees that are in your way, and can raise animals.
However, you must carefully plan your day, because if you are not in bed shortly after midnight, you may fall over from exhaustion right where you are, and with some bad luck, you could even get robbed.
However, Stardew Valley is always a fair and relaxed game. You do not lose anything permanently, and your farm does not go bankrupt just because you did not harvest in time. How many players can join? Stardew Valley can be played solo, but also in co-op with up to 3 other players. The co-op players can choose to take care of the same tasks or different ones on the farm. However, time passes a bit faster in multiplayer, which can be a bit annoying.
