Blue Protocol has already been released in Japan, but fans from North America and Europe are currently left wanting. However, the MMORPG is now showing signs of life and will start a technical test next week. Unfortunately, not everyone interested can participate in the test. MeinMMO explains how you can take part.
How do I participate in the technical test? The technical test is unfortunately closed and therefore not accessible to everyone. To still participate, you need to sign up with your Amazon account on the Blue Protocol page. There is no need to subscribe to the newsletter afterwards.
It is possible to play the MMORPG in Germany now without a VPN, but this can only be done via the Japanese server. With the technical test, the servers of Europe and North America will be tested for the first time.
You also need a bit of luck, as not everyone who registers will receive an invitation to the technical test. Amazon Games will send invitations to selected players today, who will be notified via email about their participation. So, it might be that you register on the page and still do not receive an invitation.
When does the test take place? The email contains the necessary instructions and a PC code for the test version of the game. The test will take place from November 8 at 11:00 PM to November 10 at 11:00 PM.
Originally, the game was supposed to be released in 2023, but the release has now been postponed to 2024.

What can I experience in the technical test? The technical test includes the first chapter of the game. Both the texts and the voice acting are in English. Players can also try out the 5 original classes of the MMORPG:
- Dual Wielder with Double Axe
- Spell Weaver with Wand
- Ranger with Bow and Arrow
- Blade Keeper with Sword and Shield
- Enemy Breaker with Heavy Hammer
Each class is determined by the weapon the character carries. They have their own skills, damage multipliers, elemental and healing effects. Additionally, players can summon Echos. These are mystical creatures that assist in battle.
An additional feature is the character editor. Testers can freely customize facial features, hairstyles, outfits, and accessories. This way you can see for yourself whether you like the new version of the character editor.
The story includes not only missions but also a dungeon and a raid. As a tester, you have three options for how to approach the content:
- Solo Mode: In this mode, you play alone.
- Matchmaking Mode: In this mode, you will be randomly matched with other players who are at your level.
- Recruiting Groups: Here you can look for groups that face the same challenge.
What is the purpose of the test? The technical test focuses on the server infrastructure. The megaserver, which connects players, will be tested. The megaserver directs players from their regional server to other servers when they play with fans from around the world.
