Dream is one of the biggest YouTubers and is celebrated by millions of viewers for his content in Minecraft. But actually, no one really knows what he looks like. Now, Dream has actually announced his ‘Face Reveal’ – and it might not take long.
Who is Dream?
- The 23-year-old YouTuber runs a massive channel with over 30 million subscribers on the video platform. He impresses with crazy content ideas and a pleasant voice.
- One of his trademarks is his mask. He never takes it off in his videos. Never. Even when his hair was visible once, viewers went crazy.
- His popularity is so great that he even survived a cheat scandal and was awarded as Content Creator of the Year 2021.
- For a long time, a “Face Reveal” seemed unthinkable, his face is considered one of the biggest secrets on YouTube. But now Dream has announced that he will let his mask fall.
Dream is huge on YouTube, he had his hype in 2019. Sometimes it only takes a clip to gain a bit of fame:
Dream shows his face this year, otherwise deletes his channel
When will Dream show his face? There is no fixed date yet.
However, Dream has announced that he will be seen with his “Dream Team” at TwitchCon in San Diego, USA. Currently, it is suspected that the Face Reveal could happen before that. He will publish a video on his channel for it (via twitter.com).
- Possible date for ‘Face Reveal’: Between September 23 and October 7
In an older statement on the subject, the YouTuber promises that he will reveal his face by Christmas at the latest. Otherwise, he will delete his big YouTube channel with over 30 million subscribers (via dotesports.com).
There is already a first “teaser”. Dream posted a censored photo of himself on Snapchat:
A covered face can be a good marketing tool, as we also know in Germany. Rapper Cro and Sido also only showed themselves with masks at the beginning of their careers and benefited from that.
For one’s private life, this can also be advantageous. Dream is probably one of the few YouTubers with over 30 million subs who can still casually walk through a large shopping street without being immediately swarmed by fans.
