No Man’s Sky is a massive game and with such scope, problems occur which the developers now want to fix.
Hello Games announced that they have now expanded the community and support team for the game. They have received vast amounts of feedback from players of the space online game, which they can now process better with the larger team. This way, others from the team can focus on fixing bugs and working on new features.
Feedback will be processed – with Patch 1.07
They would process all feedback and take care of improving the game. Currently, bug fixes would have priority. The game must run stable and smoothly before new content can be addressed.
A major update has now been released with Patch 1.07. This brings a long list of changes and improvements. This includes that the pre-order spaceship can no longer be used, and therefore players can no longer access the blueprints for a hyperdrive. This previously caused some players to get stuck in a star system because they could not build a hyperdrive.
A problem with destroyed save games has been fixed as well as situations in which players could get stuck in the landscape. Additionally, the team could fix some crashes and scanning flying creatures works easier now.
The very long list of all changes can be found on the official website of the game. Hello Games is working intensively on improving No Man’s Sky. Whether they can eliminate the criticism from many players remains to be seen.
