According to two sources, the release of the space simulation No Man’s Sky has been delayed.
No Man’s Sky is an ambitious space simulation by Hello Games that has been making waves since its reveal. Many fans have been eagerly awaiting this game with seemingly limitless possibilities for months and have already marked June 22 thick in their calendars: Because then No Man’s Sky is set to release for PS4 and PC. Or?
Kotaku reports that two sources confirm a delay of the release date. Accordingly, the game will be released later in 2016. Do we now have to erase the date from the calendar?
Is the release of No Man’s Sky delayed?
According to a “reliable Kotaku source,” No Man’s Sky is said to be postponed. What the exact date will be is currently unknown. But one cannot expect it before July or August.
The second source refers to an employee at GameStop: Apparently, marketing materials were handed out that show the previous release date. However, stores were informed that this date is no longer correct and that they should cover it with a “Coming Soon” label.
However, there are no official statements from Sony or Hello Games yet.
