In Once Human, you need to survive and what would a survival game be without a bit of PvP? Here too, you can compete against other players, but it’s not that easy. Therefore, we will show you how PvP works.
How does PvP work in Once Human? To engage in PvP in Once Human, you only need to hold the “P” key long enough. Once you have made the input, the chaos mode is activated. In this mode, you can deal damage to other players who are also in chaos mode. Players who are not in this mode can only observe you neutrally and do not take damage.
The PvP mode is thus present in every type of server. This means you do not necessarily have to join a PvP server to fight against other survivors. We show you here which server type suits you.
The chaos mode throws you into a temporary PvP state at your current location. Temporarily, because a timer is constantly counting down until you automatically leave chaos mode after the time runs out. However, if you are actively fighting, the timer will be slightly extended.
Do I lose items if I die in PvP? It depends on which instance you are competing against other players. There is either chaos mode or PvP zones in the form of the new delivery truck that you can find on the streets of Red Sands and loot daily between 9 PM and 10 PM German time.
In chaos mode, you lose a small amount of equipment upon death. So be careful with whom and where you fight against other players.
In the PvP zones, however, the loss of items and the wear of equipment are disabled. Here you can duel without having to worry about losing any of your equipment. So if you want to try PvP, then the PvP zones are just the right place for that.
