Whoever cheats in Rainbow Six Siege gets a ban. It is particularly frustrating when the ban is permanent – and when one bears no responsibility for it. This happened to a well-known YouTuber who claims he was banned while he was sleeping.
Who is it about? BikiniBodhi is one of the most famous and biggest YouTubers creating content for Rainbow Six Siege. His channel now has over 1.44 million subscribers, and he streams among other things for the professional team Fnatic.
In his videos, he consistently showcases strong plays with his favorite operators, provides useful tips, or compiles amusing clips.
What happened to him? As BikiniBodhi now states in a tweet, he has been banned. Permanently, for allegedly cheating. He writes:
Uhh, Ubisoft, my account was hacked while I was sleeping and I was permanently banned for cheating, even though it was clearly not me. Please fix this, thanks.
Although this sounds like a similarly lame excuse, claiming it was the gaming chair’s fault, it seems to be true in Bikini’s case.
In another tweet, he writes that someone hacked his two-step authentication – from New York, on the other side of the world. Bikini lives in Sweden. He provides an image of the strange connection:

Bikini does not seem to be alone
This is what other players say: The professional player Kevin “Easilyy” Skokowski, who played for the professional team Rogue until 2019, which is currently participating in the GSA League, also joined the discussion.
He responded to another tweet from Bikini, stating that several professional players and content creators are facing similar issues. They also seem to have been hacked. Ubisoft is taking harsh measures against cheaters and targets even those who think they are incredibly clever.
We cannot yet say how it will go with Bikini. Currently, he appears to be in discussions with Ubisoft regarding his incident. It would be a painful loss for the community if he could no longer create videos due to such an incident. Just recently, fans of Rainbow Six lost a well-known YouTuber for whom they are even demanding a tribute in the game.
