Is the package different depending on the edition? No, all currently sold editions include the same package. Both the Standard Edition for 469.99 Euro and the edition with Mario Kart World for 509.99 Euro contain the same items, with one exception. The expensive edition includes a download code for Mario Kart World.
Are there differences depending on where you ordered the Switch 2? No. Whether you ordered your Switch 2 from MediaMarkt, Amazon, or directly from Nintendo, the package is always identical.
Exceptions may exist in the future if you purchase or receive returned goods. In this case, accessories such as the HDMI cable may be missing, or a download code may have already been redeemed.
