In a TikTok video, an older lady shares how she loses track of time while playing World of Warcraft.

In it, the master hairdresser is seen giving a new hairstyle to an older lady in her apartment. They discuss what seems to be the woman’s favorite hobby: gaming.
She shares how she discovered World of Warcraft. At the age of 60, she saw WoW at a neighbor’s house and was initially not impressed at all. However, the neighbor convinced her to just watch a little – shortly after that, she was already at Media Markt to buy the game for herself.
Instead of just “dipping into the game”, she fell for it just as hard as many younger gamers: When she put the game aside, the sun had already come up, as it was 5 AM. A time she would reach more often during retirement.
The video also reveals that World of Warcraft is not the only gaming passion of the woman. When she’s not farming herbs for potions, she also plays adventure games, like Day of the Tentacle.
