Multiple tests in 2025
What is happening this year with ArcheAge Chronicles? The MMORPG is not set to release until 2026, but it will be thoroughly tested this year. According to the developers (via nspna.com), there should be a first test with players in the first half of the year. They specifically mention April, although this timeframe should be viewed more as a planned target rather than a definitive date.
How can you participate? While only a few players will be invited to the test, you still have a chance to participate by signing up for the MMORPG newsletter on the Kakaogames website. Be sure to check if you receive an invitation to fill out more information about yourself and your system, and make sure to complete it. This message may arrive at any time via email before the test.
Initially, only a few players are expected to be invited to the first test. It is also expected to take place in secret. The developers currently offer no other way to get on a list for beta access.
As for PvP, ArcheAge Chronicles is oriented towards Throne and Liberty. The developers have previously mentioned that there will be caravans and guild battles over fortresses.
