Blizzard calms all players who are currently stressed in PvP from World of Warcraft. They clarify a few facts about the Conquest points.
Several days ago, we reported that there is a pretty cool weapon available in the PvP of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth. Players only need to accumulate 500 Conquest points and can then get a weapon of their choice with item level 345 at their faction’s PvP quarter. However, some players were concerned.
What were the players concerned about? Many characters are not yet level 120 or have just reached it, so the time to farm the Conquest points is getting short. They feared that the PvP weapon would now be lost to them forever if they did not earn the 500 points this week.
Conquest does not expire: However, as Blizzard has now clarified, the earned Conquest points do not expire. This means that if someone earns only 300 out of the 500 required Conquest points this week, they can continue to collect in the next week. Once the remaining 200 points are collected, the quest can then be completed.
A new reward every week: With the weekly reset (in the morning every Wednesday), a new reward is available, for which Conquest points must be earned again. Thus, a complete PvP set can be earned over the course of the entire season.
This means that new players or latecomers can farm their Conquest points multiple times in a few weeks to unlock the entire set in one go. While this means a lot of PvP, it places no limits on the latecomers if they want to invest a lot of time.
